- My thighs nearly died after this workout. This is quite possibly the hardest and the BEST, most effective inner thigh workout I have ever done in the shortest amount of time. You will also be working your quads, butt, and getting some fat burning cardio in as well. GOOD LUCK!!!!

I had to stop so many times, I still cannot get through this workout no matter how hard I try I always end up stopping. It just hurts too much
It definitely takes patience. I remember when I first started exercising, and it would be so hard. After about 3 weeks it got easier, and on top of that I looked sexy xD (i'm a girl fyi) :P

To anyone who wants to know if this works...it definitely does. Ive been doing it for less than a week now and I see a major difference. People have been telling me I look skinnier. But I do this like 3 times a day; 1 when I wake up, 1 in the middle of the day, 1 before I go to bed. You have to eat healthy and try not to drink soda(it helps alot). This also doesn't make you lose fat that much, it just makes your legs build muscles to tone them.

I completed about 98% of this workout...I stopped for like 2 seconds and then kept pushing through! I am very proud of myself!

+Nicole Cruz sorry for a late reply to you but you cannot workout every single day, every 3 to 4 days you do need a 1 day break
Why?
Abbie Easton This is a fairly intense workout, if you are gonna do it every single day without rest, you are gonna overwork your leg muscles and there is a possibility that you will pull your leg muscles. Yes, doing more might result in shorter time to see fantastic results, but I would advice not to do so. Its best to do for three or four days a week and the other days just give your leg a rest, however if you still prefer to workout, then maybe try something else which is less intense and more of stretching:)

Dear anyone reading this: if you don't feel happy about yourself or your body right now, you need to know that you're beautiful and someone out there is crazy about you. Smile! Life is too short to be unhappy. Changes can always be made, but accept you for you in this moment. (There's often a lot of negative body image/sad thoughts revolving around fitness videos on UA-cam - I hope this helps at least one of you.)

To be honest I didn't feel this in my inner thighs at all, just my quads! Am I doing something wrong?
Carré Albers I did too. But I think for it to be more effective in the inner thighs spread ur legs further apart and have ur toes facing outwards more....and go lower....but I still felt it in my quads mostly too 🤷🏽♀️

I noticed today that I'm getting stronger since on the first day I could not get through this video without pausing it at least 3 times. Idk why but every time I do this workout, as soon as i stretch my leg and the exercise is done my body feels like nothing happened! But when I am doing it, it kills me!

make sure you keep your back flat and stick your butt out so you will feel it in your inner thighs

When I was 5-6 I was skinny AF and now I don't have my thigh gap anymore I made the change 5weeks ago and went vegetarian and now I am working out. I don't know if I will get my thigh gap back ?
Thigh gaps aren't important. A lot of super fit people don't have a thigh gap. It doesn't gauge how fit you are. You should be working out to get fitter and stronger
a thigh gap has more to do with your bones and body structure than your body fat. however, the food you eat will do more good than your workouts. kudos on becoming vegetarian, i couldn't do it!

I do workout everyday for like 2 hours and I dance to Kpop songs (korean songs)for an hour
At Evening , I lay on my bed while I am on my phone playing games or watching youtube and then I found this wourkout and I do it like 4 times in an hour for 5 hours and I can feel the burn but it's getting much easier now after doing it like 20 times

So I was reading all the comments and I didn't let myself become discouraged...I thought, psh, I can do this, I have decently strong legs for never working out.
✋😥 This is literally the best leg workout ever. Once I got to the lifting my heals part...I was dead.
JUST REMEMBER! don't ever stop completely...always always keep moving! I was reeeeeeally feeling it after the 2nd froggy jumps but I would just barely bob up and down and basically just bend over to touch the ground rather than jumping. Its better than nothing lol.

Casey i really need your help. I started doing the JanYOUary but quit soon because it took too much time and i have a lot work in my school. I live in Croatia and our High School Education system is much harder than American. I have 16 subjects, and i need to read at least 15-20 books each year.
But that wasn't my point. The point is that I don't have time for exercising. I only go on pilates classes once a week but i feel like that's not enough because i am actually sitting in front of a book for almost a whole week. I also have a little bit of belly fat that i would like to get rid of.
I wanted your advice on organisiation or whatever i can do to find time to exercise. I should also drink much more water but i always seem to forget it.

I made a Tabata style version of this workout, and I was able to finish it. Its 20 seconds work / 10 seconds rest, or 25sec work/5sec rest if you wanna make it harder.
1. Plie squat

I decided that I want to work on my inner thighs and thought this would be a good idea to try every other day. It's been three weeks and there is a noticeable difference! First few times are super rough but push through it and it will do amazing things!
Does it help to get a thigh gap?
I believe this workout helps build lean muscle in your thighs. I personally don't have a thigh gap but have noticed my thighs are getting smaller as far as the amount of fat on them, but they are also gain muscle. I think to obtain a thigh gap you have to have a pretty low body fat ratio with is reached by burning more calories than you intake, so a mixture of cardio and muscle toning. You get both in this workout.
April 11! God, this video was so hard after all the other videos of the calendar. I stop a couple time especially when we have to jump! I can't feel my legs so shaking 😅👌 tell me I'm not the only one who die at this last video 🤣

day 1:okay so its day one i did the workout last night aswell for a extra. in the morning my thighs didnt really look any different apart from being sore. today i did the workout once in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. i dont think i will see results for a few days .ive decided to eat healthy recipes off healthy eating channels. ill update tomorrow
