    I don't know why but the fact that she zoomed in on her legs when they were shaking gave me a lot of confidence in the fact that my legs were shaking like cRAZY too so I must be doing something right. She never fails to point out that she's also human and these things are normal.

    Omg I’m a former athlete of 16 years and in really good shape. I ran earlier today but DAMN! I had to pause this at 5 minutes and 30 seconds bc my ass was getting beat!
    That made me subscribe to your channel🤣

      @@ZainbMunirany movement, especially if someone is sedentary, will help tone up. To loose fat, it’s not something you can target. Body fat is an all-over %. Check with your PCP to see what nutrition you should be doing for your specific body, then incorporate exercise along with it☺️

    Omg I literally just did the workout and of course I needed some breaks. But if you need them-take them, because we all know that Cassey is a pro. She's exercising for many years and don't feel guilty for taking those breaks. ALSO I LOVE how Cassey always has something to talk about and it makes it easier to workout out. I can only imagine how hard it is to talk through that pain and find what to talk about haha. And if you feel bad about the way your body looks stop it! You're beautiful even though u are underweight or overweight. If you work hard you will get your dream body, but that's not the point! You should workout to feel good, healthy and energized (there's alot of things why you should workout). And after working out alot you will feel so strong and amazing TRUST ME! And if you still don't feel confident about your body don't compare yourself to others because we are all completely different and the most important thing is being healthy and anyone can ne healthy! I'm sorry if my grammar is bad lol. I hope you all have an amazing day, thank you for reading ALL THIS LONG TEXT. (Don't forget you're beautiful ;)).

    its definitely a burner!!! after doing this workout several times my legs are definitely more sculpt, strong and lean....its hard but you definitely see the results

      Imo Plie lifts are really hard but The OTHER test od workout isnt that hard ,thats why i mofificate the workout

    I had to pause a couple times, especially at the beginning with the plie pulses, but I got through the whole thing!! My legs are dying now and I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow, but it's all good. I love it! ❤️
    EDIT: 5 months later I DID THE WHOLE THING WITHOUT STOPPING ONCE!!!

      @@devakigarrido956 toning exercises like this don’t reduce fat on the legs because you can’t spot reduce fat. Since this comment I stopped doing these workouts, I definitely got stronger but I didn’t notice anything significant with muscle growth or “tone”

    Wowwww, this was probably the hardest leg workout video that I have ever done. My legs were shaking THE WHOLE TIME, but I am so glad that i finished it. Thank you, Cassey for all of your life changing free workouts! I'm going to keep doing this workout! And to all of the girls that are doing this video too...KEEP PUSHING.     Im an athlete and im addicted to working out. Most of the videos i watch are harder to get through because its just music. Your talking calmed me and made me not stop. I loved this workout. Im so insecure about my thighs and the burn i felt was amazing.

    I have been doing her extreme workouts on alternate days for about 4 weeks now. I used to die at leg circles and inner thighs. Today i was so surprised that i could even lift my leg high for circles and do my inner thighs without pausing! I could even grab my ankles while doing the inner thighs. I couldnt do it in the past cauz my side thighs would ache so much as i was doing inner thighs.
    4 weeks ago, i was flabby. I can see some progress as well in terms of muscle definition. Muscles are much harder and toned. I weigh 1kg heavier, but i know it's cauz my muscles have been growing!
    I'm really happy. Thank you Cassey! ❤

      Is this for real? Hope I can get results as good as these. The largest part of my thigh is 47cm and there huge. My thighs have always been my an insecurity of mine, especially since they look out of place since I’m a little smaller on top as my waist is 55cm. Literally ur legs are to die for💜 if u don’t mind me asking how tall are u? And did u do any cardio along with this?

    Ive been on and off follower of yours for a decade now but recently I got back into fitness. I’ve been doing your 21 day tone challenge and I really love it! I’m big on variety and I enjoy that your videos are sometimes no repeats or 3 rounds of 7 moves. Some with breaks, some without. Sometimes I’m sweating, sometimes I’m shaking, sometimes I’m sore after. But one thing is for sure, I always feel accomplished! I am learning to enjoy working out as a part of my weekly routine and not because I’m trying to achieve a certain body. I also love that you always make conversation as it really does make the time go quicker. Thank you so much for the impact you’ve made to the fitness community!!

    I loved this workout! I was super Shakey McQuakey, but I ADORE her 30 minute workouts. I do this one, her arm, abs, and butt 30 minute videos once a week. Super encouraging to see progress on the videos as the weeks go by. I wish she would make more!

    I love that whenever you talk about a certain topic during your workouts (mainly food) it makes me relax and close my eyes as I listen to you and have my body feel the burn at the same time.

    Keep the extreme workouts coming! I regularly work out but have stayed away from the gym with covid. Usually UA-cam workouts aren’t hard enough for me, but this one and the extreme abs workout may convert me to only doing home workouts from now on! I would love to see arms and cardio ones! The butt one is next on my list.

    The beginning of this video was torture! My legs were shaking so much during all the pile moves, especially the Pile Releve Pulse. I was so scared for the rest of the video but the following moves were manageable. Cassey, thank you for putting the plie moves in the beginning instead of the end!

    I used this video as my conditioning for my marathon training (since I’m not a gym girl, but still need to do strength training for my legs). And let me tell you this: it worked amazingly. I usually always struggle with various running related injuries before, probably because my legs didn’t have enough “muscle” to support my running. But doing this 2x a week did such wonder! I did my very first marathon last week+7 months of training WITH NO INJURY AT ALL! Now I have super strong legs and I can’t thank you enough 🎉

    Also me 5 minutes after this workout: WHY HAS WALKING UP STAIRS BECOME LIKE NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE?!
    Man, this was a thigh killer! Also, plumcots are soo delicious. I could eat them every day of the week and not get tired of them!

    Wow, I actually finished this. I think my legs were not totally straight, so that probably made it a bit easier, but I LOVED that I finished this :D

      Don't worry I do this on a loft bed so my legs are bent and I wouldn't imagine much difference, as long as it still burns your good.

    *(21 day tone challenge - january, 16th, 2021 - Second Week)* Shaking, quaking, trembling. But as always, loving it!!! Some intense, crazy pain it was. The bicycles kill my butt too! It makes me want to do it all over again or go ahead and pick another intense workout (so addicted!!! haha)

    Love your videos!! I have seen a major improvement in the toning of my thighs which is a huge problem area for me! I have not been measuring myself but there is a pair of shorts that have always been quite snug around my thighs and they are actually loose! Thank you Cassey!

    Phhewww!!i just finished my second day.
    And let me tell you guyss its defnetlyy not easy at alll .and i had to take more then just 1 or 2 breaks i took way too many.today was way harder then yesterday because i am so soree😭😭,but i am determined to change the way i look ,i wont update everyday but ill try at the end of the month .i dont usually comment but i commented to encourage myself and encourage you guys as well,keep going no matter how hard it is it willll be worth it at the end

    Hey Cassey, after 3 months with gradual build up I was able to do the entire workout without any break, though I was not as Lower you were, but now will work onto that, thankyou so much dear, grateful, loads of love from India 🇮🇳😊🙏
