I stop after the leg circles :') I've rearranged my furniture around multiple times but it still does not cut it so I have to do different leg workouts that won't have me bumping into anything.

I mean, I tried to do that last move slowly with control but I just ended up rolling around like a drunk Sonic the Hedgehog.

I was wondering, how do I get more flexible? I stretch every night, but I'm still very inflexible. Whenever there are workouts where you have to lift your legs above you, I can barely get mine above a 90 degree angle, and it really takes away from the workout. Any advice?

day 28 - we've done it! we made it to the end of the beginner calendar!!! congrats! this workout wasn't as difficult (aka i wasn't totally out of breath) but i was still struggling with some of the moves (especially the last one! i don't have enough space/hip flexibility for it!). it's nice to know that some of the moves i would've been unable to do at the start of all this have become old hat to me. i still struggle with form, but hey, i've only been doing this for a month so i shouldn't expect to be 100% perfect always.
that being said, i don't think i'm comfortable enough to move up to her regular monthly workouts. i'll probably repeat the last two weeks of this calendar and then reassess. maybe try the hot girl summer sculpt 🤔

well i just love it because there's a lot of movement and you don't really think about the burning muscles, but for the ,let's say, "dance" or "yoga" move that you do :))
The two workouts involving the legs to go in circular motion work out my abs more than my things, Actually, after I do them, my thighs do nut burn at all, any advice/ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Someone please help me!

Does anyone else hips pop? I stretch daily and have good flexibility in my hips be for some reason anytime the moves deal with wide legs and circles my hips start popping a lot.
I do but I only seem to get a popping sound on my right side of my hip,not my left,not sure why its like that,same with me too I do stretches, but I still get the popping sound.
I think I have hips problems ( probably because I was doing rythmic gymnastics ) and I just can't move my legs when they are in half of 'putting them down' (?) They hurt sooo much

My hips pop too! But only on the left side and only when I do the circles with both legs, nothing when doing just one leg at a time. Weird and makes me a bit concerned :/

Did it! Finished all 6 videos of April 26th 2015, legs and thighs! It was difficult, especially the 'Intense Inner Thighs Challenge,' I had to take breaks, but I'm so proud I made it through all 6 videos! Getting closer and closer to my goal~ Popsters, you can DO IT. You WILL get stronger, that determination will drive you to success! It's a slow journey, but it's worth it!

These workout moves actually work pretty well ^-^ my thighs got thinner and more toned in a few months. I didn't have to starve myself or anything to make my slim thighs a success. Hopefully my sugar cravings wouldn't pop back my leg fat XD.

I would do these workouts every night for three days a week(Sometimes more if I have time):D I then take a break for the rest of the week and then start over again. Hopefully this workout turned out great for you too. :)

used to happen to me, so i start each leg workout by stretching really well. look up warm up stretches and really get the hips moving to make it more flexible during work outs :)
I really do like this workout but I dont feel safe and comfortable with my hips clicking like crazy....
it just means youre not that flexible yet, it will get better just stretch and keep doing it, if it hurts dont open your legs as much

It's because you're using your hip flexors too much, focus on using your ab strength to keep your legs up and it should reduce

Same happened to me so i just reversed the movement and i was fine. Don't know if its as effective but that's the best i could do.

Katie Howard did you get results? The workout bulk your thighs or make them slimmer??
Most commonly, for bulking you have to eat more protein ( calorie surplus ) and have to do some weight training so ofcourse this workout is for sliming down the inner thigh 😄.
Cassey my hip flexers (i think) always click painfully when i do the D shaped leg lowers...they do this with criss cross abs and criss cross scissors too. Ive been doing your videos for about 3 years now and they have always clicked without it getting any better. what can i do and why does this happen??
It always takes ages for me to motivate myself to do my calendar each day but when I actually complete the suggested workouts for each day I always end up doing an extra few more! Totally worth it :)

Cristiana Groza I couldn't turn my leg like this at first, because I put the other leg like Cassey does. But than I tried to put it down like she does in 0:52 . It helped me, so you should try it! :))

Does this really work cause I wanna slim my thighs down, I'm a big girl mostly wide and my thighs are the biggest on me, so does this work? If so how long will it take to slim them down?
It depends on how hard you work on them. From doing her thigh workouts, my thighs have gotten slimmer and I usually gain weight in those areas :)

On the last two moves, my hips "click". It doesn't hurt, it's just really uncomfortable. Am I doing something wrong? How do you fix it?

Justine Logan the same thing happens to me! I think it’s a lack of strength in the hips maybe?
I started doing the calendars and eating healthy HARDCORE about a month ago, and now I've had 1-2 YOLO meals a week. I am fine with that, but I am so excited to get stronger and healthier even after I've seen small results.. bigger things are coming :)

that last move felt so weird to me. Im not sure if i did it right. where are you supposed to feel the burn? I felt it on my ab area because you have to push yourself up and then down with control
just tried your workouts and i am a huge fan of workouts that strengthen and lengthen and aren't full blown pilates but pilates inspired. did traditional pilates for years and years and i love it but have gotten a little effiicient and burned out, so i love that you tweek it and make it interesting! very very effective...and when i get a few bucks gonna buy some workouts to support ya! God bless and keep 'em coming!!!!!
