@@lisavanderizan6330 you have to eat only 30% carbs a day to lose, and about 1500 kcal until you reach the right wight, so no fizzy drinks, no sugar of any kind (maybe some honey but only in the morning), no junk food, but boiled and grilled vegetables, chicken breast grilled, egg boiled, salads with lentils ,quinoa, beans lots of broccoli, and i promise you will lose very quickly, just stay focused, and keep training as much as you can every day 30 min. No pressure, but don,t stop and stick with the diet! Keep yourself away from pizza , pasta and bread, this is your enemy!!good luck

This really helped slim down my legs. Every time I do this workout I see results. I remember the first time I did this I could barely finish without stopping, but now I do the whole thing like it's nothing! (it's still hard though) This workout didn't just slim out my legs, but made me stronger.

You ladies should try to incorporate some push-ups in your routine! Even if you have to do them on your knees at first. When I was working up strength to do a proper push-up the arm pit skin "flap" was gone after a short while cause I toned out that area :D Hope it works for you too!

I first came across this workout 3 years ago. It was one of the most effective workouts for me back then and saw results after 1-2 weeks of doing this. It is still a great exercise and come back to this once in a while.

Today I started this workout. Day1 : postures were not that good initially. A little pain for a while after the workout . Doing it with lower belly workout , inner thigh workout , some arm exercises and 10000 steps a day . Diet is normal (1200 calories-1400 calories)🧚♀️. Be in touch for results (gonna do this exercise for 2 weeks minimum)❤❤ Day2: completed workout with ease . Postures getting better. Started intermittent fasting too🎊(16:8) Day3: completed day 3 . No changes till now Day 4 : not doing today as muscles are strained and not feeling well🖤saddle bag size:119cm , current weight 80 kgs

Omg I remember doing this in like 2017 and it was so hard, I remember the traveling leg lifts feeling soo hard, and the pulses at the end… I have this feeling with a lot of ur videos! I come back after years and suddenly it hits me that I used to find this difficult!! And now I do the whole video with no breaks, no stopping, no modifying… it still gives a wonderful burn but I LOVE realizing that the exact moves and sequences that I used to find the hardest/ necessary to take breaks during, I now don’t even give a second thought as I pretty easily complete them ! I just realized that during this video and I almost thought I was misremembering at first, like “there’s no way I actually struggled to do this move, it’s so easy and quick!” But I rly did ! I used to let myself take pauses even when I really didn’t need one, and let myself end an exercise with maybe 3-5 seconds left… and I made a shift where I now push myself, and that made me quickly realize that I’m capable of so much more than I first thought! When I first started pushing through without taking unnecessary breaks, only pausing if I literally needed to, but mostly just pushing through, I would find that most of the e time, after like 10 seconds of really bad pain, if I kept pushing through, it would kinda subside! It’s like my brain accepted that I wasn’t going to stop, and so it stopped trying to convince me that I was at my limit… Mainly I noticed that our limits are usually at least double what we think they are! There’s a study I saw years ago that showed that at the point when runners they think they’re done, that they can’t go on, they actually physiologically can continue on for the same amount they already completed… so for example, if they fatigued at one mile, and felt like they couldn’t do anymore mentally, they actually could do another mile! And learning this, I tested it myself and when I started feeling my mind telling me it’s too much, I need to stop, I just kept going, through the discomfort, and like 95% of the time, the discomfort will literally subside and it’ll actually begin to feel less painful! When I say pain, it should be obvious that I don’t mean like dangerous pain, but just the normal pain during exercise- I just can’t think of a better term for it, lol

So I've worked out on and off with different techniques and also worked with a fitness trainer. I find these workouts give me workouts I can feel immediately; my muscles respond to these. Try them- just for a week and see. Good luck everyone.

Day 1: hard to get through, had to skip some but that’s okay. Do what you can don’t over work Day 2: still hard but did more than yesterday, I feel the burn in the morning Day 3: getting easier! Finished whole thing! Day 4: rest day Day 5: skipped Day 6: noticed results but again skipped Day 7: started again, way freaking easier, like cake now. Day 8: not seeing too much results but i haven’t been doing it long, easy as heck now. I do several videos throughout the day of other routines. (Good to switch it up) Day 9: woke up and my muscles are sore! That means it’s working 🥰 Day 10: Rest day, feeling sore.

Guys this thing really works!! I’ve been doing it two times a week for six weeks and I’m starting to see changes it’s the only workout that is focused in the thighs area I do so I’m pretty sure the changes are from this video of course accompanied with moderate eating and some low intensity 30 min cardio I will definitely keep doing it

I have been doing this faithfully for about 5 weeks. Definitely see results. I still battle with my diet, which is probably why there isnt more, but it HAS helped at least 2 inches around the "saddlebag" area.
I must say, this is the only workout that I enjoy soooooooo much. Like I don't even know where the ten minutes go while doing it. I was like wait... It already ended?!!!! That's how immersed I get into it. Thanks to Cassey for making such a good combination 👏👏👏👏
@@chaimalalou1958 It works, but..... You won't see huge difference instantly. You gotta keep doing it for sometime to notice the difference. So, don't get disappointed after doing it for just one or two weeks. You need to be persistent.
@@mata-lg5hx Actually the thing is that the body part which gets affected after any workout the most are my butts and calves in my case.So yeah my butt did got a little bit bigger but it was just a little bit 🤌. This workout helps you in saddlebags so it's given you gonna see a little change in the butt area too but that's just little nothing to worry.I too hate growing my butt big 😂.

You ladies should try to incorporate some push-ups in your routine! Even if you have to do them on your knees at first. When I was working up strength to do a proper push-up the arm pit skin "flap" was gone after a short while cause I toned out that area :D Hope it works for you too!

I first came across this workout 3 years ago. It was one of the most effective workouts for me back then and saw results after 1-2 weeks of doing this. It is still a great exercise and come back to this once in a while.
Wow I remember trying to do this video a couple of months ago and utterly failing. Now, I've been following the July calendar every day (only 13 days but major achievement for me lol), and I was able to do the entire video pretty okay! Today I started this workout.
Day1 : postures were not that good initially. A little pain for a while after the workout . Doing it with lower belly workout , inner thigh workout , some arm exercises and 10000 steps a day . Diet is normal (1200 calories-1400 calories)🧚♀️.

I’ve been doing this for a month and wow is it good! I’ve been working out for the past 2 years and have been trying to find a good saddlebag workout but haven’t been able to find one this great! My saddle bags are almost gone and I’ve been doing this for 2 weeks on and off. Highly recommend this workout and make sure to do cardio to help results come faster!

Omg I remember doing this in like 2017 and it was so hard, I remember the traveling leg lifts feeling soo hard, and the pulses at the end… I have this feeling with a lot of ur videos! I come back after years and suddenly it hits me that I used to find this difficult!! And now I do the whole video with no breaks, no stopping, no modifying… it still gives a wonderful burn but I LOVE realizing that the exact moves and sequences that I used to find the hardest/ necessary to take breaks during, I now don’t even give a second thought as I pretty easily complete them !
I just realized that during this video and I almost thought I was misremembering at first, like “there’s no way I actually struggled to do this move, it’s so easy and quick!” But I rly did ! I used to let myself take pauses even when I really didn’t need one, and let myself end an exercise with maybe 3-5 seconds left… and I made a shift where I now push myself, and that made me quickly realize that I’m capable of so much more than I first thought!
When I first started pushing through without taking unnecessary breaks, only pausing if I literally needed to, but mostly just pushing through, I would find that most of the e time, after like 10 seconds of really bad pain, if I kept pushing through, it would kinda subside! It’s like my brain accepted that I wasn’t going to stop, and so it stopped trying to convince me that I was at my limit…
Mainly I noticed that our limits are usually at least double what we think they are!
There’s a study I saw years ago that showed that at the point when runners they think they’re done, that they can’t go on, they actually physiologically can continue on for the same amount they already completed… so for example, if they fatigued at one mile, and felt like they couldn’t do anymore mentally, they actually could do another mile!
And learning this, I tested it myself and when I started feeling my mind telling me it’s too much, I need to stop, I just kept going, through the discomfort, and like 95% of the time, the discomfort will literally subside and it’ll actually begin to feel less painful!
When I say pain, it should be obvious that I don’t mean like dangerous pain, but just the normal pain during exercise- I just can’t think of a better term for it, lol
I first saw Cassie on Pinterest someone Posted her workout and said she was a Trainor and I legit thought she was those tough, agressive,overly disciplined workout coaches that haunt you.

So guys if you are planning to do this, you definitely should.. It really works ... I did try tons of other thigh workouts and they didn't work idk maybe I was doing it wrong but this one definitely worked for me... I am so glad. I love her workouts!!!!

So I've worked out on and off with different techniques and also worked with a fitness trainer. I find these workouts give me workouts I can feel immediately; my muscles respond to these. Try them- just for a week and see. Good luck everyone.

Guys this thing really works!! I’ve been doing it two times a week for six weeks and I’m starting to see changes it’s the only workout that is focused in the thighs area I do so I’m pretty sure the changes are from this video of course accompanied with moderate eating and some low intensity 30 min cardio I will definitely keep doing it
I have bigggg saddlebags from losing/gaining weight over and over again with contraceptives. I'm gonna try this! I hope it works, I just want to wear my dresses without them being too tight around my thighs. Wish me luck!
I have been doing this faithfully for about 5 weeks. Definitely see results. I still battle with my diet, which is probably why there isnt more, but it HAS helped at least 2 inches around the "saddlebag" area.

@@chaimalalou1958 It works, but..... You won't see huge difference instantly. You gotta keep doing it for sometime to notice the difference. So, don't get disappointed after doing it for just one or two weeks. You need to be persistent.

@@mata-lg5hx Actually the thing is that the body part which gets affected after any workout the most are my butts and calves in my case.So yeah my butt did got a little bit bigger but it was just a little bit 🤌. This workout helps you in saddlebags so it's given you gonna see a little change in the butt area too but that's just little nothing to worry.I too hate growing my butt big 😂.
