Just installed Lamin-x on my head and tail light this morning. Pretty thick stuff. I managed to get away with a hair dryer but had to use it on the high setting. The heat makes a HUGE difference in how workable the material is
You can use a hair dryer! 1000's of ppl use them. You only need soapy water, a card and the wrap! Use degreaser to clean first and make sure to wipe it all off! Couple minutes later and you're done!

Lol! Separating the layers....been there... finally used two pieces of tape ,one on either side of the film to separate. Use this film for everything from Nail art, to costume and makeup ,crafts..bags ,phone cases and wind chimes!jewelry .even food buffet accent decor! Did not know about the heat part.. and didn't realize that there was a top layer of clear film! I just picked it up online for craft projects.
I have an 2015 ecoboost and in my opinion the magnaflow competition series cat back is the best exhaust for what you described. The street system is just not enough sound so I wouldn't waste my money on that.
Dude your dad and I need to customize our mustangs together! Lol Mbrp street is the best exhaust for that car trust! Or the mbrp race for a louder exhaust but its the deepest tone for an ecoboost and not annoying

Danny, a suggestion for the exhaust is the Dbx series muffler from Flowmaster, because its design is more for the turbo cars than n/a and it limits if not removes the higher pitch sounds in an exhaust ( its main focus is the tin can sound )
Do you get pulled over for this? I want to do exactly this to my civic coupe but I live in New York. As far as I understand, the headlight tint laws just say 70% of light haS to filter through and I’m assuming the transparent iridescent doesn’t block any light at all bc it’s not a dark tint. Any advice for me?
Danny Courtney I don't know if u r willing to spend this much but check out an armytrix exhaust plus is a valve control so he can be loud and quiet not a lot people have the armytrix exhaust systems so I don't know how hard it will be to get ur hands on but they do make some of the best sounds exhausts out there it is definitely worth a look

I have a 16 ecoboost easiest and cheapest exhaust with really good sound is a muffler delete and resonator delete if you want it loud.

You won't get that v8 sound coming from a 4 cylinder but mbrp race series catback will give you a deep sound
for the eco boost mustang. MBRP has a deep sounding exhaust.

The 3m headlight tint I used is 1.8mm thick. If you're is thicker I think that's pretty excessive

Best way to put headlight tint to get full coverage is to remove the whole headlight assembly.
