Yes! That looked Shite! 😝 Sorry all meant in good humour. Prob very difficult with one hand and very curvy lights! But heh, you do all these things so we don’t have to, and it’s appreciated 😜
I sprayed tinted the rear lights on my 306 D-turdo back in the day. They were sik aftermarket “Lexus lights” to start with, then when I added the tint they became double sik, with mad street cred gainz.
Believe it not, its not actually ruined. You can still get the fingers out with a heat gun and a lot of time lol but best to use 2 hands and stretch as u go along the headlight since its so curvy. Very good attempt especially with one hand. Great video 😎
Shags, I had a mondo and it decided it was going to eat the timing belt when we were going on holiday so that was fun. Started looking for another and ended up with a clitreon c1. Pretty similar to the mondo I know. Was looking for a tt and ended up with a vt. The luxuries are great an odo and speedo. I can put up with the lack of many things but no central locking is doing my nut in. Anyway have you ever tried the eBay central locking kits. Always a good laugh watching your videos m8. Great humour.
A Citroen C1 is an identical car to the Mondeo, as long as it’s the ST220 V6. I’ve got one of them cheap awful central locking kits in a drawer, along with shit loads of other random eBay shite for when I can be arsed/get the time to fit too, and thanks mate 🙃
Probably having a squeegee at hand would have helped. Also, utilising both hands for jobs like this would significantly improve the chances of a good outcome. As for the next sponsorship I shall get you a squeegee and a tripod! :D
Doing something like that with one hand is a bit like playing football with one leg but I got the idea anyway. Even though I have 2 hands I'll not try this. Thanks again.
Hi m8 when i did mine i put some soapy water like you did & i used a hairdryer & stretched it in all directions using 2 hands but it isn't easy as like you said the Citroën C1 lights are curved in every direction & i have to say you trying one handed i admire your efforts but you definitely need 2 hands bro!
This is way better than Ride My Pimp ,, or what ever its called on TV ,, If you had a really big elastic band ,,, you could put it round your head , like a Rambo bandanna ,,, and then tuck your phone in behind it and not only would it work as a first person point of view camera ,,, it could double as a hands free kit too. Are you anywhere near that Yabi Dabi Dodo guy that wraps / ruins super cars ,,, maybe if you called past he could pull it for you , while your rubbing it too ,,,, thats bound to sort out the wrinkles .
Unfortunately I’m not particularly good at learning lessons, that’s probably why I am where I am in life today 🤔 I’ve got some tinted wrap for the rear lights, so there’s potentially another shit video coming up at some point 😂
Ive tried vinyl wrap a couple of times and its difficult !! Think you would have been more successfull with 2 hands ?? But thanx again for the entertainment.
@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos best to use fingers, to avoid those lines on a film. I was able to wrap my side mirrors with a regular hairdryer this way. Where is a line, there you remove film a bit. Heat it up then use your finger to flat it out
Your optimism in the face of undeniable circumstance is admirable. You waste your money so that we don’t have to waste ours ❤ For that we applaud you.
I do it all for the fans 😂😂😂
Not a complete failure. You now have one clean headlight.
Always look at the positives
The fiver wasn't wasted. I enjoyed the video. Cheers.
Cheers mate 🙃

I do this dumb shit so you don’t have to.
You gave it a good try so full marks for not giving up even when you knew it wasn’t good. It was funny 😊
If it was funny then at least I achieved something then 😂
This video brought back memories of when I tried to wrap the rear lights on a 206 a few years ago….So much funnier watching you tho!🏆

I knew it……I only had to take one look at your French whip to recognise an owner who’s had a long career in the modification seen!🤪
@@michaelmccarron6976 I’ve earned plenty of credentials and experience of ruining perfectly good cars over the years.
Not much 'Karma Chameleon ' ! looked like it was working at one point , keep up the videos !
I got optimistic for a split second 😂
Thank you for saving us all a fiver... what a hero🤩
You’re welcome 😆

Haha yea deffo. I think the shit quality vinyl didn’t help either.
Lol hey you win some and you lose some . Very informative I won’t be trying that any time soon 😱😂👍
I think I lose more than I win 😂

Lol you and me both pal you aren’t alone 😩🙃👍

I probably wouldn’t have done any better using both hands tbh
Not sure if you can do it with headlights, but could you spray paint the lights with a darkening tint like the rear lights?
Yea possibly. I was only gonna do this cos it’s not meant to dim the lights and wanted to test if it did tbh
You meant wanted to waste a fiver and 30 minutes of your life?

Cheers mate. I may dry it again at some point, and film that failure too 😂
Lol! I love watching ur videos u always make me laugh. I'm also a citroen c1 owner slowly trying to kill it 1 mile at a time
Cheers. I’ve been giving it a good go but it seems that this thing is not destructible 🤣

Can’t find one big enough to fit round my fat head.
@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos a small slice from a tractor inner tube will fit the bill
Have you ever thought of fitting the tts supercharger kit?
I’ve thought of fitting a cheap Chinese one, but I’d struggle to find the time at the moment tbh.
If its any consolation,I tried wrapping once too,,TOTAL fuck up,,I can only applaud the pros,,!!
Every time I try it, the same result haha
I forgot to ask you about the spoiler 😂😂😂. Bonus that it opens 90%
Oh yea,.. that’s how long ago I filmed this video 😂
@@StupidBlokeStupidVideos blame covid/the war in Russia and China like everyone else does 😂
You need to a heat it then stretch the film over the headlight. That will pull most the bubbles and lines out.
I’ll try that if I make another attempt
Yeah go for it. This could be a new career for you, vinyl wrapping cars lol. I watch them doing it on UA-cam, I can't see me having the patience
that's a nice car
It’s a proper beast 🤣
Would have looked properly pimped with that on it 😂😂 Some see a fuck up, I see a man that has possibly learnt his lesson with wrapping😁

Simple solution would be to retrofit some square flat headlights, how hard could that be eh.
To the ROOF? 🤔

I’ve tried it a couple of times and failed every time 😂. Yea probably would have worked better using both hands and a squeegee, but fuck it
Thats the fucking way to do it.
😂😂
Get your a tripod to the phone 😁👍
I’ve had a couple but they keep breaking 😞
Film needs to be heated, then stretched a bit, especially around curves.
I’ve got some black for the rear. I might try again
