Kegel can make it worse. I did them for years not knowing. But old fashion squats really do help. I started a squat challenge about 6 years ago and found my problem fixed by 90 percent. I was already low carb, which had helped a lot. But the squats took it to a much better level.
I am in my late 40s going through menopause and noticed this condition a little but I have cured it by accident. I did a 48 hour fast for food poisoning recovery and breaking my fast with fermented foods probiotics and continues with leafy green vegetables with very little protein for 3 more days, no carbs/sugar of any kinds … it’s no longer a issue for me now, Dr berg is always on point with health issues, my family is definitely benefiting from your work and watching your videos everyday, THANK YOU 🙏
That's fantastic. Glad to hear it worked. But in case you were unaware of it, you DID have carbs because you said you ate leafy green vegetables. What helped me was the opposite. I ate a high animal fat keto diet with the normal amount of protein from red meat, eggs, chicken and a couple other animal sources. I usually make homemade kefir but had to buy a store brand, but it was plain (no added sugars or fruit) and still worked as a great probiotic.
Just so you're aware, leafy greens have such a minimal amount of carbs that it's not worth mentioning. You can eat a couple pounds of leafy greens a day and still never go out of ketosis. In fact kale and other leafy greens are so low in carbs it's the only thing that won't break a fast bc fiber is the main componant. @pat4005
Dr.Berg you have influenced lots of people and you have changed the dietary game forever. Let me thank you for everything you have done for humanity so far!. Stay great!
Who would have thought that diet had anything to do with leaky bladder! I'm beginning to believe that diet has everything to do with everything. Thank you for imparting your knowledge.
I tell you getting older isn't for sissies, I used to work in a medical office GYN, a menopausal woman told me that and now I'm experiencing those problems I am so glad to have found this UA-cam channel, thank you so much for all the good advice
I didn't have a leaky bladder but I used to go to the bathroom very frequently and I got really fed up with my sleep being disturbed at night to go to the bathroom (usually only once) and not being able to get back to sleep. Just over a year ago after watching your videos I realized that I was insulin resistant so I started healthy keto and then introduced IF - 20/4. Within a few months I lost 17kg and since then, while continuing with keto and IF, I've stayed at 50kg which is ideal for my height. I saw some improvement in the number of times I needed to go to the bathroom as well as many other improvements. I will be 74 next month and I try to do as much exercise as I can. Four days ago I started doing stomach vacuums and already I'm amazed that I no longer need to visit the bathroom at night so I'm getting better quality sleep, and I only go to the bathroom 4-5 times a day. So the combination of keto, IF, reversal of insulin resistance and vacuums has very much improved my life.
@@amberrose1108 As Judy said it means intermittent fasting. I also do a 24 hour or 48 hour fast occasionally. I feel so great being in ketosis. It's made my brain much sharper. I've always enjoyed crosswords, Sudoku and other mind-stimulating things. I can solve most games of Freecell in 1-2 minutes. I learn new things very quickly and am still very good at mental arithmetic. Incidentally, I don't have a TV out of choice because I want my mind to be active and challenged. For me TV is very boring. I keep up with the news on the BBC and SKY news websites and of course here on UA-cam.
Yeah! Dr. Berg I have been following you and I have changed my eating completely. I have noticed that my bladder problem has greatly decreased along with losing 70lbs. I am so grateful to you for teaching us a healthier way. Also thank you for the tips about GMOs and what foods to avoid. You are always teaching us something important. I appreciate you so much and thank God for you. Have a beautiful blessed day
@@stockomacias6621 oh YES, it is very real for many of us women. I used to think it was only with someone really old. It was an issue for me in mid 40s (due to stress, being overweight & carb overload) and thanks to Keto & fasting regularly NO MORE whatsoever.
Well weight loss isn't always a cure-all- lost 1/2 of body weight- from just under 400 to just over 200- drip worse than a leaky gutter- so gonna listen to Dr Bergs advice- oh, and i had 3 over 9 pound babies- thanks to a 6ft3in husband who outweighed ME- so that contributed Too!
It had been going on for several years. I was getting up many times during the night and it was exhausting. Whenever I went during the day, I could never quite empty my bladder and when I had to go, the urge was bad and frequent, even if there was only a little bit in my bladder.
@cocoa heart not so much as leaky bladder, but extremely frequent voiding, the dribbling everywhere afterwards. A mess. Also, if I had to go, I had to GO NOW..no bladder retention. All is better now as long as I am on point. Now I follow Dr Berg's IF/Healthy Keto. Eat 2x a day at noon-1pm and between 5-6pm. Zero snacking. Dr. Berg has detailed videos on IF and Keto with specific guidelines.
I've been having bladder leakage after first childbirth and got worse gradually with second and third then with menopause. I excercise and pills with no improvements. I started healthy keto and intermittent fasting 5 months ago. Not only I lost 30 pounds and belly fats, the bladder leakage improved immensely. I almost feel like before child birth. Thank you, Dr Berg!!! I totally agree the root cause for most bladder leakage is insulin resistance.
Ugh . . . I've never done intermittent fasting and I've no idea how to do it so I'm going to have read book on it. I have poor appetite already and then if I'm further limited to meats and fats, that's prolly not going to work very well for me.
Low Vitamin D also contributes to both female and male urinary incontinence. My mother-in-law upped her D levels with supplementation and no longer wears Depends. She noticed a marked improvement within a week of starting 10,000 IU of Vitamin D3. There is peer-reviewed research to support this observation as well.
I was in my mid 49s when I was found with osteopenia and took the same dose as your mom in law and I was cured but the other problem persisted. I will try this ketogenic diet…you know, we, women, hear the word “diet” since our teens and have become dismissive of diets…but I will try it and maybe it will be worth it.
Advice for everyone who is a fan of Dr Berg - watch the ads before his videos, IN ITS ENTIRETY. Don’t hit the skip button. If you do, he doesn’t benefit from it. Do this for your favorite UA-camrs, who put so much time and energy into producing fantastic content that benefits all of us.
You don't know how much it felt like you were speaking directly to me in this video man... I'm 37, i've not been able to control my badder for probably 10 years already so this started really early for me. I'm sure you right about insulin. I just make myself do this. It's really hard for me to tell myself no and not eat. Probably one of the hardest things I can do honestly... I know that is horrible but its the truth. I eat to enjoy not for the health of my body, that being said I don't take pharmaceuticals of any kind really.... I can't stand modern medicine. Im gonna have to really look into this keto stuff and intermittent fasting
If you ensure to have nutrients rich foods, doing healthy keto and intermittent fasting won’t require much discipline. If you search his name and words like “how to start healthy keto”, you will see a list of videos getting you right on track fast. Get ready to enjoy life.
Just slowly move your fasting period one hour at a time to make the transition easier. I made dinner earlier and then I skipped breakfast and made a early lunch. It’s funny but hunger is often just the body responding to a time you feed it. Think about if you are hungry and you get a phone call that a love one was in the hospital and you had to come right away. You will notice that your hunger will disappear. A good part of hunger is simply habit.
This happened to me during menopause & I was 25 to 30 lbs heavier. Intermittent fasting absolutely cured this & now on a carnivore Keto diet! I’m 59 & Problem solved it never happens anymore 👍🏻
@Goo Gle Yes! I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for 2yrs now & yes I am completely cured, I never have any bladder leaks now. I really thought it was something I was going to have for the rest of my life! I had it for about 5 yrs.
@Goo Gle I started out slowly reducing my carbs, breads ,pasta, rice & junk foods(cookies, crackers etc. Then I did Beef butter bacon and eggs for 30 days , then reintroduced, some foods, but I am meat based. It’s a process but totally worth it since it is life long!
I have stress incontinence and am post menopausal. I have been IF for a year and dropped 30 lbs. I noticed a few months ago that the incontinence has lessened, I can cough or sneeze now without the spurts unless I am constipated.
@@angelinevanaman2629 Hey there. Did you eat just bacon and eggs for thirty days? I’m trying to find a simple diet to lose weight. My doctor has really been after me about weight loss and it’s hard for me. Do you have any tips.
Thank you so much for educating me on this topic. I have no leaky bladder, but I have had the problem with frequent urinary, especially at night for the past 10 years. I m now 58 and feel so helpless with this situation since no one has been able to help. I’m going to take your advice seriously and keep you posted in the next few weeks. With deep gratitude 🙏
Dr. Berg, I have had chronic urinary issues my entire life and I’ve seen every urologist in my area as well as tried every medication but I’ve never heard of this explanation. I’m always so happy to try new things. Thank you!
As a side note, the short clip of childbirth around the 2:30 mark is not helpful or accurate. Birth doesn’t have to be like that. Please switch that clip with a clip of a calm and peaceful birth. 🙏🏻 I’ve birthed 4 children and will birth my 5th next month. A calm, quiet, and peaceful birth is absolutely possible with the right preparation, birth team, and atmosphere. 💕
It’s amazing how much they know about herpes. I was raped in 2019 and got symptoms, I couldn’t walk at all. The Doctor didn’t have any clue only (Dr.Ani John) on UA-cam has the complete medication..
Most births are like that, so its entirely accurate. Visit the labor ward in any hospital. Very few people have a calm birth, it's highly stressful any way ya slice it. Portraying a woman giving birth calmly would be inaccurate.
Thank you so much! I never really had an issue with this except for a few months when my weight was at my highest and my health at my lowest. After losing 70 pounds and living a healthier life, I never have that issue anymore. Thank you!
Indeed, Dr Berg you have not only influenced ordinary people, but you have also motivated other medical doctors to follow your path and even some of them nowadays have channels on UA-cam. Thank you Dr. Berg for all the information we have benefited from.
I went to a physical pelvic floor therapist. You need to contract your abs along with doing the kegal. Having a strong core is actually very important it supports the pelvic area it is all connected.
I have been suffering from over active bladder. I am 33yrs old and never been pregnant. Ita tough and the diagnosis is a matter of elimination of other potential problems. The suffer is real, I will try the Keto diet definitely!. Thank you for being visionary and super intellegant
I stopped this situation by using his data on healthy keto, intermittent fasting and on stress. Whenever I cheat or don’t handle my stress, it starts again, to a lesser degree.
That is amazing to me, I would have never guessed that one was associated with it. I don't ever get any sun exposure, not even through the summer so I could really be D deficient.
I’m suffering from this problem ever since I gave birth to my baby. It’s been a year still I’m not recovered. I’m trying my best to educate myself on this topic. It’s annoying and frustrating! Feels like this body is no longer mine but a woman has to lose so much and sacrifice her body after giving birth. I know I’m not the only one. Big thanks to the doc. Lots of love to all the mothers. Xx
i would also add strengthening the ab muscles , cause sometimes it's the intestines pushing on the bladder that creates the discomfort , so doing stomach vacuums and strengthening these muscles will greatly help . do that as part of strength training program , which helped me the most with insulin resistance , so u would be hitting 2 birds with one stone .
Had a weak core my whole life, can confirm these problems improve when it is stronger! My core strength and weight have fluctuated throughout life but trying to stick to the guns will save your buns for real !
Dr. Berg, I follow you for years now and you are a blessing! I knew you were for REAL in the beginning of 2020, when you spoke truth against the News Rhetoric. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. 🤗
This is really working. I started KETO a year ago. I lost 45kg. Night urination's gone. Along with a bunch of other problems. And it's only now I'm watching this video and I've realised that I did not experienced urine leaks for a long time.
Wow! Reducing carbs through a keto diet provides so many positive effects on the body for improved health. It's one powerful tool to learn about and master its usage to create massive healthy changes in one's life. I never would have thought about its connection to bladder leakage. Thanks, Dr Berg, for doing the extensive research that uncovers workable solutions that millions can apply in their lives to improve personal health. :)
Now i am 63, suffering with this problem for nearly 20 years. After seeing this video now i learnt that sugar resistence is also associated with this. Diabetic taking SR glycogen tablets, for 20 yrs. But keto diet, exercise alone give remedy. it is an eye opener to an layman like me. Thank you doctor for your service.
I learn so much from Dr. Berg! I began watching just a month ago and am now religiously watching every video every evening! Your videos are so well done and you explain with such great details for your followers to understand! Thank you for educating, enlightening and inspiring us to live better, eat healthier, and take care of our body!
I have learned so much from you Dr. Berg. I now do what I call Dirty Keto. Yeah I cheat. I like to think if God grew it, I eat it. So my diet includes beans and banana and chickpea pasta.. Luckily, I have always loved fruits and veggies. Even tho I cheat, I have lost 17 lbs and can't believe the side benefits. No more leaky bladder, wrinkles have disappeared, nails have grown long and strong, eyebrows are filling in and OMG I have beautiful eyelashes again! I transitioned slowly. First I eliminated wheat and soy....it was hard. Then I added lots of eggs. Then I started your trace minerals. I added apple cider vinegar. Every month I look for some aspect of my life to upgade.
@@leslieridenour2734 I'm able to use half and half without spiking my insulin/glucose balance thing, but some people have to use cream to avoid the spike. So you're good!
You are such a inspiration....so many people trust you and appreciate you...people can't afford insurance...I learn from you like a sponge...and use all your teachings to help others too..even send clips
Thank you so much for your great work, sir. And also thank you for the link you put for the free downloading of the healthy Keto! Your UA-cam channel and you yourself are so appreciated! Thank you again 🙏💐
Thank you, Dr Berg...a few months ago one of your videos showed me how every time we eat, we create insulin and it was the cause for my waking up several times to urinate. All this time I thought it was my bladder. I followed your instructions and no longer have that issue--better sleep. So gateful🙏♥️🙏
Keel can make it worse. I did them for years and only got worse. Then I found out I was not the only one. But old fashioned squats does wonder for the problem. Discovered that doing a squat challenge. 90 percent improvement. Then I found out that Squats help a lot of people.
Spot on regarding the ANS. I have a chronic issue with B12 deficiency. Incontinence came simultaneously with balance issues, cognitive loss, pins & needles, numbness, vision & hearing loss. Ob/gyn prescribed Betmiga - assuming it was a nerve issue. Took years to figure out the B12 problem - will take years to recover, perhaps partially. It’s important to note if the incontinence occurs along with other neuro issues - & demand an “active” b12 test. Serum B12 does not tell you how much of the vitamin is useable. It could also be a problem with other deficiencies. And if you have iron deficiency along with b12 deficiency they can cancel each other out in the blood tests - showing a negative for anemia.
Hi I am anemic and sometimes my b12 goes low too. I have incontinence, numbness, vision & hearing issues, cognitive decline, I was thinking maybe it is nerve related haven’t gone to doctor yet for nerve. What is the difference between normal blood test for B12 and active test. ( I generally eat vegetarian food)
Yes. But I one may not need such a long time to solve this. Have you checked all his videos on the nervous system? Especially on getting enough b1 as Benfotiamine? On high quality red meat and on getting enough potassium and enough D3&K2?
Dr. Berg has a video on peripheral neuropathy. Suggests taking nutritional yeast and B1 (benfotiamine). I had numbness and tingling in my fingers and feet. I’ve been taking this for about 6 weeks now and am almost completely feeling normal. Thanks Dr. Berg!
"INSULIN RESISTANCE - you guessed it! " Even before I started Keto, I knew that if I binged on sugar, my bladder would become overactive and leaky. When I clean up my diet, the problem goes away. It's almost like a light switch off and on. So I just do my best not to cheat on sugar and refined carbs !!!!
Ok, that explains it! I was just thinking the other day how much my Overactive Bladder has improved even though I stopped my Oxybutynin at least 6 months ago (the dry mouth was way too much to handle!). I've been doing IF/Keto since Ash Wednesday (a little over 3 months ago). I've lost 29 lbs so far and this is SO easy to do!! I'm doing the OMAD right now - what's not to like?? I no longer have to worry about what I'll be taking for my mid-morning and mid-afternoon snacks and what do I take for lunch??!? No more of that. And I'm rarely hungry. Just like you said. Thanks Dr Berg (and Karen, too, for your recipes)!! I tell anyone who asks to tune into your channel. You rock!!
Oh my doctor gave me that med … I took it for a few weeks and just stopped.. My mouth was so dry I was drinking twice as much water … so it made me need the bathroom MORE
I already arrived at the intermittent fasting with ketogenic diet fix for this issue. Ehlers-Danlos and 3 kids with 40 years of kegels, I've gotten it pretty good. The biggest contributor to the improvement was the carb reduction, IMO
Thanks Dr. Berg! I've been doing healthy predominant plant based keto for nearly two years and lost over 100 lbs. However I still experience urgency and frequency and also noticed foamy urine. According to you this is low kidney function so I am going to be tested to see. Appreciate your info!
I also have urgency and frequency. I’m at my wits end. My doctor told me that foamy urine was the result of too much protein. I only have one kidney and I have to drink a lot of water but it seems it goes right through me. Any suggestions?
I KNEW it! It seemed like my bladder problems would get much worse after I ate a bunch of sugar, and better when I ate low-carb. Also worse when constipated. Thanks for explaining why!
They've also discovered that artificial flavors & colors may be an irritant to the bladder & a direct relation to bed wetting in kids because it actually can cause atrophy of the bladder. It's worth looking into & checking into. 💙
I'm not sure why Dr. Berg didn't mention vitamin B1 as a remedy. In another video he talks about ADHD, bedwetting and leaky bladder being related and the autonomic nervous system being affected bc of it's need for vitamin B1 to resolve these issues that are caused by high sugar/carbs which deplete vitamin B1 stores @@smarandadominte

I am underweight yet experience all the problems of the overweight but not as much. I start eating at noon and 6 pm only. I do not snack. And that practically solves all my problems. I don't need to exercise as much as before. I miss the carb. I just make soup with millet, steel oats and quinoa to substitute white rice. A bag of chips once in a while but it doesn't kill.

Hi Dr. Eric, Yesterday my father had surgery to remove blood clots from his left arm. This happened to him 15 years ago where the blood clot occured in brain and he lost his speech recognition (later he recovered thank god). Everything is good as of now. Please may I ask you to do a video on what precautions we should take further to prevent this type of situations or like what's the root cause of blood clot so we will be careful. Please 🙏
Try serrapeptase, nattokinase enzymes. They are useful for blood clots and other stuff. Vegetable oils, especially heated and high carbs also cause damage to vessels and atherosclerosis and blood clots.
He should eat raw liver or cooked liver if he can't raw, with beef dripping or butter. Liver is a superfood and especially raw! There's videos on here about it.
How would one know if they had that? Reason why I ask is because the way urine pours out of me, I have asked myself "I wonder if this is the spinal cord, because there is no control whatsoever, it's like a faucet opens up".😥
Dr Berg did a video showing thiamine (Vitamin B1) deficiency also affects nervous system and therefore can affect bladder control for frequency and urgency problems.
My mother had this problem. She started to drink the distilled water i drink and her "Sensitive Bladder" problem went away. My distiller is a white barrel type made in China. The City Water was Chlorinated and Floridated.
Just so you know, Dr. Berg, some of us are very poor. We eat as healthfully as we can, but fish, especially, is out of our league. With inflation, we're doing well just to get fresh produce now. You've made quite a difference for me though, with exercises. I'd also add, regarding frequent trips to the bathroom at night, sometimes the body is tired and sleepy but the mind just ain't.

I am so sorry. I am experiencing something weird right now with my body. I am making so many trips to the bathroom sometimes I pee a lot sometimes, I pee maybe a few spoonfuls of pee and sometimes I feel the urge to pee but nothing happens. I usually have a cup of coffee in the morning and either a cup of coffee/tea in the late afternoon. Maybe I will switch to herbal teas and see how that works out to cut out caffeine

I live in a small town and the doctors doesn't care enough about their patients. It's always a prescription and never a real investigation to find the problem. If I go in for a headache I will be treated for a headache and nothing more. Several years ago I once told my doctor " I have to go to the bathroom all the time, this problem has been going on for years, even after drinking a small slip of juice or water, I constantly have to use the bathroom" she gave me a cup to check my urine and everything was good so she said " maybe you have really good kidneys" I'm not the smartest person in the world but I knew that was a lie. After I changed doctors I told him about it and that it's not normal. He agreed and ran the same test she did, never taken it a step farther so he said maybe she's right. The disappointment was just hurtful because it was a problem, that's no way for anyone to live, but yet they wasn't trying to investigate to find what was causing it. So I had to tell him I want an ultrasound and the next appointment he walked in " You're holding 15 percent of urine. He give me Oxybutynin which helped but unfortunately I started having to go to the bathroom again just not as much as the beginning. He give me the same pills but I stop taking them because they were starting to effect me and I felt like maybe it's something else, something else I'm unknowingly doing to self. I wanted to find out what I can take that wouldn't effect me but help Me.
My problem mainly was linked to drinking far too much water - supposedly to be more healthy🤦 Additionally toxic metal dental fillings were suppressing metabolism; since Selenium - needed to activate Thyroid hormone in liver - binds with Mercury. After removing fillings, implemented various ways to detoxify. Also cut down on water consumption, and eventually found dry fasting helped to reset the suppressed antidiuretic hormone. After implementing Inclined Bed Therapy, now not waking up at all during the night, unless drinking too close to bedtime and/or consuming too much carbs/sugars.
I had a female friend who keep urinate every 15 minute.. i feel horrible just seeing her like that. And she is so difficult to believe that food does have a couse, but i still trying that she willing and would feel better
Thank you. So carbs, proteins, etc. I am a vegan, I have fasted all day no drinking, no eating, it is almost 7 p.m. I have till 12midnight to get some nourishment & calories to just function. I don't do grains, unless you consider quinoa, which is debated, & then it isn't often. I thought how much energy I had when I ate oatmeal. I am drinking a celery juice with lemon juice which is stated organic, that is 50 calories, the vitamins & minerals, also 11g total carbs. 11g from 25g doesn' t leave much to play with suggestions. Jesus is Lord! Amen!
This is so true. When I start fasting the water retention falls off and I don't have to pee as much at night although I'm drinking just as much water during the day.

Who would have thought that diet had anything to do with leaky bladder! I'm beginning to believe that diet has everything to do with everything. Thank you for imparting your knowledge.
Very glad to be of help and I'm happy you like the post.
Everything we put into our mouths, is a choice we must make for good health.
Wow 🤩 thank you so much for sharing! 👏👏👏
What’s IF?

@Goo Gle No, I haven't. When I was younger I did a lot of sports and I have always kept very active.

@@stockomacias6621 oh YES, it is very real for many of us women. I used to think it was only with someone really old. It was an issue for me in mid 40s (due to stress, being overweight & carb overload) and thanks to Keto & fasting regularly NO MORE whatsoever.

There is peer-reviewed research to support this observation as well.
vitamin D is really the best
Interesting
I was in my mid 49s when I was found with osteopenia and took the same dose as your mom in law and I was cured but the other problem persisted. I will try this ketogenic diet…you know, we, women, hear the word “diet” since our teens and have become dismissive of diets…but I will try it and maybe it will be worth it.

Most births are like that, so its entirely accurate. Visit the labor ward in any hospital. Very few people have a calm birth, it's highly stressful any way ya slice it. Portraying a woman giving birth calmly would be inaccurate.

Please also recommend seeing a Pelvic Physical Therapist as kegels on their own may make an over active bladder issue worse for some people.

the bladder & a direct relation to

Also a injured or damaged spine can contribute to a leaking or weak bladder
How would one know if they had that? Reason why I ask is because the way urine pours out of me, I have asked myself "I wonder if this is the spinal cord, because there is no control whatsoever, it's like a faucet opens up".😥

Chocolate is my down fall and I crave that some times, so I indulge myself. I know that chocolate has caffeine in it. So, I might have to cut that out as well
Dr. Berg, thank you for all the great info you share with us! Would you do a video on PMR? I'd love to know how to get off prednisone!!
Please please make a video on Primary bladder neck obstruction (PBNO). How one can follow a proper diet and lifestyle to get rid of this disease by avoiding surgery which has many complications. I am 26 years old. I have been suffering from this disease for the last 4 years. It has completely destroyed my life 😭😭 My life has just turned into a hell. Although PBNO is not as well known as other diseases like diabetes, high pressure, piles etc. I can bet that after a few years almost everyone will talk about PBNO. Because nowadays this disease is frequently appearing in young people. In addition, many doctors consider PBNO to be either benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostatitis due to not being properly diagnosis. Eagerly waiting for your response.
Dr Berg thank you SO much for your videos. They are short, informative and easy to understand. Could you make one for dry eye? Thank you
I live in a small town and the doctors doesn't care enough about their patients. It's always a prescription and never a real investigation to find the problem. If I go in for a headache I will be treated for a headache and nothing more. Several years ago I once told my doctor " I have to go to the bathroom all the time, this problem has been going on for years, even after drinking a small slip of juice or water, I constantly have to use the bathroom" she gave me a cup to check my urine and everything was good so she said " maybe you have really good kidneys"
I'm not the smartest person in the world but I knew that was a lie.
Another helpful and much needed information
Never stop teaching dr berg..
Thank you for your kind response.

Dr. Berg I didn't have this problem, until I had a partial hysterectomy. Will doing this help me?
Wow. Okay. Will try this
This is my life and its awful. Thank you for info that no one else shares
