In this video, I’m going to cover natural and effective remedies for hair loss.
Many top hair loss medications treat hair loss by blocking an enzyme (5-alpha reductase) to inhibit DHT. DHT is a powerful form of testosterone that can burn out hair follicles.
People with too much DHT can develop androgenetic alopecia or pattern hair loss. Onion juice, green tea, rosemary oil, and zinc can help inhibit 5-alpha reductase.
Fluoride from your water as well as sulfates from your shampoo can also potentially lead to hair loss. Try getting a shower head that filters out fluoride and use sulfate-free shampoo.

Woops - forgot to add a few links to showerhead fluoride filters. They are in the description now.
    purewaterfreedom.com/fluoride-filters/fluoride-shower-filters/chrome-fluoride-shower-filter.html

Personally, I put a whole house fluoride filter in. I used this company (no I am not affiliated): crystalquest.com/collections/fluoride-water-filters
They used to carry a showerhead to filter out fluoride but apparently now they only have whole house filters and under the counter filters.

Last year, my brother had a problem with losing a lot of hair. He went to see a dermatr who gave him some chemicals to put on his head. Unfortunately, those chemicals made his hair fall out even more, I can't remember the names of chemicals. Luckily, his friend told him about a special coconut and onion hair oil and shampoo called littlextra coconion. His friend had used it before when he had hair loss too. My brother used it every day for three months, and after that, his hair stopped falling out. He still uses it even now, six months later. My brother also loves to exercise and spends 30 minutes every day either doing exercises or jogging. I think that helps his hair because it makes the blood flow better in scalp. But I also think that our genes play a big part in this hair loss problem.

The mental effects of hair loss are so overlooked. Even I failed to see how devastating it was until I experienced it. It occurred to me a few days ago that I haven’t left my house without a hat in a year. I’ve always been complimented on how thick and curly my hair was and then BOOM. It started falling out in clumps. Some people have an easier time dealing with it but I’ve found it very difficult. Thanks to this channel for the help the past few months. I’m forever at a loss at what to do. Re my very thinning and weak hair. I’ve had an under active thyroid for 50 years. In 2017 I was told by my doctor that I had. Stage 3 ckd. What I was surprised at. She said you’ve had it since 2008? Just wish she had told me. Because I would have altered my diet. So everything I’m reading sounds great. Until someone says. Oh you can’t take that it’s no good for your kidneys. I’m 68. I’ll listen to any sound advice. I can deal with the fatigue etc. but my hair loss is now beginning to upset me. I appreciate your very busy. But also would be very grateful as to exactly what I can do to improve this situation. A million thanks for your continued imput. As a hairstylist of about like a decade, I can share with you you, that you're not supposed to use harsh shampoo on your hair.
I've noticed hair lines of numerous individuals, and I spotted that folks who were using harsh shampoo cleansers generally had poor hairline.
So I suggest only to use mild shampoo cleanser only. I myself use and advise to use littleextrra coconioon shampoo only.
Also, do warm oil massage two times a week as it boosts circulation and promotes hair.

Just notice, how many kids started becoming autistic after governments decided to add Fluoride to the water during world war I in order to keep the people silent. Now, Why can't governments simply not add fluoride to our water when everyone knows Fluoride a poison? Oh wait! Fluoride makes us dumb and that's what they still want so that people can be controlled under their cynical paws. But it is high time, we should bring this up in our upcoming elections. We should make our water Fluoride free. Like if you agree!

I have had great results with preventing and reversing hair loss by taking a daily combination of zinc, saw palmetto, biotin, and collagen supplements. I also use a derma roller on my scalp once a week, followed by massaging my scalp with rosemary oil and leaving it on for a few hours before shampooing it off. Massage of the scalp is an excellent thing, as it helps to promote a healthy blood flow, which in turn helps to promote hair growth.

My hair is so much better when I simply do not use shampoo. It doesn't seem to matter what kind of shampoo, it's all poo. What works for me is diluted baking soda, then rinsed completely, followed up with diluted ACV. It's amazing. Just getting rid of shampoo alone cut down on my hair fall. And I use a really good shower filter.

    • @sabinabaldwin4118

I agree! Not only "poo," but expensive at that! I started making my own shampoo from the herbs in my garden and a small amount of pure Castile soap. I follow that up with diluted ACV.

Saw Palmetto is not just for man issues. It helps balance testosterone. I reversed some male pattern baldness (I'm a female) and general hair thinning by taking saw palmetto. I've also seen an increase in hair growth and strength since starting intermittent fasting (23:1) with a keto type meal (ELAB).
