I have spent my entire life dealing with urinary issues, have seen a dozen urologists with very few answers but have never heard this advice. Thank you so much!
I woke up 2.3 times during the night, it really bothered me. After I listened to you and began to take vitamin B1, apple cider vinegar, I don’t eat carbs anymore. And a miracle happened after 2 weeks! I no longer wake up at night. WOW Thanks Dr. Berg, you are the best! 🤩🤩💖💖💙💙💛💛
B1 also corrects anxiety, panic attacks, nightmares, racing heart, dizziness, bouts of hypertension, low energy, foggy brain, inability to focus, feeling extremely cold, adrenal exhaustion, feeling “not like myself” and other seemingly unrelated symptoms. All due to too many carbs in my case (I fell off Keto) and all corrected with large amounts of B1. Now back on keto and feeling back to normal
@@cleocatra9324 add to those irritability, inability to withstand any stress, digestive issues, depression and yes, even weakened pelvic floor muscles. All issues have more or less been resolved, at least much much improved after 3 weeks of taking large doses of B1. I'm still continuing to build up reserves and make sure things are back to normal.
@@martine3884 I just started taking D3 and will try B1 seriously I have had horrible anxiety and panic disorder. I only had a bladder issue from not going to the bathroom at work because it was filthy but it’s resolved now.
I had type 2 diabetes and spent time in the hospital back in June. They wanted to give me insulin if my blood sugar was more than 72, so I saw the food service offered cinnamon & ordered some. I drank 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon (it was ceylon cinnamon, much milder) 3 times throughout a 24 hr period, including around midnight because they would do a finger stick very early. The only time my sugar was higher was one morning when I went to sleep early & didn't drink anything with cinnamon in it for over 12 hours, but even then it was only 80! They were going to give me a shot but I told them to wait and test again later, I drank a cup of decaf tea w/cinnamon & my breakfast. Later my test came out under 72! I've lost weight & my last blood draw in Oct. at my regular Dr. had my A1C at 5.9. He said technically I was no longer diabetic! I'm still trying to lose weight but I've dropped 35 lbs since last January. I'm still using cinnamon with my meals & will continue because it slows down the absorption of sugar and reduces the insulin spikes What I found is most medical staff, especially doctors gave me dirty looks when I said the cinnamon works (they even started testing my blood sugar 5 times a day, quite excessive, if you ask me) but it was always low except for that one time. Too many medical professionals are stuck in the politics of pharmecuiticals or making kick backs with free samples to want to let go of keeping people on pharmecuiticals!😢
The average diabetic brings over 750,000 each to the Medical Industry, mostly due to the fact the synthetic-chemical based meds (incl the fillers & carriers) severely damage the kidneys over time, hence there now being a Dialysis Center in every other shopping center after Nixon signed a bill aaying the government would pay for it (back when there were only 9,000 people nationwide needing it). 70% of diabetics end up on dialysis, unless something else bumps them off first. So there is zero incentive for our for-profit Medical System to cure diabetes, which is mostly a toxin-excreting HHV-4 variant viral infection of the liver or pancreas. Everyone carries HHV-4 semi-dormantly nowadays, with no 2 people having the EXACT same symptoms since their diet, viral substrain combinations, natural immune system strength, and toxin exposure all differ. Cure is the same: 'Clean' low fat super-nutrition, with plenty of cancer-preventing colorful phytonutrients, 30+ trace minerals, plus sea, fermented, and raw vegetables ( thus active enzymes, phytonutrients, & iodine, etc.), all of which are lacking in the Western diet.
Fenugreek seeds works as well.. soak a spoon overnight.. drink the water in the morning, let the seeds sprout for a day and chew them or use them in food or salad

I'm fortunate. Been a T-1 diabetic since age 19. I'm now 71. No diabetic neuropathy. No bladder issues. I walk 2 miles four to five times weekly. Lost a lot of weight. And eat healthy. Plus, I have a great endocrinologist. Your videos are very helpful. Thanks.
I started B1 and apple cider vinegar a week ago. I noticed a difference within 24 hours. I have more energy and don't feel like taking a nap every afternoon on my desk. Still want to change my jobs but that is a problem no doctor can fix. ;)
Bladder issues are SO debilitating. I used to walk for many hours every day but since I started having problems can not stray far from a loo! Thank you, Dr Berg - things are now back to normal since I followed your advice. So grateful.
Imagine my surprise when I just saw this. For years if I need to urinate and don’t immediately go I will feel like urinating every minute and each time just a little comes out. I have googled this many times but never found an answer that explains what is happening. I’ve also asked friends and they all say they dont experience this. For years I believed there’s no hope. I haven’t been to the hospital concerning this because no one seems to know what I’m talking about. You are the first person who has explained exactly what I’m feeling. Thank you for now showing me that there is a way around this and the cause behind it. Thank you truly.
Hi, I have the same... for how long have you been like this and what treatments are you in? There is another video about Varuna (tree from India), Dr Berg says it helps.
Dr. Berg, I am a 66 year old pre-diabetic. To say that I frequently urinate is an understatement! I also have severe COPD. After watching one of your informative UA-cam videos, I came to the conclusion that I may have a severe B1 deficiency, so I started taking it every morning. It's been about two weeks now and the heaviness and numbness that I have felt on the left side of my left calf (for nearly ten years!) is waning, and I don't have to urinate as often as I did two weeks ago! Here's something else I noticed: I use Flonase spray frequently to unclog my nose, which is constantly stuffed. Lately, I noticed that I don't have to use the spray as often because I seem to be breathing much easier. I also have more energy during the day, and when I wake up in the morning the chapped skin that frequently formed on the left side of my mouth is gone! (Due to the COPD, I sleep with the left side of my mouth open and that's what has been causing the chapped skin to form on the side of my mouth every morning.) Thanks to watching your videos, I am feeling much better! Please keep posting them! You are truly a credit to the medical profession!
If you're pre diabetic you would be taking metaformin. Exercise has been the MOST effective way to control pre-diabetes. Do not depend on diet alone. Go to a gym, and do higher intensity exercise, as high as you are comfortable with. If you don't know, most grain based foods are fortified with vitamin B groups. Look in the nutritional fact panel if you want to know what I mean. If you eat a lot of junk foods, you do not have any vitamin B deficiency. Fact is most food in developed countries are often fortified or enriched, but if you really want to make sure you are getting vitamins naturally, eat whole grains. Unless you live in a third world country you shouldn't be having much vitamin deficiency. However in my case pre diabetes doesn't adequately explain my urination problem, because my A1C is already out of prediabetes range, but the problem persist. In fact for me my experience has been more of my body seemingly needs less water than normal. Means I pee a lot, pee comes out crystal clear, and I'm not thirsty nor have I drank a lot of water or liquids. Not sure what is the problem. Problem is worse in the winter when I don't sweat a whole lot.

I damaged my whole bladder system for the 8 months I was coughing hard and incessantly due to an undiagnosed histamine intolerance. Now I'm healing my gut and avoiding histamine containing or producing food, and this will help me undo the bladder damage, too. Thank you!
You could also reduce your histamines by taking a European supplement called Toxaprevent. The DAO enzyme is hit or miss with me. I also reordered Benifuuki green tea that's good for that.

It never helped. My mom passed from kidney disease from it ( went on dialysis for several months) and was kinda ok but couldn’t walk… discharged to nursing home and got sepsis again and died last November. Just came back from aunt funeral who died from frequent urination, uti’s , same antibiotic treatments over time and dementia and arthritis and heart failure - I believe from the chronic inflammation so long! The length of time also depends entirely on the extent of nerve damage. Some people could take months or even years to heal the nerve damage for things to start working better again.

It is a brutal life... it doesn't surprise me that so many musicians die so young. I do have a neuropathy, and am mega- dosing B1... I've also given up performing for a living... I became a welder, mechanic, and cat dad.
Also eliminate all GMOs from your diet they will cause polyps. I've had them removed from my sinuses and my gallbladder. I believe it was due to my depression during a bad marriage and consuming Mass amounts of nacho cheese Doritos. I am now a hundred percent organic

Dr I have been trying to take care of bladder issues since I was 2. In and out of urologist offices. Medicines, to PTNS I’m tired. I’m almost 44 next month and I’m depressed. I’m over the accidental leaks and to the part wearing bladder protection underwear. I literally been searching the web and I just stumbled on this. Praying this works for me.
I'm 73 with fibromyalgia. I have urine incompetence. The fibromyalgia came on at age 30. A wise Dr. put me on vitamin B shots which helped immensely. I would become so exhausted before each weekly shot that my mind wouldn't work. Total exhaustion. After divorcing the complete care of my four children fell upon me. I was able to go back to college and later work as a teacher though ended up hospitalized which extreme allergic reactions or unable to walk. It took 17 years to diagnose. The shots literally saved my family life. Teaching school took me to another state where shots were not given and it was rough. I recommend shots for those that don't do well on pills or drops. Fifteen minutes after a shot I could think clearly again and my strength returned. I'm a near invalid now, disabled as weekly shots are a no go in this state.
I used to get vitamin B shots and then switched to a methylated B supplement. There are also liposomal methylated Vitamin B supplements options too. I found them to be just as effective. Give them a try!
hi Linda not sure if I urged you to get tested for lyme at igenex Labs in California. Most sensitive tests . Yes expensive but worth it for getting a real diagnosis and then treatment. Please try to do that with a lyme literate physician. Please try everything asap. Best, Joy ( I had it then got treated after diagnosis!)
I’ve been experiencing bladder urgency and I decided to cut out coffee. The problem went away. Now I drink herbal tea. I’m going to buy some B1 and I already do the apple cider vinegar (per your suggestion). Thanks for all the great info Dr! You are a gem!
Its the caffeine. I drink decaf and herb tea. Coffee has other good things, e.g. kidney function, so I keep drinking it. Caffeine irritates the bladder, so my specialist told me. When I cut caffeine out I stopped having urgency.
Thank you thank you thank you! I can attest to the fact that for YEARS I have had problems sleeping through the night, and always had to get up in the middle of the night to relieve myself. Over the past 6-9 months I began taking B1 in order to help with my mood and lower stress. The very first time I took a B1 just before bed, I slept straight through the night - first time in literally years! This healthy trend has continued. While I do not take B1 every night, I do take one B1 tab maybe 2-3 times per week, usually after the evening meal or just before bed. I'm now able to sleep through the night almost every night now, and I have much more energy during the day, with few mid afternoon slumps. I cannot thank you enough for again giving us great information that works!
I have this problem since a few months now. I was worried and went for a check up of my prostate. I tried all vitamins already. But it seems Thiamin is the missing link for me. I observed in this video almost all symptoms I have. And I observe although I have Vit B1 it's only Benfotamine I have in my closet and I never eat pork nor rice or anything that's on the list of recommended food for Thiamin. I will start eating lentils tomorrow! I am 100% confident this is going to work. Thanks again Dr Bergh! You are a invaluable resource for me.
Great info. After years of struggling with bladder issues, I was told that I might have interstitial cystitis. When I did my research on this and the foods that irritate the bladder I found that 100% of the foods that I should avoid with IC are the same foods that have been messing up my digestive system. Would love a video on IC.
I had interstitial cystitis after bladder cancer which I had cured with homeopathy. My osteopath recommended marshmallow route 30 drops, three times a day for six months and it completely healed my bladder. It also repairs your stomach lining. Worked for me. Good luck. Namaste 🙏💜🙏
I forgot to say that I was told that interstitial cystitis is caused by taking antibiotics when you do not have an infection which is often the case with drug dealing doctors!
My sister in law had IC. She hurt while going to the bathroom for several years. The doctors methods gave her no relief. I found out about it at a party. Told her to try two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before every meal. She went home that night and tried it. She had never called me in the 30 some years I have known her. She called me at 5 am lol and told me she peed for the first time in years without pain. That was maybe 10 years ago. She has since quit taking and the problem seems to be resolved. It was just a hunch on my part but it apparently worked for her. Terry

I took d-mannose for a bladder infection and not only did it get rid of the bladder infection ( symptoms were gone in within 6 hours) but since of urgency that i had talked to my integrative doctor over past year also went away!!
Did it affect your blood sugar? Spike it? It stops irritants from adhering to the urinary walls. My mom takes it, but I was wondering how it affects blood sugar as it is a type of sugar.
Same boat, although I take the R type alpha lipoic acid with it. It's been 9 weeks and no change. However, if you have real nerve damage (autonomic neuropathy), I've been told by a neurologist that fixing nerve damage through diet & supplements is going to take a long time to notice anything. 3-6 months should be the timeframe to look for the slightest change. It could take a couple years to to correct the problem. And... It might not correct at all. But don't give up hope!

Vitamin B1 (thiamine) deficiency can contribute to bladder issues by affecting nerve function and muscle control. Thiamine plays a critical role in the proper functioning of the nervous system, including the nerves that control the bladder. A deficiency in B1 can lead to weakened bladder muscles, resulting in issues like urinary incontinence or difficulty emptying the bladder. Thiamine also helps regulate nerve signals, and without enough of it, the bladder may not function properly, leading to overactivity or dysfunction. People with chronic health conditions or poor diets may be more susceptible to B1 deficiency and its effects on bladder health. Great video as always, Doc!

Thank you Dr. Berg for your informative videos. According to the late Edgar Cayce who was the Father of Holistic Medicine, he advised riding a bicycle regularly to help prevent bladder leakage. Also with regards to the bladder, I know a woman who had six children and never had bladder leakage. And guess what? After having her first child, part of her exercise routine was lying on the floor or bed with her legs up like she was peddling a bicycle. Years later, she also bought a stationary bike and used that while she was watching T.V., etc. She never had bladder leakage her entire life - she's passed on - and could never understand why other people ended up with it. I wish she were here so I could tell her that she was doing what the late Edgar Cayce recommended! So riding a bike and using your suggestions with consistency, I'm sure will prevent and/or resolve bladder leakage.
Hi Dr Berg. I’m a 16 year old female. Last summer I became anorexic. Tofu and spinach were the only foods I didn’t fear to eat, and so I ate a lot of soy for about a month. I lost a lot of weight, the condition of my skin was terrible and I experienced a lot of stress. In autumn my mental health went back to normal. I got really concerned about my period loss. I even started eating meat again after years of vegetarianism. I’ve been feeling very good lately, I even grew a little bit taller, and look a lot healthier, but unfortunately there’s still no sign of my period 😞. I’ve gotten it once in January, but then it just disappeared again. I don’t stress a lot nowadays, but sometimes I start panicking due to my period not coming back. What should I do? This vid solved my bladder problems, for the most part. . . Started on B1, and I no longer get up in the middle of the night. Wow! Not age related, just a B1 deficiency!
THANK YOU Dr. Berg, for bringing up this topic who happens to be a nuisance as many people suffers about in silence since they are embarrass to talk about it. I do have incontinence and it is very annoying. This is the video that I needed it. Your timing is perfect so I will do whatever you say. I am not diabetic at all, but I have Hypoglycemia. No heart diseases, no other dreadful diseases at all…..I am healthy except for the incontinence which I find it to be a total nuisance. I truly appreciate you talking about this problem. 👍🙌
Thank you so much for this valuable information. I’ve been suffering for so long with constant burning pain and frequent urination throughout the day and also at night. I have to get up frequently during the night to go to the bathroom. As a result I’m exhausted and nothing seems to relieve the pain in my bladder.
Thank you Dr Berg. I'm so glad you're here. I moved to the deep mtns in Pacific NW. I'm hours away from a Dr, at least one I trust. You're like my family here. I'm coming back to my beautiful South Eastern state in the early fall. Bless you for all your work to help ppl. You have certainly helped me.
Doctor berg, I had tried everything, even buying a product for pelvic exercises, to cut a long story short, I threw all caution to the wind watched Dr bergs you tube video, bought some vitamin b, and then fasted for 36hours. All I can say is I haven't looked back since, and my bladder problems are nearly non existent. I am going to keep on fasting intermittently Thank you Dr berg, for being the best informative you tube channel. ❤❤
I was diagnosed with an overactive bladder and had frequent urges to use the bathroom since I was a young boy, I was tested for diabetes and it came back negative. I hope to learn more
Thank you Dr Berg! I've been following your channel and I have been putting into practice your advice on a variety of health issues. I just turned 60 my weight is down to what it was in high school and I feel great! Blood pressure is excellent also!
Of course, Dr Breg does it again! Why are you the ONLY person on this planet that REALLY knows the answers to our health? My mom brother and I all have this situation and have for a long time, they also have hypoglycemia and anxiety. Duh it's all so obvious now! I am taking your B-1 Plus, D+k, and magnesium, which is AMAZING! I also do your healthy keto and my life/ health is changing.TOTALLY! Love you! xxoo Ava PS. I am healing from Gastroparesis, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, POTS, PPPD, anxiety, and so forth My DNRS brain training is excellent but all of this was the missing link!!
Just earlier today... yesterday for most people in the U.S. I realized that my low back pain may possibly or MOST LIKELY be due to my bladder. I came to this realization because my urine is typically brown. Yes, I don't eat or drink except during my 4 hour window each day. I have been ATTEMPTING to get a Primary care physician in Las Vegas and found out from Liver doc at Jubilee that thet DO NOT HAVE ANY in Vegas so you ONLY get to consult with a Nurse Practitioner like myself. I have been here 2 years and (not working) just now learning this. So, I have to refer myself to a Nephrologist. Never had so many issues when I was living alone in a HEALTHY NON SMOKING NON BOOBY TRAPPING home.
Why are you eating in 4 hour window when pee is dark like that.on a normal day that is extreme. Take care of yourself.forget the vanity and harsh rules.get away from smoke if you can.jeez.drink some water.maybe call your mom .have her make you some good veggie food.
Great information but there is also neurogenic bladder when you have spinal damage - I take B1 but it doesn't help with that although it does help to restore the myelin sheath which of course helps neuropathic pain .

B1 also corrects anxiety, panic attacks, nightmares, racing heart, dizziness, bouts of hypertension, low energy, foggy brain, inability to focus, feeling extremely cold, adrenal exhaustion, feeling “not like myself” and other seemingly unrelated symptoms.
Keep drinking that cinnamon water and you'll dry out your system.
The “medical”/pharmaceutical cartel makes me cringe. Good for you. It irritated them that you dealt with it in non drug way 😂
The average diabetic brings over 750,000 each to the Medical Industry, mostly due to the fact the synthetic-chemical based meds (incl the fillers & carriers) severely damage the kidneys over time, hence there now being a Dialysis Center in every other shopping center after Nixon signed a bill aaying the government would pay for it (back when there were only 9,000 people nationwide needing it).
That’s a great remedy, and well-documented.

You take benfotiamine or just thiamine?
Consider researching NAC = N-Acetyl Cysteine for COPD
Great Doc !
I take benfotiamine.
B1 DEFICIENCY! wow!
So, take B1 (Benfotimine)
Do Keto & Intermittent Fasting
Drink2.5 liters h2o
Add apple cider vinegar to h2o

I do have a neuropathy, and am mega- dosing B1... I've also given up performing for a living... I became a welder, mechanic, and cat dad.
Also eliminate all GMOs from your diet they will cause polyps. I've had them removed from my sinuses and my gallbladder. I believe it was due to my depression during a bad marriage and consuming Mass amounts of nacho cheese Doritos. I am now a hundred percent organic
Great stuff. Just beware when welding though...huge cancer risk as well.

Hey please update if it works. And exactly what you did. Thanks
Carbs digestion also require much more b1 than meats or leafy vegetables. He goes over this in a few videos. ❤
You are such blessing for the patients who are suffering from hospital bills
Thanks for your comment. Glad to help.
Alkaline diet, loads of greens but not ones high in oxalates, aloe vera, pumpkin seed oil and chlorophyll worked for me
@DESERT BLUES PLAYLIST That's grea! So it sounds like alkalizing the diet helps an overactive bladder? I wonder why pumpkinseed oil?
My sister in law had IC. She hurt while going to the bathroom for several years. The doctors methods gave her no relief. I found out about it at a party. Told her to try two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before every meal. She went home that night and tried it. She had never called me in the 30 some years I have known her. She called me at 5 am lol and told me she peed for the first time in years without pain. That was maybe 10 years ago. She has since quit taking and the problem seems to be resolved. It was just a hunch on my part but it apparently worked for her.

Did taking vitamin B1 help your frequent urination? I'm having a problem at the moment.
10-3-2024. DR. BERG. I have had a urinary problem of urinating immediately as I stand…..from having come up from a prone position……..for ONE YEAR. I have ALSO been taking LARGE dosages of : Vitamin B1 ( Thiamine form ) AND Vitamin B1 ( Benfotiamine form ). Your advice has NOT stopped it. My physician has NOT stopped it. I live in pads and STILL need to change my underwear a few times each day. NOT a happy camper. 10-3-2024.
Have you tried pumpkin seeds? Also something called varuna bark is supposed to be excellent. Dr. Berg talks about it in another video.

Have you seen a pelvic Physio. They can be very helpful. Please don’t ever put mesh in your body (sling, tape). It will wreck you. Hope to you you find answers 🙏
@@wholeenchilada9599 I am not positive yet, but will find out Tuesday, but I THINK I have found my answer ! It will take more time and explaining than you’d want to read, so let me say this. Last week I had my eyes tested/treated. The next day I noticed a tiny difference. It has been improving each day since then. So, I googled asking “ Can urinary issues be connected with my eyes ? “ YES. I am extremely hopeful that FINALLY I am on the right track, and hope on Tuesday, I will receive positive news for SURE ! Thank you for your comment. There is NO WAY I would allow the mesh to be inserted !❤️

The nutritional guru of mid-2000's was Adele Davis. She highlighted B-vitamin deficiencies that resulted from processed grains.
I listened to you and have been taking Benfotiamine and B-1 together for 3 weeks now and absolutely NO CHANGE with urinary problems!

Great that you are finding out 🎉🎉🎉thanks for sharing ❤

I thought I was having bladder infection/irritation but it was from DIM supplementing. Also, eating raw pumpkin seeds daily has helped me with urgency. (About to celebrate 3 years keto in April!!☺) Thank you Dr B!!
YES!!! I gave our dog pumpkin seed extract for her incontinence and it totally took care of her leaking. If we ran out there'd be tell-tale drips on the floor. No one can say a dog has psychosomatic responses so I'm thoroughly convinced it has to really work.
What's DIM supplement?
@@rymlm9038 It stands for a long chemical compound, and is used in Dr. Berg's (& other brands') supplement for balancing one's estrogen (men, too) in the body. I'd like to know how it caused the problem for the OP, hillarybanks.
I don’t think it was from the dimm. Coincidental. I had bladder issue before dimm, while taking dimm, and not taking it again.
@@Primal391 it is dim. It makes my urine dark and pass slower and more frequently. When I stop my dim, those side effects stop very quickly but my hot flashes keep me up at night. I was very worried until i saw a good video on dim explaining these things.
My mum suffers this bladder issues n motion incontinence after her back surgery. This video is helpful. Thanks doc berg.
Edgar was a charlatan
Edit: Thank You all for the tips and heartwarming words♥️

Hi Vivian, have you checked with a doctor first? Also check for videos of vegans who lost their period and how long did it took to heal. I think the average is 6 months to a year.
What's your BMI? What is your exact diet and daily calories today?
@@larryc1616 My BMI had always been quite low, even when everything was okay and I had my period regularly. The most I weighted in my life was around 43kg (I’m 164/5’4)
Yes, good question because your periods are a reflection of your fertility. I would re-evaluate your foods and make sure what I recommend in my books and videos - making sure the foods are nutrients, like seafood, shellfish for example. You need the trace minerals - high quality eggs are also essential and you may also need more vitamin D3 - like 10,000 IUs.
I just want to thank Dr.Berg particularly for this video clip, I took vitamin B1 for 1 week and I felt like a different person! Significantly improvement on urgency, frequency of urination and focus!
Thanks a million

Very glad to be of help.
Ten years ago I began experiencing urinary pain and frequency.
I was eventually Dx with Interstitial Cystitis despite not finding a Hunner's Ulcer in my bladder.
I was eventually Dx with Mast Cell Activation Syndrome and when I started taking anti-histamines my symptoms disappeared. (Angry mast cells in my bladder!).
Im convinced many MCAS patients suffer from malabsorption and missing nutrients.
I now follow a Carnivore diet and take B1 and selenium.
Mast cell activation is a symptom of an irritant. Like parasites, stones, infection, etc.. Wonder what was bugging your bladder. Glad it resolved

Dr. Berg; you have done so much to enhance our health in many ways. I have one tiny beef with physicians and others who begin to explain technical matters, mention anatomical or biochemical terms, and say, "you do not need to know that." That gives me pause because it is condescending. Just as you can understand technical terms, so can we. Therefore, I encourage you to use the technical terminology, unapologetically, and educate us; then, move on. If you can learn "big words," so can we. Thanks again for your great service.

Your poor kidneys!!! Generally brown urine means blood and pus, aka a kidney infection.
Some of Dr Berg’s videos on pee colors, on back pain and on the bladder may help. ❤
