For women. It is not always overactive bladder. My bladder issues turned out to be a rare ovarian cancer. The tumor was big and sitting on top of my bladder. I had frequent urination and UTIS. Pay attention to your body. I was misdiagnosed three times. Until a gallbladder attack landed me in the hospital for the beginning stages of sepsis. The CT scan revealed a large mass in my uterus. Was sent to an oncologist who later identified it as a rare type of ovarian cancer. Woman's symptoms are all too often ignored or misdiagnosed. Having a gallbladder issue is how mine was discovered. After months of symptoms. It should have been caught earlier. It's only by God's grace I'm still here. All too often doctors can overlook this in women until it is so obvious. Keep seeking help til you're heard. It could save your life.
Please broo am scared, i swear i have this problem and i keep peeing in my bed unpurposly it just hurt so much and it feels like a rock when i try to pee or so much pressure and i used to have those thingys in my ovaries and then they became gone for a while and i take hormone pills and everything to fix my period that can last 30+ days with me and last time we checked my uterus in a pregnancy x ray thingy so they can see if i still have an issue but the doctor was being lazy and said all is healthy even if i feel shes not paying well attention and i realised a huge dark spot on one of my ovaries and am worried but she said am healthy and ifs just hormones am 17

This left me in a chronic state. I am thankful God kept me here. My days are a struggle. But my faith in God keeps me going. Thank you for asking.
I would add constipation and undiagnosed bowel cancer putting pressure on the bladder. Sadly grade four bowel cancer before it was correctly diagnosed. Listen to your bodies people don’t be put off when you know somethings not right
I went to a urologist with a couple of issues including this and my god was he so dismissive of my issues. Seemed more interested in whatever he was reading on his computer. Shrugged it all off as "nothing I can do about it". Learned more here than the specialist I paid to see.
I waited in the office 2 hours for the urologist. Was seen for 10 minutes (actually he only looked at his computer screen, no exam). Learn more online these days. Peace.
Hi m8 I know what it's like iv struggled for yrs with over sized prostate where iv ad cameras cancer scans peeing all over the place ops on stones in bladder nothing helped cut long story short changed GPS and bin through loads of UTI'S over some yrs so I asked to him to contact the incontinence people some thing I didn't won't to do but now having bags on night and day has changed my life completely sleeping all night not having to rush to loo or even having to thrust hand down to make shaw you get there in time and I can't run any more. Best thing iv do for me in yrs . Try this way its not as degrading as it sounds ok you might have a few hic cups but its 100% better than being wet in public think about it.
Leigh...Concerning your Doctor (Urologist) I would have used the Trumpism: "Your FIRED"!. Watching this channel and others provides more useful info than you get from doctor office visits. My Neurologist that I visit is OK. He worked with me and my bouts of incontinence and Overactive Bladder & BPH . I'm 71 yo, but suffer with a number of spinal issues which affects my nervous system. Agreed, that I too have learned more watching this Video than the many visits over the years & the tests endured (which are No Picnic !!), about OAB.

Seeing a urologist was the biggest waste of time for me. Her big solution was to have me take switch from taking taking two Tamsulosin pills once a day to taking one in the morning and one in the evening. I soon figured out that the Tamsulosin was causing my sinuses to bleed and I kept getting sinus infections (plus the Tamsulosin was doing nothing to improve my urinary issues). After the clinic dropped my call twice, I finally talked to someone at the urologist office (not a nurse) and she said that someone would call me back about my side effects. No one ever bothered to call me back. I quit taking the Tamsulosin and my sinus bleeding stopped the next day. Sell Big Pharma no matter the side effects. That's the state of the medical profession these days. My respect for doctors is currently at an all time low.
Sounds like my experiences with a urologist that I went to....although different. Last straw....sent me a letter wanting me to come in to get my prostate checked.....I am NOT a man.
I went to urologist they didn't seem to cure a rat's ass about me they were just trying to throw me out pills and see you in 6 months will give you the same old bulshit test that does absolutely nothing and all your symptoms are there and nothing's changed
slick willie and the hildebeast started the downfall of our healthcare system, obmination and his fellow demonrats finished it off. Now have "nurse practitioners following a playbook with no freedom to go with their instincts and training, just give out prescriptions and get paid.
Here is what stopped mine completely. I went to my gynecologist doctor and was prescribed bioidentical hormones. The prescription is filled at a compounding pharmacy not a CVS or Walgreen type drug store. It contains estrogen, progesterone and a touch of testosterone. Worked like a miracle and within a month my incontinence stopped. The issue started for me when I was going into menopause. I have using the prescription cream for a good 15 years now and am incontinece free. I suggest finding a doctor that prescribes and getting on it when you start to experience those little accidents and don't put it off until your hormones are too far off.

Thank you for the information in your OAB E-book. After successful chemo-radiation-BCG treatment for bladder cancer I have found myself constantly trying to manage my dehydration-constipation-over active bladder which aggravates sleep issues.... It took me a while to figure out that the meds I took to get a decent night of sleep, created constipation issues, which further aggravated my OAB.....which further affected sleep........ What a syndrome to find oneself in ! At least I am cancer free.
I 'd like to recommend an herb to you which you can get as a tea but better yet in capsule form, it's Equisetum arvensae. I think in English Horsetail ? 2caps in the morning and 2 at night. That's 900mg. ,helps me greatly ,strengthens the bones and kidneys and it's worth a try for little money...... If you're in the US or near a Chinatown, you might want to consider a TCM specialist.

Hi Rena I have been very ill. My illness was entirely preventable. I spent 11 days in hospital, in great pain, scared that I had cancer and was going to die. I have had to cancel a holiday, lose income as I couldn't work, and I'm sure it has cost the NHS ££££££. PLEASE warn your followers. I had my menopause but I didn't have my coil out. No one told me I had to. Actinomycosis, a bacteria, had got from my coil through a fistula into the muscle of what would be my 6-pack, if I were that muscular. It caused a large very painful abscess which had to be cut open to be drained. For 6 months I have to take antibiotics 4 times a day, get the wound dressed every 2 days, and I can't swim or take baths. Such a fuss! So to save other ladies from this PLEASE give out a warning on your show. Thank you.
I was in an accident that left me incontinent. At first I was so devastating. But in time I made friends with my disability. Especially over time I found that I control my bladder instead of it controlling me. I use catheters and I can feel the urge to go but I can put it off. Not forever but I made friends with my disability.
I went to a urologist recently because of my OAB. I’ve classic symptoms, overweight, 66 years old and I get up between 3 and 4 times every night like two hours. I can tell you dear friends that my symptomes dropped down significantly and you can see a massive change after 9-10 days and after 2-3 weeks even better. Now after 4 months of full treatment my bladder feels a lot better and sometimes i do not wake up at all during the night, which happened between 3 and 4 times every single night no matter if drinking liquids or not before bed! Please take my advice and your life will change dramaticaly. You welcome!😊

I had recurring UTI symptoms which sent me to the off hour clinic more than once. Oddly, no bacteria was found in the culture. After watching many masterclasses online I decided to do a parasite cleanse. After 30 days on a capsule which has mimosa pudica as well as the usual antiparasitic herbs I noticed that I had urinated out some small odd curved items that looked out of place. They were big enough to see and not microscopic. That was 2 years ago and I have not had any urgency, pain, or uncontrollable releases. There are very healthy parasite cleanse protocols out there that are quite inexpensive (less than the copay for dr visit).
I am a 60 year old woman, and am very health conscious... I do everything possible to maintain urinary system health and avoid UTIs. Yet I go to the bathroom between 14-22 times a day! My urologist had me keep a diary. I am on HRT, so this shouldn't be hormonal... I have had 2 UTIs in 4 months, yet don't have any medical conditions that would contribute to urinary problems. I have a cystogram scheduled next month and all of this is worrying me severely. I have not had incontinence, but must schedule my life around the location of a bathroom. I had taken the complete course of antibiotics for the UTIs but still go excessively, I only drink water - 2-3 liters. I also had a MRI and CT scan - everything was normal. I am 5 ft. 6 in. 120 lbs. My older sister has interstitial cystitis, and I sure hope that I don't have it as well.

She said let's wait for scan of bladder rather than guessing!

I had an episode of these kind of problems in my thirties. It turned out (in the long run) a major cause was the kind of work I was doing in those days; sitting behind a desk trying to solve intricate automation problems. Which meant sitting very concentrated for hours in one and the same position, mainly sitting on my lower back (sacrum) (like you see some gamers do), in a bad posture. It's not only the pelvic floor, it's the whole posture (neck, shoulders etc)). Your whole back gets a solid shield, and I can image the nerves that regulate the bladder, that come out of the sacrum are not very happy for not getting the room they need. Medical treatment did not work, but showed no anatomical abnormalities. It took a while to get rid of these issues, but most effect seemed to come (coincidence) from acting and singing lessons (that require freedom of movement). It's seems to be a matter of overall (not local) tightness, nor necessarily by sheer psychological stress, but in this case by bad habits (posture, sitting still for hours) that inevitable will have psychological effects too.
Must be the reason I have this. I'm 18 so no way I got diabetes or anything like that. And it's not like I feel pain or anything all it is is an overactive bladder nothing else.
@@Anonymous-xp5hf Same here. As an interesting approach, as a way of looking at things like this you might want to read a book by writer Tim Parks: Teach Us to Sit Still: A Sceptic's Search for Health and Healing. Parks describes his search for relief from chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS). At 18 probably not very appealing, but it offers a broader perspective. I got rid of it, but two years ago it suddenly was back after a visit to the dentist where i had to sit for one hour and a half in an uneasy chair, numbing my lower back. Which confirmed the mechanism. Good luck!
Your comment is very interesting to me as I have postural problems due to years of office work and have been doing pilates classes to ease it. As the pilates is helping my posture improve and particularly easing my lower back, it is also helping my urgent bladder. It's early days but I am hoping things continue to improve.

@@jasonali6441 About Interstitial Cystitis Interstitial Cystitis (IC) is a chronic bladder condition resulting in recurring discomfort or pain in the bladder or surrounding pelvic region. People with IC usually have inflamed or irritated bladder walls which can cause scarring and stiffening of the bladder. Who is at risk for IC? IC affects men and women of all racial and ethnic backgrounds and ages. However, it is more common in women than men. Early prevalence research suggested that IC ranged from 1 out of every 100,000 to 5.1 out of every 100,000 in the general population; but updated epidemiologic research conducted in 2006 suggests that up to 12% of women may have early symptoms of IC. What causes IC? The cause(s) of IC is currently unknown. Its diagnosis is often made only after excluding other urinary bladder causes.
Thank you for this video. I had some kidney stones removed about 10 months ago. The CT scan showed that I had a duplex kidney. I'm not sure if that can create UTI's more easily. I seem to have trained my kidneys not to fill up the bladder during working hours and will go to the toilet just twice or thrice from 8 am to 8 pm. However after 9 pm, I find myself going to urinate sometimes 8 to 10 times. This especially happens during the monsoons, but off and on it happens a few times every month. My urologist just shrugged it off.
Can't even tell you how many times I've had to pee in the woods or on the beach! I now wear a loose fitting skirt when traveling on long trips and I always bring a Tupperware with toilet paper inside in case I have to go urgently.
Dr. Malik, you offer a wealth of information regarding an Over Active Bladder. I suffer from it and it is not easy to deal with it because I have to be careful on the foods or drinks I consume.
I wonder does having a prolapse uterus can cause over active bladder. I know after menopause some women will have incontinence problems. I wish that doctor could discuss that issue.
My wife has suffered for 9+ years! She has tried everything and still has pain and also UTI's several times a year! She had had all of the tests and is told her bladder looks ok but still in constant pain. Some days are worse and she lays in bed those days. She has gone to three different URO-GYN's! One doctor went back to GYN and a male doctor treated her like she was ignorant and actually asked her if she knew what IC was and how to stop it! The nitwit told her everything she already knew and the last started out telling her she would help and her last visit two years ago told her that she'd never forget the first time she saw her because she had greyish coloring from all of the infection! She also told her there was nothing she could do because anything else would cause her more pain! She was told by the first doctor to use AZO products for the pain and long term use would not be harmful! She takes the little red pills and the large red one with Tylenol when the pain is too bad! She is tired and doesn't sleep because she goes to the bathroom every hour or so! This doctor is the first to suggest Botox! She has been told Botox in your bladder could cause your bladder to shut down and leave you with a bag! We do not go out because she is very uncomfortable and has to change positions constantly. Laying down keeps the pain down. If she gets a UTI she can't take the little red pills so she can get a good urine test. She can test positive and then drink a lot of fluids and then retest negative. Her family doctor is the only one helping her now. She also takes Ugora which helps with the UTI's. She had one bad one last year. All of the medicine they gave her made everything worse. Her first doctor treated her for overactive bladder and she had bad reactions from all of the drugs! Elmiron gave her partial blindness one day which scared the hell out of her. She even had a MRI of the brain order by a Neurologist and nothing showed up. Now Elmiron is shown to cause blindness. No one seemed the least bit concerned when she told them and it made her mad. She feels like a guinea pig and refuses to go to another Urologist. They have not helped her. She said that she is on her own. She has been sent info from ITC News to try Root Beer and black liquorice to help with the pain. She tries everything to stop the pain! If she could just have a day without pain she would be happy. She said it's like she got her period and it never stopped except now it's urine and she still wears pads for fear of having an accident! She gets emails from IC News and hopes they find some answers!

I am a male and I have most of the issues you’ve mentioned. I have to go CONSTANTLY and it affects my life. I was scared to go watch the Batman cuz of how much I was afraid I’d have to go to the restroom and miss the movie. I had a previous checkup with a doctor and they mentioned everything was fine which I find it hard to believe. They did a ultrasound to check on my kidneys. And to measure how much Urine I was releasing before and after I went. Results came back normal and I basically paid $400 for all testing etc. and I still seem to have this issue. I felt like doctor was jus takin my money so I stopped going. Even now for example, the other day I drank about 20oz of water. I ended up having to go restroom 6 times within first 3 hours. Almost sometimes as soon as every 15-20 minutes. So it doesn’t make sense what was my body releasing if everything is normal? I have the urge to go as if I can’t hold it yet not much comes out sometimes either like there’s not much pressure. It’s affecting my life and I don’t know what to do.

I believe that is a "man-made" condition brought on by constantly going to the bathroom when you don't have to. When I was a kid, I recall my parents always telling us to go, before bed, before going out, etc. As an adult, the only time I will do that is if I have to leave the house, which isn't everyday. And even then, I ensure that I have enough in me to go before I leave! There's an old saying that goes: "If it's not broken, don't fix it!" LOL!
So, I ended up here after the fourth doctor I asked about my problem said it was stress incontinence. I keep telling them that I've had this issue since I was 6, but it always comes back to stress incontinence because I've had kids. Is it a hyperactive bladder if I just go to the bathroom, and end up having to crab walk when cold air hits my body? I will feel a chill run up my spine, and then back down. This also happens when I laugh, when I'm nervous or upset, and first thing in the mornings. My bladder will go from empty to full within mere seconds, and if it was already somewhat full, will fill up even more until I can't hold it in at all, and the volume is more than a cup and a half. It's gotten somewhat better since both my pregnancies, but still exists as a problem. Definitely not stress incontinence. I apologise for the abundance of information, but I'm seriously tired of having to map out the nearest toilet. My question is, is this an overactive bladder, or does it sound nuerological? No amount of exercises has helped with it. Any suggestions to bring up with my PCP would be really appreciated!
Yes, yes, leaks some if i wait too long. Otherwise, I get there fine , i had the flu this week I experienced. some leaks while coughing. It's craziness, period.
I have OAB for many years. My urologist had to me try several of the expensive medicines till I know longer could afford them & they didn't really give me much relief. I told him I needed something that wasn't so costly, he put me on a generic medicine oxybutynin (Ditropan) & it was so much better than the expensive meds. It really ticked me off that the Dr. had me on meds that were expensive & not much help because Pharmaceutical Reps were pushing them as wonder med.
I would really love it if you would explain epididymitis and chronic epididymitis, and what is it you can do about it. But other things besides medication, surgeries injections.
This doctor is the same as the rest of the doctors, I have suffered from overactive bladder for many years, I was treated with begmiga 50 mg, until I found a real doctor who told me my problem was B1 deficiency, I was prediabetic and even though I changed my lifestyle I still had the same problem, I took a dose of vitamin B1 200 mg per day and in a week the problem disappeared and there is obviously a scientific explanation for this problem but in my case the solution was vitamin B1.
My first episode of complete urinary retention (I've had many since over the years) was when I was in my early 40's (in my 60's now) due to BPH. I am currently not having issues with BPH anymore after two surgeries and meds, but do have a neuro bladder and interstitial cystitis. I have a neurostimulator implanted for the IC. Even with meds, stimulator, and other treatments I have to urinate frequently, but without treatment I might as well sit on toilet all day or have a Foley catheter all the time. My options are very limited- just need to be near bathrooms.

I had prostate surgery and really struggled with over active bladder. Then I got better but I am having a problem after I bike ride. I was an avid bike rider so this has been depressing.
Check into specialized saddles for the bike. They are designed NOT to put pressure on the peritenium region behind the testicals and forward of the anus. I had a similar issue and when I changed saddle to a split saddle that has an empty region in the horn of the saddle my issue disappeared. Also get away from those "racer style" handlebars that force you to lean forward which makes you put pressure on this region. Regular handlebars might not be "cool" for riding but I prefer to put my well being first.

Hi Dr. Malik. My urinary problem is this: I can make it through the night w/o getting up to p BUT during the day I'm going starting right after breakfast. 8 to 10x/day. Urge comes on rather strong after breakfast and throughout the day. I do NOT: smoke, drink alcohol nor coffee or carbonated soft drinks. Terrible for kidneys. Right? I avoid sugary foods except in the evening. I eat oatmeal for breakfast and eat NON-sugary fruits with oatmeal and cereal. My weight: 22-23 BMI. I'm in my late 50's. I drink purified water. 1 L/day. I can't go anywhere without knowing a restroom is nearby. Urologist did cystometrogram. Verdict: 300cc max. bladder can hold before I burst. So what is it? BPH? Sugar diabetes? I've suspected that one for a long time. Weight gain is difficult too. Sick and tired of urinary frequency.
I know grains digest as sugar. If you want to gain weight, eatfruit, oats and grains. Want a sugar spike? Eat fruit, oats and grains. Check out Dr Ken Berry on UA-cam. He also has a book called, "Lies My Doctor Told Me" he does the research and posts links in his video descriptions of said research.
FYI- My severe bladder / prostate problems began when I began drinking alkaline water ? To get better, I’ve had to completely change my diet and not eat any bladder irritants! God Bless
Stay away from hot sauce and spicy foods, lower stress and strengthen the pelvic muscles. medications for anxiety and muscle relaxers could be a the cause. Try intermittent fasting to lose weight and lower inflammation.
Hi Rena I’ve had an overactive bladder problem for about 15 years. It’s during the night that I go the toilet and will need to go about 10-20 times a night. It’s ruining my life tbh. I can’t sleep because of it. I’m 39.
I hope that was not your experience. It is important to go to your doctor for annual visits

@@jabowja Hello I'm four years out. So far there has been no evidence of disease. But my health never truly returned. Although I survived this has forever changed my health. I would add constipation and undiagnosed bowel cancer putting pressure on the bladder. Sadly grade four bowel cancer before it was correctly diagnosed.

Peace.

I’m the same. We have to heal ourselves with most chronic conditions. I have no faith in doctors anymore. They only know how to push pharmaceuticals.
Some doctors are just useless and don't really care about us.
slick willie and the hildebeast started the downfall of our healthcare system, obmination and his fellow demonrats finished it off.
How much does the pharm charge you?
I went on bio identical hormones for my menopause...single best thing I did...

For 6 months I have to take antibiotics 4 times a day, get the wound dressed every 2 days, and I can't swim or take baths.

What was the name of the parasite pill you took? Was your frequent urination really bad before this cleanse? I’ll try anything …

I would like to learn more about depression and urinary frequency. Also, I was not able to locate the link to the other material you provide. Thank you for you help. You did good.

I take one Zyrtec at night to calm down IC. Took about 2 weeks to take affect, but really helps.
@@jasonali6441 About Interstitial Cystitis
Interstitial Cystitis (IC) is a chronic bladder condition resulting in recurring
discomfort or pain in the bladder or surrounding pelvic region. People with IC
usually have inflamed or irritated bladder walls which can cause scarring and
stiffening of the bladder.
Who is at risk for IC?
IC affects men and women of all racial and ethnic backgrounds and ages.
However, it is more common in women than men. Early prevalence research
suggested that IC ranged from 1 out of every 100,000 to 5.1 out of every 100,000
in the general population; but updated epidemiologic research conducted in 2006
suggests that up to 12% of women may have early symptoms of IC.
What causes IC?
The cause(s) of IC is currently unknown. Its diagnosis is often made only after excluding other urinary bladder causes.
Thank you for this video.

However after 9 pm, I find myself going to urinate sometimes 8 to 10 times. This especially happens during the monsoons, but off and on it happens a few times every month. My urologist just shrugged it off.

Hi I'm 72yrs old and diabetic. During the day I go very frequently to toilet. At night once towards the early morning 3am..4am.
I try to drink at least 6..8glasses of water before lunch. A cup of tea at 3pm.1 glass of water with medication.
Can you advise anything else.
Thank you and love from South Africa
I was recently diagnosed with an overactive bladder! I was put on Detrol! Got a little tired of peeing myself anytime I coughed and sneezed!
Very professional OAB-E-book, thank you for yr knowledge & advice, best from Bucharest ❤🌹 - Adrian, 65 yo-
Thank you doctor for your sharing your wisdom, it seems like some doctors these days are not able/willing to explain what you so elegantly do. Thanks again!
Strongly recommend b12 shots i read about a small study on Pub med it really helped with urge and frequency. The bladder is made of Collegen so the b12_strengthens it. Also easy on the coffee it is an irrritant. I get theb12 shots masssive improvement.

Hello how are you doing
Try giving up bread.
@@dudleyhaines9826 Hi, sorry I was wondering what does bread have to do with frequent urination?
@@tomasgomez1906 for me, its constipation. Food collecting low in the gut can cause pressure on the bladder. If your prostate is swollen that's two things. Im okay if I dont have bread more than once a week.
@@dudleyhaines9826 hmm interesting, is there any other food that causes this?

I'm very happy for you!! Maybe that's why I'm having issues

Dear, thank you for the OAB Guide. ❤
Nice information and I love this information for my health.
Exiting fluids after urinating, is this dangerous?
I believe that is a "man-made" condition brought on by constantly going to the bathroom when you don't have to. When I was a kid, I recall my parents always telling us to go, before bed, before going out, etc. As an adult, the only time I will do that is if I have to leave the house, which isn't everyday. And even then, I ensure that I have enough in me to go before I leave! There's an old saying that goes: "If it's not broken, don't fix it!" LOL!
Thankyou for your Professional knowledge and advice , I appreciate your consideration .
When I cut down on Oxalates in my diet, this got better.
Yes, yes, leaks some if i wait too long. Otherwise, I get there fine , i had the flu this week I experienced. some leaks while coughing. It's craziness, period.
Hi Dr. Malik, what's your opinion on using a TENS unit for Tibial nerve stimulation to improve the symptoms of an overactive bladder? Thanks
I have used TENS unit for 2 weeks. Fixed my extremely bad OAB! Best $50 investment ever!!
I just want to say thanks for all your advice. i am 58 and trying to learn to be an older man.

I have been to 5 urologists and still get up 6 X per night . It's very stressful . There is no cure I am aware of .
Hey I have the exact same problem
So I have been trying everything like Saw Pallmetto and I am currently trying vitamin b1
Any relief yet ?

My first episode of complete urinary retention (I've had many since over the years) was when I was in my early 40's (in my 60's now) due to BPH. I am currently not having issues with BPH anymore after two surgeries and meds, but do have a neuro bladder and interstitial cystitis. I have a neurostimulator implanted for the IC. Even with meds, stimulator, and other treatments I have to urinate frequently, but without treatment I might as well sit on toilet all day or have a Foley catheter all the time. My options are very limited- just need to be near bathrooms.

Good evening Doctor sab my prostate operation was done in Dec 22 but still my urine is leaking, kindly advise me I will be thankful. I am 71 years old
I had prostate surgery and really struggled with over active bladder.
I must urinate more frequently when I lay down at night The rx works well during the day. Also, I have Chariot Marie Tooth , numbness in my legs, hands and feet. At 80 this problem started about 8 mos. Ago.
I'm 18 and i have this 😢
Mine is all day and night. It’s very frustrating
I have been getting uncontrollable urgencies during work at warehouse, it is so bad I have to go to wc once every 1.5 hour id say, and I have always been aware of this that I among my friends have always had to go to wc more frequently then any of my friends and like she said I’ve to make sure i am empty if i am going on long trip
Dam! I needed to see this kind of video! Good tips!! ⭐✅✅⭐. What are good foods to cure bladder problems or which kind of good drinks?!
I stopped my overactive bladder with magnesium cream rubbed on middle of bottom of feet. Magnesium is natures relaxer, no one gets enough. I watched pressure point & acupuncture videos to get an idea of where to use the cream. ..almost instantly I got relief. Try it, let me know if it worked for you...
P.s. use magnesium cream every night before bed as a supplement. Your body goes thru lots of magnesium daily. Bad diet, overweight, stressed, sickly, older??? The more magnesium you need before bed
Where you buy the magnesium
What magnesium cream did you use please xx

Hi Dr.
I wish there were replies to questions.
This is my life but I’m only 16 :)))
FYI- My severe bladder / prostate problems began when I began drinking alkaline water ? To get better, I’ve had to completely change my diet and not eat any bladder irritants! God Bless
