Did you peep how much I was sweating? On a day like this I do mot do cardio because the cardio is already in the workout. I call it cardio with weights. Watch my workout from three weeks ago and it is another circuit style of workout from my beginners MAELEVATE program. I do cardiovascular work maybe twice a week for 30 mins and I do an active hike which is love to film for you guys soon. Again, it all depends on what program I’m following with my community but we can safely say the above.

How long did it take your body to actually form abs? I started being fully dedicated to working out last summer and I've lost body and stomach weight because I struggle with bloating, but I still have love handles as well. My biggest goal is to get a 6 pack and it seems so hard. I have also changed my diet but I do cheat sometimes any advice for how long the process should be to get a 6 pack?

Shin boxes (2 sets 12 reps)
Bodyweight squats (2 sets 12 reps)
Reverse lunges (2 sets 6 reps each side)
Cat cow (2 sets 6 reps)
Knee pull (2 sets 12 reps)
The work out:
Set 1 Circuit
Dumbbell Bulgarians (4 sets 8 reps each leg)
Heels elevated single arm rack squat (4 sets 8 reps each side)
Modified forearm plank with hip extension (4 sets 6 reps each)
Set 2 Circuit
Box step ups (4 sets 8 reps)
Dumbbell RDLs (4 sets 8 reps)
Physio ball alternating dead bugs (4 sets 8 reps)
Set 3 Circuit
Linear lunges (elevated) (3 sets 8 reps)
Leg curls (yoga ball) (3 sets 12 reps)
Extended plank ISO hold (30 secs)
Cool down
5-10 min of foam roller on glutes, hamstrings, and quads
