Hi, can I use self rising flour please ?
I am not sure as this recipe use yeast and need proofing.
@@MyKitchen101en hi, I mean I change the flour to self rising flour and still add yeast and baking powder 😀
This recipe uses all-purpose flour which is medium protein. Self-raising flour is cake flour which is low-protein flour, the result will be different.

Do you mean the one with red fermented bean curd added?
MyKitchen101en don’t think it have red fermented bean curd in it. It looks like plain donut color. Not sure if it’s an old recipe.
