Ingredients:
pastry dough - 400 g (14 oz)

salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
parmesan - 100 g (3.5 oz)
sesame seeds

pressed cheese - 200 g (7 oz)
salami - 150 g (5.3 oz)
poppy seeds
eggs - 1 piece
Tray size 32 X 42 cm (12.60 x 16.54)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
for the sauce:
butter - 30 g (1 oz)
flour - 25 g (0.9 oz)
beer - 200 ml (6.76 fl oz)
chili flakes - 5 g (0.18 oz)
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
pressed cheese - 100 g (3.5 oz)

For someone who’s native language is not English. I think that she did a good job. She was close enough. you were able to figure it out, which I’m sure everyone else did too.

@@heidiborelli2393 Actually it’s French not Italian. The italian word is aperitivo. 😉 I am just correcting your misunderstanding of language. 🙃 In French it could be translated as stimulating the appetite so the usage of the word is correct in a way.

I made this for New Year's Eve and the salami/cheese version was the best! The cheese sauce was a hit. I added lots of chili peppers. Thank you for easy to follow instructions via video.
Who cares what its called she is a skilled baker sharing a quick recipe. Im useless at cooking but this is so easy a child could do it so im really greatfull that i have learnt something that is going to be 10 times cheaper than store bought food for christmas for example. So thank you for making this x

I would take the one with cheese & meat and spread it with Dijon mustard first and skip the dip. Looks great though.
В названии написали слоеное тесто, когда готовили - заварное! Так какое тесто? Обязательно сделаю, но со слоеного теста. Спасибо!!!
Как поняла я - тесто слоеное, а вот соус заварной. Единственное, хотела бы уточнения - тесто дрожжевое?
Явно дрожжевое, мягкое и пушистое. Может, слоено-дрожжевое? Но тоже не очень похоже 🤷🏻♀️
Скорей всего слоено-дрожжевое. Дрожжевое не продают в бумаге и раскатаное
У нас так слоёное тесто продают, на бумаге

No l aperitivo si fa prima dei pasti, un ora o due , prima del pranzo o della cena , si beve un cocktail che può essere alcolico o analcolico, o un prosecco, ma anche la birra dipende dalle regioni italiane, va molto di moda lo sptrizt , un pò in tutta Italia , e vengono accompagnati da piccoli antipasti , formaggi, salumi , o pizzette (come queste del video) ..saluti 🇮🇹👋👋

In America, we call it tomato paste- not tomato sauce. Big difference in taste and consistency. Tomato sauce would be too liquidy for this recipe and ooze out during baking.
Oh I see. Maybe in Amerika the tomatoe sauce has the consistance like ketchup. Here in Germany we only have one expression for it, we don't know tomatoe paste. 😅
@@leilaw.3333 Ketchup is thicker than canned tomato sauce. Tomato sauce is thinner than ketchup here in America. Tomato paste must be spooned out of the can. Tomato sauce will pour out of the jar or can. Ketchup is in between those two consistency’s .

Can you clarify "pressed cheese"?
That's a bit cruel, pressed cheese is not ordinary block cheese, it has been processed till its quite rubbery in texture, whereas grated cheese is fresh cheese which can be eaten with biscuits etc and is much tastier than processed cheese.

It looks more like a yeast dough to me. But I can imagine using puff pastry instead and using different fillings. The basic idea is a good one, I think.
