    we called this fried bread Cakwe , we usually deep in sweet sour chili sauce or with rice porridge with chicken .. and the sweet dough we called Odading, it's similar like beignet from New Orleans

    Hello..thank you for the recipe. I can see you use 1 large egg,can I change to 2 small egg(c gred)? will it effect the dough? Because in my place its really hard to buy large egg
