    Not focused on pain relief or particularly beginner friendly. No modifications offered!

    The 10th mins stretch where we had to touch our ear is more difficult and less comfortable than expected, my ribs on the side where we need to bend to touch ear were uncomfortable.
    The rest of routine is good and appears to be for beginners-mid level! Overall i wont say this is for complete beginners
