@@ShannahDelva Sorry, I just saw this! It's probably too late now but the actual process of getting an epidural was fine for me (I was also it a lottt of pain by the time I got the epidural so maybe labor just made the epidural needle feel like nothin haha). I have a pretty big curve, both S and C, so I did make sure every person involved with the epidural knew I had scoliosis. I don't think it was scoliosis related, but the epidural did wear off really quick for me. Not fun.
Feels so relieved after this practice. I have aching shoulders since I woke up and this helped me relieve from pains and I am feeling sooooo relaxed around my shoulders and upper back. Thank You!
