    This helped so much! I’m 18 weeks pregnant with baby #2. My upper back has been in severe pain. I could not sleep and woke up crying from lack of relief. After doing these stretches, I feel 70% better. So thankful!!!

    This came at the perfect time! The night before I hadn't slept well because of pain in my shoulders and upper back, and when I woke up this video appeared, all the pain disappeared afterwards :)

    Thank you very much for your love and energy towards us, moms. I had a very easy 3-hour natural delivery and I credit it to your amazing prenatal workouts. My mom and my husband did them with me during my pregnancy and even they enjoyed them and saw the benefits for their bodies.
    Now I am starting your postpartum workouts. Thank you for what you do, Jessica. Sending you love and light.
    P.S.- my favorite part of the yoga workouts is when you say “Namaste to the babies”😂

    38 weeks pregnant and biofreeze, lidocaine patches and Tylenol isn’t cutting it. Thank you for this!! Did this then slapped on a lidocaine patch and I feel great!

    Your videos are wonderful! I’m 25 weeks with my 3rd pregnancy and enjoyed doing prenatal yoga in a studio to relive back and neck pain with the other two pregnancies, however COVID has made that difficult now and honestly I enjoy having these videos available to do whenever I can squeeze one in at home! Thank you for your expertise and sharing these for all to enjoy!

    I'm 28 weeks pregnant and, either due to baby or bad posture at work, my back has been killing me!! Did this workout 2 days ago- pain had gone the next day!!! Absolutely amazing. Highly recommend!!

    I love your workouts and yoga exercises! I have started doing yoga after getting a positive pregnancy test straight away, preparing my body in advance. During the second trimester, I started facing upper back pain, which sometimes gets unbearable. This video helps me a lot! :) Thank you

    This was so soothing to my upper back. I'm almost 40 weeks so I couldn't go into the poses as deeply but they still worked.

    this one def helps my upper back pain. i usually get relief for about 30 mins after which is a life savor. I've been doing it daily so i can get through a bit of work in the morning :)

    You are amazing, and I am so grateful to have found your channel! I am 15 weeks pregnant with baby #3. My 4-year-old and 1 1/2-year-old love your kid workout videos, and often join me in attempting to do your pregnancy yoga videos too. 😂
    Because of complications with my first delivery, this baby will be another planned c-section. Do you have or could you make a video about preparing for a cesarean?
    Even if not, your yoga videos are such a big help every morning for me to feel good and have the energy to get through the day. May God bless you and your family 🤗

    Thank you Jessica for this. Mu upper back pain has been making my day difficult today-- my shoulders feel knotted so as my neck. I am on my 38th week by tomorrow hence can really feel our bundle of joy to be very heavy. This helped me so much and will do it every time together with your video for easy delivery. I needed to improvise some but overall was refreshing. More power to you and God bless. :)

    I have added this into my daily routine at 32 weeks, my neck, shoulders and upper back is awful right now even with weekly adjustments 🥴

    Thank you for doing thus and I guess it helps to know these are safe for pregancy. It is regular yoga stretching. Yin yoga is safe too

    Love this! I'm in my second trimester with a lot of back pain. I also have scoliosis. Any chance we can get a Pregnancy with Scoliosis for Back Pain video??

      How was epidural if you had with scoliosis and labor I have it too

      @@ShannahDelva Sorry, I just saw this! It's probably too late now but the actual process of getting an epidural was fine for me (I was also it a lottt of pain by the time I got the epidural so maybe labor just made the epidural needle feel like nothin haha). I have a pretty big curve, both S and C, so I did make sure every person involved with the epidural knew I had scoliosis. I don't think it was scoliosis related, but the epidural did wear off really quick for me. Not fun.
