Something is way off. My stock 137k mile LS1 with tick polluter cam on a 100 shot made 540 wheel. Granted im through a t56 not an auto but still. I'd think tuned on 300 shot, even stock internal, you should make closer to 600 wheel.

Ford engines for 60 years have been made of peanut butter Scared me to death first time I did a valve job on a 289 ford engine No hard valve seats and the block had a ring groove you could park a pinto under the edge

I have 6.0 cam stock heads it ran out at 510hp no power adders y did the blue car only make 550 or something around

What kind of suspension you running?
It has nothing special, upper& lower arms, strange single 10 ways on the rear, now it has tubular front with coil overs and strange singles

Every dyno is different my turbo ls made 1060 on the same dyno but 1/8 mph vs weight its making 1300hp,
