I’m a Ford guy but I’ve heard from someone here on UA-cam that he read something that said the ls was originally designed for jack roush by Ford but Ford dropped the design for the modular design I’ve heard that from many people even other Ford guys and Chevy people of course it says on the internet that the ls is a Chevy design but that doesn’t mean anything because Chevy is dumpster divers and they take credit for building stuff that doesn’t belong to them the 10 speed automatic transmission was mostly a Ford transmission Chevy literally did nothing with it but they tried to take all the credit that’s why Ford will never work with them again gm better be glad they are still allowed to use the 10 speed automatic transmission the ls is the most durable Chevy engine because it’s a Ford design no other Chevy engine is durable at all they are cheap crap the reason why the ls works well in a fox is because it’s a Ford design however I would still put a Windsor in a fox

I have a 89 GT with a worn-out 5.0 5 spd. I plan on implanting a 6.2 litre LS3 engine with a 4L60E transmission in her. I'm not a dedicated Ford or Chevy person. I LOVE THEM ALL!! Mopars included!!

Get it adjusted So your IAC is between 4-12% at idle (at temp) then do a TPS auto set. Instead of using the preset Holley fan control.. You can make custom tables that turns them on and off. You can set it so they only run over 400rpms or something like that. I did that to save my battery when I was troubleshooting or on the laptop with the ignition on.
To me it doesn't matter what engine combo goes in ... Could be a damn chevette 4 cyl. Please tell me what rim /tire combo is on this car cuz it looks AWESOME !! Has it been lowered ?? If so ..how much.

The car just might be rejecting that LS anchor you put in it. I know I know if it were my car. I would do what I want to also. Just throwing that out there. LOL
@@gunsandhorsepower Yes, it’s the kit that AJE offers. Full K member, long tube headers and I also installed tubular lower control arms. All AJE. Engine went in no problem!
Says who ? That 6.0 Ls is one of the best engines chevy ever made and will blow the doors off most ford engines and has better gas mileage. There is no down side to doing a Ls swap . Only to haters like you.

Definitely is a sweet mustang clean car josh will have it all looking sweet and running good specially with the wire job that was done by someone else that josh had to redo another alsome job by snydertron

Hell yeah. I swapped a sbc 350 and th350 in a 1999 mustang gt. Damn it was scary fast.

I had a similar thing happen to my system it turned out loose ground behind the one of the heads.
