    To those asking for parts, IT'S IN THE DESCRIPTION. I said this in the video.
    Part 2 (MXS racing engine build) will be out probably in a month (starting now on Nov 1st). Waiting for some parts, then I gotta build it, try it out/go crazy on it (a week or so of fun), then editing. Videos on builds like these takes a while to make.

Really nice to see You putting a set of nice lights and bad ass brakes on it too. The bike sounded very nicely tuned in my opinion. That in itself is a big plus! Keep up the awesome work, my friend. I really appreciate you sharing this video with us motor bike enthusiast! You're one of the few bike builders out there that like to build a motorized bike that will do over 35 miles an hour and not afraid to push it to its limits. Can't wait to see the next video. I was thinking about that, a DH front fork with the travel reduced to half would still have 100mm of travel but will be way sturdier and could handle a full on front brake push without any issues, an inverted fork might be better but those get on the expensive side.

    Bike looks awesome, Bro. Nice work !
    34:12 The squish gets smaller with revs , so a 0.8mm squish will be 0.6mm at 12000rpm and even less at higher RPMs. Won't kill it but it will pepper the head and destroy your bearings fast. I'm just going by what @Dave Stuff told me, he is a pro-stock race engine builder so he knows a bit about going fast. He did all this stuff years ago. You got this, Bro. ..👀 for the 44mm build .

    • @trentbikes

I had to use 50 percent thicker Goodyear tubes this go around. I don’t know if heat is popping them from hi-speed or the amount of air pressure. I do have something wonky going on though,

    • @trentbikes
      @trentbikes  Місяць тому +1

      @@rachalhollier5679 That's almost a mm. Probably like 0.6mm squish gap at 15k rpm. I mean, if you're using a billet crank with tighter tolerances on the bearings, might be 0.8mm at that high rpm. So of course it hasn't blown yet.

      This is a part 1 of the whole motorized bike being built... Part 2 is MXS racing engine that could go 80mph. Did you not listen to what I said in the video?

    So when you are stopped by LEO for travelling 2X the speed limit they will take your bike and it will go straight to the crusher, kiss all your money goodbye. Thats if you make it that far. Your driving, weaving in and out of vehicles at speed, flying on the pedestrian, bicycle path (again a speed violation) and lastly as is obvious from you grabbing the clutch every time you look to be slowing down, your lack of actual driving skill puts you 1 emergency mishap away from being nothing but a grease smear on the road! Smarten up or lose your bike at best, or at worst become a statistic when you are dead!

    You realize that is not an actual Felt frame right? felt has not made cruiser frames in a very long time. What that is, is a Chinese knock off that is primarily market by a company called CDH! Saying they are overpriced for what they are or compared to what you can purchase them directly from China for would be a gross understatement! You are quite literally one of those people that salesman love to see coming equating spending a ton of money with great outcome. With what you have spent on this, with more knowledge, as despite what your fawning followers think, you really know very little, you could have built something light years above what you are going to end up with when this project is done!

      Nope. It's a real steel felt frame. It's not a gas frame. You're thinking of felt fakers, which is a 3.4l aluminum gas frame.

      @@trentbikes You dont get it. felt has not made those frames in a very long time. You simply cant Buy them anywhere. If someone is making frames and calling them that it isnt Felt. Go ahead and contact them, easy, you dont have to believe me but Felt will tell you it's not their frame!

      @@bigcconservativeguy2534 It's literally an used frame I bought from someone on facebook. If you think CDH or whoever is making non-gas steel felt frames with paint like that, you are sadly mistaken.

      There’s a guy in our hobby that buys up all the old/used felt cruiser frames in California and sells them to the motored bicycle community. The guy comes up with a pretty impressive amount of old felt cruisers.
