I like how you include the whole trial and error process in your video. It makes it more relatable to most of us that have gone through it lol. Its amazing how it always seems like its going to be easy to build but theres always unseen variables...
Heres a tip that i recently learned that noticeably improved the timing of the motor and performance... Side gap the spark plug.

Beach cruiser, "80" engine, High Compression Head, Tuned Pipe. Longer Intake, 2 intake manifolds bolted together w/ gasket, NT Carb with a #67 Jet. I tune these engines just like I would for a chainsaw, trimmer or a back pak blower. I found most important for these engines is to simply WARM THEM UP. 10 minutes at high idle, then idle down to "comfortable" idle. If you really listen to the engine running when it's running rich, popping, when it's running in 2 cycle it will smooth and with good power.

It seems that motorbike folks really want Honda Trail 90's except they are more expensive, more complicated, getting hard to find and hard to get parts for. Trail 90's struggle to go 50mph and require MC licenses.

I would not call this version of minarelli a high end upgrade. But I get what you are saying. I’m still trying to keep my content of the affordable range for me and the viewer 🤣 this build cost me 800 for every thing including the bike.

The way I feel about UA-cam… everything has been done before. But for me I don’t watch motor bicycle content. I experience it first hand, you the viewer watches me experience it first hand. I do get a lot of insight from my subscribers/commenters and I follow forums on Facebook so I know what’s out there.
I would not identify as a motor bicycle channel exclusively… even though I do have a decent amount of it.
