I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Insulin resistant 6 years ago which I have managed to overcome through intermittent fasting and a change in diet. I stopped eating sugar which also included cakes, biscuits/cookies, chocolate and food with sugar as an ingredient. Unfortunately, the numbness in my feet continues.
You can, but do gentle. Just listen to your body. If it says, you can, then you can do it.
