    Dear Friends, You can Practice 5-10 minutes during Break Time or after the walk and hike, or whenever you need to take care you legs. It is wonderful to take a break from internet, computer, and devices to enjoy this exercise.

    I was asked by someone what I think about the conflict between Russia and Ukraine.

    I learn much in your videos. Most grateful dear friend. ❤The massage feet and toes. I do it in bed under the warmth blanket, with each foot to other foot...it does works well for me who try to avoid over strain my fingers....😝

    I am hoping this will help with the numbness I have in my feet.
    I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and Insulin resistant 6 years ago which I have managed to overcome through intermittent fasting and a change in diet.
    I stopped eating sugar which also included cakes, biscuits/cookies, chocolate and food with sugar as an ingredient.
    Unfortunately, the numbness in my feet continues.
