I have Charcot Marie Tooth disease. I don’t have pain, just difficulty walking. My legs have virtually no feeling. I have been doing this daily for a month. I’m walking better and I have regained some feeling. Thank you Brother Insight.

My legs have been feeling sore and heavy at the end of the day..and had a sore heel...last night , for the first time..in a long time they were not heavy..it is part of my morning practice now..I do a lot of walking...as I have no car..nearing 70 and I want to continue to have strong legs!!

🙏 Thank you. I used to do something similar when I was young as a child and young adult, just as it was natural. Somehow I got out of it as life became more and more over busy and stressful going in unnatural for me directions, feeling I had to do what I was supposed to do (what was expected by society and relatives and obligations, including sudden changes and wasted long term efforts). Then I got extreme illness. Didn’t die despite statistics but have chronic issues now. Had remembered it felt better to do this type of massage, but felt unwell to do it when most need it. Thank you for the video , about one year later seeing it now. Having some guidance as we do it ourself is most helpful. Thank you.
