Good one. I have no idea why they are hell bent on proving pti as a cult. Who are blind and deaf and just want to destroy pakistan on whim of imran khan. It some how remind me of mum and pmln. I was exposed to NFP this year via his talk at the literature festival, coming from an urdu speaking background and having lived outside Pakistan until I chose to move back 3 years ago I didn’t have much knowledge about the identity and history except the biases taught within our communities and the O,levels Pak studies syllabus. To unlearn and educate myself has been a journey on its own. Imran khan with all his vices seems to be the only option for many because there is no faith in other parties. Are we to say that all the hype around the Zardari sahib and Bhutto family is a propaganda? With the kind of wealth they have, why is there no development in Sindh on a non-government level? Education? Medical? Or are we misinformed? 3) Why did the urdu speaking community feel marginalized? Wasn’t the quota system a reality in the 80s? Was there no discrimination? does it not still exist? Yes IK is problematic but what do the people have? Should we give PPP and PML-N a chance? I am married to a Peracha and there are many myths that I grew up that were broken by being married into Punjabi family. Please take the trouble of explaining how Mr. Bhutto was engineered by the establishment. It is true that he served under a military regime. However, he rose to great heights because of his own brilliance and intellect and was universally acknowledged. He formed a political party when he was outside the so called orbit and put Pakistan on the map of the world. It is crass injustice and a historical wrong to name Mr. Bhutto along with Nawaz and Imran.

A very good podcast with NFP. It was an extremely eye opening video for me and allowed to me to look at the problems from all sides before handing out a verdict. Keep up the good work!
This is what bias against IK does to even an intellectual like Piracha - it makes you think the aftermath from hanging bhutto in the '70s is going to be the same as hanging IK in 2022. It's a completely different world today.
lolz. Chay. Was there any reprisal for extra judicial killing of Bugti. even tho he was anti state, there was no trial nothing. This Nazi - Baboon is nothing but just another offspring of Army experiment. He should better fall in line . No one is important than state of Pakistan. Pakistan Army knows better what to do with him. !!! Btw your take on Paracha is right, ;) !!!
Intellectual jiyala, starting with I am a mix of Sindhi and Punjabi, giving himself a clearance to be pro Sindhi, pro feudal, pro ppp, anti-establishment and obviously IK bashing is now every intellectuals basic ingredient. Trying to prove that we are all brains and masses are clueless.
Imran is such a hypocrite no one needs to be intellectual to find who he is and what type of politics he is doing. You just need a neutral brain not blinded by charisma of political leaders. Oh! But neutral to janwar hota hai😂😂😂
Absolutely, because most of these kind of people, him, then we have people like Syed muzammil are just sitting on their ass and out of imran phobia can talk rubbish and utter absolutely nonsense. These kind of people or others might not have even botgered to stand up even to drink a glass of water in their own house. All they do these days at the moment is just get trp or subscribers by abusing Imran khan. Iam not his fan but I can see as an overseas Pakistanis that, how much these kind of people earn using Khans name.
A typical youthia response. Instead of giving counter arguments, label your opponent as supporter of X, Y , Z. Tragedy of Qaum e youth and specially IMRANDOO CLAN.
Better to be polarised than to be a part of these corrupt circus politicians which we have tested for last three decades. Moreover, huge disappointment when I see this guest referring to Altaf Hussain as Altaf Bhai who is basically a murderer and one of the sole reason for this alarming and tragic condition of Karachi.

Request for the host: Often times both the host and guest refer to books, it would be great if you could add those to the description. Sometimes it's not entirely clear which particular text is being referred to in the conversation.
In My humble opinion , the very reason for this Identity crisis is one letter.... " S " . 1946 , when the words " Independent States " was changed to " Independent State " ..in the Pakistan Resolution

I think NFP pretty much said the same thing as you, "wo orbit sey buhut pehle nikal aye they".
Bhutto was disgusting and greedy individual who caused the death of hundreds of thousands he deserved what he got.
Belonging from a Jamati background and a no problem to call myself a fundamentalist and just studied NFP to know how secular see ourselves and what is their next move I still must say yarr bnday my dum to hy.
This is the talk I recommend all jamatis/Mawdudiets to listen and all others should listen
Worth it
Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of conversation; Shahzad you should have him more often. And talk about different aspects of Pakistan.
Bro, you're a changemaker. Keep up with the honest, intellectual discourse!

This was probably my favourite episode yet

Lovely Paracha sb so articulated..
A very good podcast with NFP. It was an extremely eye opening video for me and allowed to me to look at the problems from all sides before handing out a verdict. Keep up the good work!
2:54:45 didn't get bored even for second. Absolutely amazing
Damn good...loved it...didnt feel like skipping the video and listen the end. It was very intresting. ..Lots of love from 🇮🇳👌...🇮🇳💙🇵🇰
❤
Just got to Q and A and discussion on music. Deserves a separate podcast with NFP on 90s Pakistani pop music scene.
Intellectual jiyala, starting with I am a mix of Sindhi and Punjabi, giving himself a clearance to be pro Sindhi, pro feudal, pro ppp, anti-establishment and obviously IK bashing is now every intellectuals basic ingredient. Trying to prove that we are all brains and masses are clueless.
you obviously did not watch any of this video before posting your comment
Exactly
A typical youthia response. Instead of giving counter arguments, label your opponent as supporter of X, Y , Z. Tragedy of Qaum e youth and specially IMRANDOO CLAN.
You never acknowledge that Imran Khan is unique - a Pathan born in Lahore - admired and followed across Pakistan and globally for his myriad talents
No way😳😳is that trueee😳😳😳
This is amazing. NFP is always such a joy to read and listen to. And you Shehzad always bring out the best in your guests.
Excellent!... Do come back again please
Shehzad Bhai Quota system par podcast krein..much needed to clear concept of Youth..who first started this quota system.
zarur banayega..we karachiite desperately need to know reality
Thanks for this gem ,God bless you
Not agreeing to the discussion as whole here but truly very interesting and informative..
Paracha Sahab says to edit it or people will get bored. I literally had to pause it multiple times to ponder some of the things being said.
Fabulous interview Shehzad! NFP is a national treasure. Maza aa gaya sun ker and he is so on point with this dissection of these issues.
hahahahaah national treasure 😁😁😁😁😁 Plz let me know only only one reason
Excellent discussion.
Please make another episode about the troubles between Sindhi and Muhajir Qaum and the slogan Sab se pehle Pakistan and the impact of General Musharraf and General Zia General Ayub and the fall of East Pakistan
No wonder he is a good writer especially his famous dawn article in the history of Pakistani cricket that was true picture of Pakistani cricket
Request for the host: Often times both the host and guest refer to books, it would be great if you could add those to the description. Sometimes it's not entirely clear which particular text is being referred to in the conversation.
Brilliant program. Enjoyed throughly. And learned a lot.
Great yaar I am Indian only two episodes I had seen recently great ❤❤❤❤
I love his review of rock albums in DAWN back in 90s
What a beautiful dialogue ! Shabash
Excellent wrap up.
Just finished reading, "The Reluctant Republic".
Kya baat hai sir.

Zabardast !
That is amazing, this video should have more views. Amazing podcast
Please make 1/2 hour broadcast in parts.
Amazing 👏. Lovely analysis
🙌
I really enjoyed. Please invite him again. Thank you
In My humble opinion , the very reason for this Identity crisis is one letter.... " S " . 1946 , when the words " Independent States " was changed to " Independent State " ..in the Pakistan Resolution
It was a very nice and intellectual way of bailing out all the wrong doing of PPP in Sindh .
One thing i disagree with that NFP didn’t talk about dynastic politics and the elite capture .
