I used a hokkaido pumpkin from my farm, and the ramen turned out so amazingly good! The hokkaido pumpkin added subtle sweetness to the broth. Also that chilli oil of yours is a thing from another planet! I cook a lot, but your recipes are always an excitment. I'm looking forward to see your new videos. I’m Obsessed. That’s what I say about this recipe. I have a pumpkin glut from my garden, and butternut squash so I used both to make a double, I mean triple batch. I’m loading the stuff up into mini muffin tins and freezing. They’re my Yeung Man Ramen pucks.

This one will take a bit of planning (actually don’t have a pie pumpkin on hand) but it can certain g bc e used several times with the base pre made. Wonder if the base would be able to be frozen? Unclear how the topping could be frozen or preserved though. Looks amazing, and definitely going to be in the “try this” plan for the week! Made this for dinner tonight. Absolutely fantastic!! Had to substitute a butternut squash as there was no pumpkins to be found. Typically I hate substituting ingredients, but honestly I think any orange squash would work. Everything in this works so well together. The base is so flavourful and creamy. Loved it!!
