Each section of a galaxy can be managed like a singular world. Doing combat is similar, as you would be building units as fleets rather than individuals.
All if this should help greatly to reduce lag.

    • @Noctazar

I'd love to just dismantle the entire galaxy and turn it into a hypermassive fleet of Stellar Systemcrafts and then abandon that galaxy and go to another one.
The game could remember all resource incomes you were getting before leaving (because your home galaxy must effectively cease to exist for your computer not to fry), and setting it as your base resource income. Then, your "arrival" at another galaxy could be computed in the form of a brand new save.
The civilizations inhabiting it could be artificially strengthened by the use of a mechanism similar to the "mature_galaxy" command. And then you could be just like Blokkats, travelling from galaxy to galaxy, eradicating and harvesting everything for more Stellar Systemcrafts.
But thing is, it would have so much more potential. You don't necessarily have to be evil. You could be an insanely powerful xenophile civilization that arrives at different galaxies and helps its inhabitants, for example helps them fight off their own crises.
Such a mod/mechanic would change the game as we know it, it would drastically increase the game's scale and it would give the player, like, literally 4 endgame layers.

Those being the strikecraft, blokkat-terminators(I dont know if you were on a high enough difficulty to see these, they are the proper ships with the triple nacelles and covered in plating) and the ring sections on the mothership! All of said assets I made originated in my Enigmatic Shipset and were used with my permission.

  • @purpledevilr7463

    Okay, my theory.
The contingency was either created by the Blokkats to prevent rivals or the contingency is attempting to prevent a Blokkat-like civilisation from rising.
The higher dimension that the Blokkat communication network is in, is the same as the one the Unbidden come from.
And as we know, they scattered the Scourge.
All 3 crises brought together in one.

    • @Crazylom

      So we get:
      1. Contingency is calling singularity type-51 Blokkat-like civilizations. Nothing will come living if another arises, so it attempts it's best to stop it at bay, way before True Crisis arrises and hatches out of galaxy.
      2. Unbidden, being driven mad by intence and enmass communication of blokkats, resulting in similar idea of harvesting energy. But as result of madness, targeted towards living beings and anything related.
      3. Scourge, being one of the few known intergalactic traweling races, escaped it's home galaxy, that is being consumed by blokkats. Since then, they are on the run, ever being too close to those monsters...
      Ending up with us.

    • @tungleson7066
      @tungleson7066 2 роки тому +21

Ren-Miruu made Contigency, and Blokkat's history (their conflict with Paluushian, their time travel) doesn't match that. Contigency is older than Blokkat.
It will make much more sense that Contigency's maker is currently a threat to Blokkat, large enough that they have to strip-mine anything they come across to even stand a chance. The fact that individual Blokkat visit habited world to record suggest that they aren't unfeeling or uncaring monster, they really don't want to be that mean. They just have no choice but to harvest as much as possible, recruiting native civilisation only slow them down.
Unbidden is in a massive civil war for the Eternal Throne, and so far we have only seen 3 faction. Who is it to say that that is all?

Imo longform content is so much more interesting than the short 10-15 minutes that are favored by the algorithm.
Don't know if any of these other topics interest you, but I can reccomend a couple other channels that do mostly longform content. If naval history interests you, Drachinifel usually has around a 1 hour video out every week, plus an hour long q&a, and a longer livestream twice a month.
My other recommendation, if you are interested in media analysis, (mostly movies and TV, but occasionally they cover a game) is a channel called Mauler, he does a podcast called Every Frame A Pause with a few friends, (archived on his alternate channel, Mooler) breaking down what works and what doesnt in a variety of different shows and movies, as well as why it doesnt work. The streams are usually around 6-10 hours, although part of that is usually reading through superchats.

To answer your question from when you restored that one Juggernaut and it had the strike craft aura - aura's of the same type don't stack.
Also, to reach that 800k energy you needed quickly, you want to spam Kugelblitz silos. Each one increases your resource storage by roughly 20k, while also producing about 200 energy a month. Turn a system or two into Kugelblitz systems, and suddenly you can hold several million of each resource.
