Hey buddy, my is a 2018 solid white fx4offroad f250 turbo diesel lariat, factory led lights outside and inside. I added 6inch suspension lift, 10x20 wheels on 37in tires.she all mine.
Whaddup cuz! Haha, can't wait to get a new superduty. Gm's big bad new d max only beats it by 5 hp, but isn't rated for nearly as much towing because of their under engineered frame and girly ifs. PLUS, they don't have adaptive cruise with towing. Super duty FTW!

Hello There David! Thanks for watching and commenting. Ford made a few changes for this 6.7 diesel 2nd generation engine which includes a feature that makes this engine turn quicker. They have made the spark plugs into an instant start glow plugs. This allows for a quick response for the engine to turn on even in very cold weather.

hello there, thank you for watching and commenting. Yes! You can listen to your own music via your phone. You can plug or stream wirelessly via Bluetooth. What you need to do to stream wirelessly would be to connect your phone to your sync system through some programming steps. Once the phone is programmed into the system you can stream any audio without any cables.

Does the super duty not come with a skid plate underneath or is that optional?
Hello Luis, yes the truck has an optional Skid plate protection. If is has the FX4 package the it comes with the skid plates. The skid plate will cover the gas tank and the transfer case. You should be able to see it in this video. the fuel tank is at minute 1:12 and the transfer case at 1:19. Thanks for watching, have a great day!

Hello @victorolguin , I thank you for watching and commenting! I understand your concern and believe me you are not the only one that has worries about the longevity of the aluminum alloy. But, please consider this. Ford has come a long way in the use of this material and has keep in mind that other commercial vehicles like the Boeing 747 are made from aluminum as well. I think it is a smart way to improve many functions like towing and fuel efficiency. In addition to the reduction in body weight, Ford implemented higher strength material to many other parts of the truck. I believe many other manufactures will implement aluminum and I think it is a matter of time. Also, if you are concerned because you saw the chevy tv comercial about the bed, don't be. The superduty has a stronger bed than that of the F150 but i always tell my customers... Protect your investment and it will last. LIke a cell phone, we protect it against falls by adding a cover or a screen protector. Do the same to your truck, protect it and it will last the test of time. It is as simple as adding a bedliner. I do hope Ford will change your mind and hope you will consider one of these vehicles in your future as they are awesome. Let me know if you have any questions that I can answer! Have a blessed day!
I actually make some of the parts for the boeing 747 up here in ft worth lol.. honestly i know there are some pros and cons to aluminum. Im not going to lie the Chevrolet commercial is making Ford look bad with the beds but why doesn't Ford come out and defend the Superduty? Thats what Im mainly interested in, the the Ford F250 and F350. My favorite thing about the new super duty is when I look at it it reminds of the the 90s models because of the squareness.
victorolguin wow! thats cool that you work making the big flying birdz! as far as Ford not defending it could be that Ford is accepting Chevy saying Fords name more and more. even if its a commercial like that...just like the patented tailgate step. chevy was dismissing it over and over and even calling it the sissy step.lol. and now that step is a highly sought after and sometimes a must for customers. time will tell but feel confident on Fords future. now, i would like to know your opinion on the aluminum alloy being that you use it for the big 747 planes. how strong is it? if Boeing uses it, i am assuming they know it can withstand time, mother nature and other issues if lives could be at stake. what are your thoughts? just curious lol

ok to be straight forward you can't compare a work Truck to a plane. the uses of them are completely different. A work Truck would endure a harder life than a plane I believe. As far the aluminum itself I'm 100% positive it's not the exact same kind of aluminum if that makes sense. Boeing has patented a lot of products for its own use as I'm sure ford has too. As far as working with it, I don't like aluminum lol. The good thing is its easy to work with. The bad is its mostly not fixable or repairable at least speaking from a point of view as to what I do at work. it is a soft lightweight material. I believe in some applications it is an appropriate metal to use to when you think of it as weight reduction, cost reduction like I'm sure ford thought of when they decided to use this metal. But since it's on a work Truck I'm just skeptical about the longevity and durability of it. let's face it very few people buy these big trucks just to ride around in and baby them. Most buy them for work.

Hello there! thanks for watching and commenting. . ford did away with the v10 some years ago. the only engine available now is the 6.2 v8. it's actually pretty powerful and a tad bit better in fuel economy
OMG!! Where is the rust protection (Wax) underneath??? I only see bare metal!!
@sgs753, yes @Belac is correct (thank you for helping me answer). Ford does use a process called electronic coating. This process has been proven to give you longer lasting corrosion protection and better coverage of the frame for this protection. For this reason, you don't see any wax on any of our vehicle's frames. Thank you for commenting and watching!

Moises Vega really bro, go look at a Chevy car lot. I've seen the frames start rusting while still on the lot. I have a 2016 F150 and drive it up north right before a ice storm hit, so I was driving over freshly laid salt on the roads. Guess what, no rust. So have fun with your out dated Chevy.
how does a ford f450 key look like
hello there! we have not received an F450 so can't confirm on the key but i feel confident the key will look like the one i used in this video if the truck is equipped the same. there is no reason ford will have different keys unless it is a more basic model which will be the switch blade style key. i will keep you posted. thanks for watching!

Hello there! All camera systems are available from the XL thru the Platinum package. So, you have the option of
1. the ultimate trailer tow camera system. Thats' 7 cameras. or 2. You have available the back up camera. The one that is in the tailgate. 3. you also have available the chmsl camera. This is the one that is in the third brake light
I Jorge, thanks for the quick answer, but i am talking about the ultimate trailer tow camera system. i am inquiring since i ordered one early last week but the dealer didnt seem to be able to add the ultimate trailer tow camera system and thought it might have been because of the long box configuration. could you confirm if indeed it is or is not compatible with the configuration i stated above?

Hey Zach! I don't know why the dealer told you they could not add it. Like, I said in my previous comment, you can get the ultimate trailer tow camera system from the XL thru the Platinum. The wheel base has nothing to do with that option. You can get it in short or long wheel base, xl, xlt, lariat, etc. So, yes the u.t.t.c.s. is compatible with your configurations stated above. Mario Cisneros saludos! como hay muchas opciones y configuracioned le puedo decir que tienen unrango de precio bastante amplio. comienzan en $30 y abarcan hasta $80 mil. lo que vendemos mas nosotros son las lariats, 4 puertas con 4x4. estas estan en 64 mil. si vive cercas de Tomball, tx haganos el previlegio de mostrales unas. con gusto lo atendere
