Thoughts on removing front sway bar? Ive already removed mine for off road articulation and cant tell much difference at all on road. What are the cons of removal since i don't tow much but haul 2000 lbs in the bed often?
To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares.
Fuel economy really doesn't change much on these trucks as they're made to tow and haul, so some larger tires don't bother them. As for noise, as long as you go with an all terrain or hybrid tire, it really isn't an issue either! The big mud terrains are loud however.

No you will have to trim for 38s, and we'd recommend a 0 to +12 offset wheel to get them a little further from the radius arms and sway bar when turning.
Nope, but the stock wheels are your issue. The tires will rub the radius arms and sway bar unless you run spacers. Stock wheels are +45 offset. This may be a stupid question. Why do some 2017+ superduty trucks have a rear sway bar, and some don't? I have a 2021 f250 and it does have a rear sway bar. Can I take it off?
Not gonna happen unless you're okay with some contact on the sway bar and radius arms. You can just barely get away with it doing a 12.5 wide all terrain and then adding a Carli sway bar and radius arms for a little more room.
@@CJCOffRoad I will guess that with the E-venture 4.5 and the correct wheel backspacing and offset 38x13.5 still will fit not to mention 37x13.5 or 12.5.
Here's a video of the 5.5 and level height EVenture running side by side! ua-cam.com/video/73BQDBKD3kI/v-deo.html as for gearing, we didn't find it necessary.
Only this gear and setup could make Ford look foolish for not building the truck like this from the factory. They build a rig which really kinda consists of a ‘Tremor’ sticker on the fender and hope y’all can fix it. Amazing.
I can’t stand the way these newer trucks look with 17s or 18s. They freaking wheel just looks so tiny especially with a 37. To all those wanting 37s please get a 20in tall wheel it will look much better. No one needs 7in of sidewall. 😊
We'd actually disagree. 17s and 18s ride considerably better than 20s whether it's on pavement or off road. If you care about ride quality, big tire small wheel will always win. Obviously aesthetics are totally up to the person though.
I got rid of the 20 wheels they make your truck look like a clown truck ,hit a curb and they break ,besides looks stupid. I am running 37x17 toyo mt open country on method 8.5 ,6inch lift looks killer.

Thoughts on removing front sway bar? Ive already removed mine for off road articulation and cant tell much difference at all on road. What are the cons of removal since i don't tow much but haul 2000 lbs in the bed often?
Our move is always to do an upgraded sway bar. That way you get the ride improvement of no sway bar, but still have body sway control at high speeds.
Just purchased a 2024 F250. Wanting to run 35x12.5 leveling kit. Looking at the Method 315. Do you recommend getting an offset on the wheel?
To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares.
How do 37’s work with the gas engine?
They look so nice, but fuel has to suck and so as with the road noise?
Fuel economy really doesn't change much on these trucks as they're made to tow and haul, so some larger tires don't bother them. As for noise, as long as you go with an all terrain or hybrid tire, it really isn't an issue either! The big mud terrains are loud however.

Are you trying to use the stock wheels to do so?
@CJCOffRoad yes sir., I've seen trucks on here with the same stock wheels running the Nitto Grappler M/T's. I'll be running the Falken Wildpeak AT4's.
To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares.
Running stock wheels with 37s is a bit tricky, since the factory wheels are +40 to +45 offset which is about 20-28mm too far in. As a result, you hit the radius arms and sway bars with the tires when turning lock to lock. You can either cut the studs and run a bolt on 20-30mm spacer that makes up that gap with the stock wheels, or go with an aftermarket wheel in the right specs. Since we aren't too fond of cutting wheel studs, we'd suggest the aftermarket wheel route.
37 inch tires on f350 dually 2024?
Will 38's on a +18mm wheel fit on a '23 Tremor with the Carli 2.5 level without trimming?
No you will have to trim for 38s, and we'd recommend a 0 to +12 offset wheel to get them a little further from the radius arms and sway bar when turning.
So with 38’s on a 20x9 wheel with a 0 offset and your 2.5” kit, they would clear with no trimming or rubbing?
Wait! On the 23 f250 they can run 37x 12.5 r20 on stock height and wheels? Or was that 37x 11.5? Did I understand wrong?
You want to run a 37/12.5 or 37/11.5 all terrain on the stock wheels with a 23+ Ford.
Thank you, would they rub on the 23s with stock height? Sorry I just want to make sure I heard correctly
With a little trimming of the fender liner and that little black plastic cap at the bottom of the fender on the cab side, they'll clear stock.
Thank you!
Will a 2021 with a Carli Commuter and Method Grids 18x9 18/5.75 run 37’s?
Yep! All you'll need is a tiny trim of the fender liner and maybe the bottom edge of the flare if equipped.
Would a 18x9 -12 offset fit my truck on 35s 12.5 tire
What year, make and model truck?
22 platinum stock wheels with 37s and a bds 3” will that clear?
Nope, but the stock wheels are your issue. The tires will rub the radius arms and sway bar unless you run spacers. Stock wheels are +45 offset. To fit 37s on a Super Duty, we typically recommend around 0 offset to +18 offset on a 8.5-9.5” wide wheel. For reference, 0 offset gives a slight poke, while +18 is flush with the factory size fender flares.

Can the tremor flares be added aftermarket?
Absolutely! They do reduce the fender opening by about 1.5" though which impacts tire clearance.
@@CJCOffRoad I will guess that with the E-venture 4.5 and the correct wheel backspacing and offset 38x13.5 still will fit not to mention 37x13.5 or 12.5.
Where is the link you mentioned? I am blind today, I guess.

Can a taller eventure setup that you show going high speed on the blue one still go high speed on 40s like the black one and do 40s need gearing?
Here's a video of the 5.5 and level height EVenture running side by side! ua-cam.com/video/73BQDBKD3kI/v-deo.html as for gearing, we didn't find it necessary.
Carli e-lift!!!! 😂😂😂😂 and then buy some bfg 39x13.5 KO2’s.
Off road smaller wheels are better. If your running 37s or larger 20s are fine.
Good thing these trucks aren’t yours. 🤡
I got rid of the 20 wheels they make your truck look like a clown truck ,hit a curb and they break ,besides looks stupid. I am running 37x17 toyo mt open country on method 8.5 ,6inch lift looks killer.
