    I love boxing and i want to use by protecing myself from the harsh and bully people.
    I think footwork is the key to be a defensive in boxing at the same time for being offensive.

    Nice and simple but effective if practiced (which a lot of people don't (including me!!!))
    Love the precise explanations and demonstrations as always!
    Could you make a short about going back and then to the side with a counter?
    I go back ok but still don't change direction very well after one or two steps back.
    I feel like I'm stuck on a rail track and think it's probably to do with my balance! MT.

    is it always better to avoid the blow with our footwork than to block it? I mean, do you recommend that it is better to be playing all the time, go out, go in, go out and be an unpredictable target?

    • @Charlessalbox
      @Charlessalbox  2 роки тому +1

      Avoiding the punching is certainly better to frustrate your opponent and cayse him to fatigue but you should sometimes slip when he makes an attempt to over reach because you move out to avoid the punches.
