- So guys I have the advanced compilation of 10 advanced level footwork drills within this video. The drills are complicated are require a great deal of coordination and balance. Please do not attempt them within sparring until you have the technique and timing of the moves.

I boxed 6 years a kid 90 amateur fights so I was around and you sir are by far the best trainer I have ever seen better than United States trainers or Mexican trainers and any info I need to brush up on in training will be from this channel

@Charlessalbox Are you of Cuban origins? If so, I'm very proud of u. I lived in Birmingham for a while, now proud Canadian, but to see that you still keep alive our boxing style (which lots of people think we are boring) is great to see. In the way I see it and I have been taught, our style is a closed shell always at its pace, disciplined and smart, no stunts, nor unnecessary risks. Keep it up.
Just out of curiosity with that much amateur experience what made you not want to go pro?

Personally I enjoy anything that involves footwork, e.g how certain footwork drills can be applied in real fight situations. I think that will make quite an interesting episode :D
