Yes you do.most people bail quickly.i almost did.but the training sucks you in.when you get punched by a guy who knows what he is doing that is another big wake up call.the training is what I like and light sparring.i am in it to be in shape.irs better than lifting weights.
All i can think of are ring circle's.a good coach will give you ptsd.before he even lets you throw a punch.i like this guys approach.he breaks this down perfectly and he is great at explaining it.
I've been watching these videos for a couple of weeks and am very impressed about the quality and thoroughness off your videos especially assuming you also train people in person as well
