Thank you for this build. Once I realized I was missing the STRAFE on Yang's Recurve, and fixed it, I went right to Level 16 Ancient Goblin Vault and now have 2.5B. GR at 85. All new records for me. Now it's screaming fun ha ha ha!
I did an ancient puzzle ring and got a new puzzle ring from it. - 600 paragon ww barb / day 2. I got my full set (including cubed items, ingeom, ambos, band of might) at 70. Best season so far. I'm at GR 90+ Still grinding for squirts necklace.

I love the Multishot. =D I was going to jump right into impale asap.. but now I think I will spend a little more time perfecting my Goblin Blaster 9000 before I do.. so I dont run out of hate going too low on impale rushing for it.
got a ww barb, paragon 300, cleared gr70, and now I have to go roll a demon hunter :) at least I have a bow with -27 levels thats already dropped. Thanks for the awesome content. Barb got his first first GR (18), and then another on his second (gr 20 for season journey).
Just stick a rank 25 gem of ease in a lvl 70 bow and watch those levels fly in, you'll be leveling faster than the level up messages can display on the screen :)
Little tip : just in in communities and search for "power level" if you don’t have friends. Always someone willing to help rush you a character. Takes no more than 10 minutes rushing T6 rifts or a single T16 with the rebirth trick
I love seeing all your builds. I play very casually because life gets in the way. Just have to tell you I got my first crucible at Paragon 8 I think. Made my Yangs as soon as I got it. My grandson came and saw me playing and couldn't believe my level. He thought I had been on the game for days lol. Love the season. going to be able to play multiple characters. Not sure about the season journey as the challenges look much harder than I have played before.
I got my entire season Journy done already got my Port / Pet , did like 34 or 35 of these ancient Puzz rings today but i brought people along who needed the mats / gems Keep up the good work Raxx
OMG thank you so much for making this video! I honestly didn't realize the season started... I literally stopped playing D3 after awhile last season because there wasn't anything super exciting that made me want to log on and slay away. It felt like I was playing NS ... I'm really looking forward to playing my OG fav sets UE & Impale.
Great build. Two comments:1) In order to proc Focus and Restraint one needs to actually hit an enemy with a resource generator and spender. 2) Equip your follower, as Rax did, with a Broken Crown and a gem in it.
Another answer to people having problem keeping their resource up would be to try using reaper's wraps. They're not as good as they used to be but they still help
Gonna try this cause it seems health globes rarely drop for me on console so I run out of hatred so fast. Edit: Turns out I was using the wrong vengeance rune 😂 much easier to keep up my hatred now.
This is the exact build I just put together today on my DH. Multishot + Strafe = Busted. I set this build up at Paragon 90 and this is nuts. The new sanctified enchant for strafe is ridiculous.
Thanks for this video Raxx. I'm usually a Monk or Barb seasonal player and I first tried GoD DH last season. After watching Yours and Wudi's ptr vids about the DH I knew I had to give this a shot. I just got my 6 piece on my DH from Haedrigs gift last night. Now the farming starts. I appreciate all the pointers. I also joined your twitch stream yesterday while I played and had fun "hanging out", other than the 5-7 adds that always seem to pop up in the middle of your stories. I even correctly guessed hot dog for your paint drawing. 🤣
I was able to put this together at 300 gons. I got very lucky with some Angelic Crunchables and Yang Bangz Recurve. It's a great farming build that got me to T16 - from T10 - immediately. I'm, now, at 500 gons, and have put together, almost, everything for my Demonic Huntress Impaler build. The Gob Blaster is quite powerful. Thanks for this video - and your help. Best! J
Thank you for the video, question on the hatred, I know you explained how to keep your hatred in the shadow build, but the goblin build does not have the dagger, how are you maintaining full hatred with that build?
This build is incredible for farming this season, wow. I'm using a slight variation - got a nice ancient wraps of clarity so I have Visage of Gunes in the cube with Elusive Ring and Dawn. Also using Travelers Pledge and Compass Rose right now because I haven't found a good Squirts or Focus or Restraint yet.

Played for 3 days, got a geared up marauder, UE, GoD and shadows :P just completed season journey guardian. That was a lot of fun. Im not really into the rift pushing, so I’ll just say thank you for the wonderful guides, season 27 start was fun as ’ell. Probably just do chilled out random farming the rest of the season.
I started barb to quick farm mats. DH will be my next to hopefully push solo GR. I'd find a more indepth video helpful... but I do think you covered it well enough. Pride's fall ought to be good enough for those lower one-hit scenarios as well as using seethe. You could also (at lower levels) include prep-punishment. It might help if you covered the DH-Shadow at lower than push GRs what spin-to-win hatred options are available in more detail.
112 is not a pushing tier. It's a speed tier. Raise your tier till you don't one-shot shit. There's nothing else to explain. If you do nephalem rifts, he explained how to manage your hatred.
Hey Raxx, was doing pretty much this build from early paragon. A couple of options are to add the Goldskin chest to your follower as that power emanates. Also for early survivability I used Aquila as my Discipline never really drops below 90%. Appreciate you cranking out the guide and jammin' the rifts but you should probably get some sleep. We want you to be around for along time or at least until Duke Nukem 4 comes out. 😀

I started with a tals wizard still working through grifts with her, just made a dh so will be using your guides for my demon hunter.

I was so excited by the changes to the Bones of Rathma and Tragoul's sets that I started Necro this season, but this is the other build I was most excited to try out. My partner did Demon Hunter because GoD was so much fun in previous seasons, though, and this video was extremely useful for reference.
I haven't played this game since about 2013 or something. I didn't look at any guides or whatever and just discovered your channel. I just picked up the game to play this season and check out Act V. I do something similar but not as powerful, I use dread set with momentum and the quiver that makes bola instantly explode and ancillaries are for primary damage and the weapon cube is the bow that increases bola dmg and sucks them all into a spot. It's fun a hell to play but damage tops out fully augmented around GR100 GR110 but in terms of farming it's pretty fast. Again, not as good as GB9K but still fun.
Rax I just want to say tyvm this info helped me a lot on my dh for this season. I've already cleared a 110 gr on my impale in under 5 minutes. Really appreciate your guides
I found one right after I hit 70, then high rolled the weapon I needed on the first try. My friend, on the other hand, had to find (almost impossible for him) and use 7 before getting what he needed on the weapon. We both missed all our rolls for leveling. The rng this season has been crazy.
is this still recommended for lower content like bounties/t16's after your update vid to the speedy impale build? or just use that one to zoom through that content?

I got Shadow Impale going yesterday finally and ran into this issue right away but figured it out :) I have been using something similar to your goblin blaster but took more speed stuff but I am also in softcore. Basically keep adding speed until you can't one hit blast everything. At any rate love the content. I watch most all your videos.
currently using your shadow build as of 1 day of gearing it and like you said. its just blasting. though im doing around GR95 i think i should be able to get it to 100 maybe a little higher while im leveling my gems and im farming for the gobling blaster build as well. awesome idea, build and video
So question, if I may: the items you sanctify, are they gone when the season ends? or will they persist and move with your characters back to the non season, and you just lose the Angelic Crucibles?
I love this build Raxx.. even built a GoD varient.. with the yangs crucified.. wearing deadman legacy and then cubed the quiver for hungering arrow.. its perfect for speeding t16's .. with Cold Damage rolls..
Your vids help out a ton. What doesn't help out is the Diablo III algorithm. I think it knows im going after a Yang's because it hasn't thrown one out yet and I've been at this season for a few weeks now.

Great video, very helpful. The impale variant does have a more nuanced playstyle. It’s hard to avoid mega trash packs and focus on straggler elites. And you have to be smart about your damage reduction abilities or you become very squishy very fast.
Season started on Friday, today is Sunday = 3. Day Only in Season you get the *Angelic Crucible* that you shoot Multishoot while Strafing, if you play standard, join the season, its open for many month.

my favorite way to get hatred back is the preperation skill with the rune that makes it regen hatred but adds a cooldown, with cooldown reduction it works really well
Hey Rax, what do you consider ,,low paragon"? When is the time to swap out the guardian set to crimsons? I've been blasting with crimsons since the start and feels like im hella more tanky than with guardian
Hi Raxx! My husband and I love your videos and have been blasting through the season as demon hunters. One thing we noticed is that your earlier guides made a point of saying to use the crucible on the holy point shot, but these videos and maxxroll show the crucible being used on Karlei's point. Any particular reason for the switch? Apologies if a video explained it and we missed, maybe one of your followers can help point it out.
Aight i got yall So since you and ya mans are demon hunters and there's only 2 legendary daggers y'all can roll (greenstone fan and karlei's point) so just craft lvl 70 daggers, and upgrade them with the cube recipes and viola! A 50/50 chance to not only get a karlei's, but it can be primal already no crucible needed. Only reason you see people with their crucibled item being the dagger is cause they have/had a better rolled holy point so no need to waste. Imo, i say crucible whatever you want and work with what you don't have/do have. Hopefully this helps 😉

Am i wrong, or is what he described with the discipline wrong? It says "max discipline" not current. So it doesn't matter if you use it all. Should be the same dmg if you have 66/66 disc or 0/66

Just started my season starting with DH so I start making bows on WD and 3rd one crafted I got level requirement reduced by 30 without rerolling so there goes all my luck this season
I just figured out something about Raxxanterax and the fact that he is always wearing a blue hood sweat all the time. He is cosplaying a blue goblin, the master of the goblins. I was blind all this time this is incredible. lmao !
After 25 years of supporting Blizzard, I just had to step away. Immortal was just so disgusting that it soured me on anything they released and any future releases such as D4. For farming t16 i run the shadow set, but instead of wraps of clarity in the cube, i run the vengence helm in the cube, so that i can pick up seethe as my base skill so i don't have to worry about hatred generation, im plenty tanky enough without wraps if things die instantly around me...and it is just as quick of a swap in the cube as it is keeping my closet updated.

Is there a Follower build guide anywhere? I couldn't find anything on Maxroll and the tips that Raxx has in this video seem really good. As someone that didn't play Season 23 (when followers got full equipment), it would help.
This looks insanely fun to do however seeing as I've only just started s27 and I don't have any previous characters as I've just started the game again and no prev saves would this be doable from lvl1 and just keeping working towards the challenges and hopefully getting the gear required? Got the core items for the strafing multitap build, and DEAR GOD. Not even Paragon 600, and I am doing over 100B. Keep your Cooldowns really high to help keep Vengeance up the whole time for Hatred reg. On base stat, Im at 2.21M.. and it goes over 3.2 when warmed up.
Information Level 9000 as always big thumbs up! Would have never come to the conclusion about the impale set being on too low rift levels. This season is an emotional rollercoaster. Had a godly start to leveling with perfect luck at Kadala and somoe rainbow goblins. But after hitting 70 my luck was gone. Paragon 400 to gamble my first dead mans legacy, still no Yangs to be seen at crafting... and needless to say that the first primal was dogshit like always!
crusader is also a good choice for zero-effort speed runs, you can do 110 runs very easily on an AoV FotH crusader with your eyes closed only pressing 1 button and running through the GR on your horse super fast.

Since you're using Vengeance-Seethe, instead of your cubed Wraps of Clarity use Visage of Gunes. You'll get 50% damage reduction when vengeance is up (ie constantly) instead of having to worry about using a primary skill every 5 seconds. I prefer Stone of Jordan and CoE instead of Focus and Restraint just so I don't have to click as much...
Hello there raxx and thanks for the aweasome builds , info and all kind of stuff you upload for d3 (you're by far my favourite Player)!! So i wanted to ask few things regarding this build u feature here cause ive made it and i dont know whats wrong.. Im currently 723 paragon lvl, and got like 2.5mil dmg selfbuffed, my major problem is, that i cant kill the elites that fast as you showing on the video.. so i had to drop goldwrap in the cube.. RORG aswell, and dawn for the cdr on vengeance, While having the Mantle of channeling equipped on me, and the guardians belt/bracer for that extra juice dmg.. If i played as it shown here.. i barely kill the elites.. like i need to spin on em for 5 seconds++ and idk why! Could you please Post your whole BUILD on this , like everyhting , rolls on items, your cube items , spells , everything.. i cant seem to find whats wrong with my build. I hope you reply on this and im sorry for my huge paragraph and bad english..! peace!
Definitely a helpful video. Was basically using goblin blaster 3k. Watched this made some changes and my build feels so much better now. Also gotta say I laughed a bit when you threw the Shadow set into a Gr 75. Immediately knew it wasnt going to work out well. I always save shadow set for Gr 90 Minimum.

One thing you didnt mention for UE is Preparation rune for the extra discipline.

... for the leg effect, the gem in your helmet matters, not the one in the follower's Broken Crown.

Certainly did help thanks it’s taken me a full Sunday to get to level 70 but it’s my first time playing d3 just trying to get my seasonal set now

I remember doing this 8 years ago. Really cool nothing has changed since then. I'm gonna go back to doing something productive now.
My follower always has two pieces of Cain and Page’s set with ring of Grandeur. Nemessis bracers too, extra db’s from pylons is always nice😌

Great video, very helpful. The impale variant does have a more nuanced playstyle. It’s hard to avoid mega trash packs and focus on straggler elites. And you have to be smart about your damage reduction abilities or you become very squishy very fast.

Only in Season you get the *Angelic Crucible* that you shoot Multishoot while Strafing, if you play standard, join the season, its open for many month.

my favorite way to get hatred back is the preperation skill with the rune that makes it regen hatred but adds a cooldown, with cooldown reduction it works really well

Hey Rax, what do you consider ,,low paragon"? When is the time to swap out the guardian set to crimsons? I've been blasting with crimsons since the start and feels like im hella more tanky than with guardian

Hi Raxx! My husband and I love your videos and have been blasting through the season as demon hunters. One thing we noticed is that your earlier guides made a point of saying to use the crucible on the holy point shot, but these videos and maxxroll show the crucible being used on Karlei's point. Any particular reason for the switch? Apologies if a video explained it and we missed, maybe one of your followers can help point it out.

So since you and ya mans are demon hunters and there's only 2 legendary daggers y'all can roll (greenstone fan and karlei's point) so just craft lvl 70 daggers, and upgrade them with the cube recipes and viola! A 50/50 chance to not only get a karlei's, but it can be primal already no crucible needed. Only reason you see people with their crucibled item being the dagger is cause they have/had a better rolled holy point so no need to waste. Imo, i say crucible whatever you want and work with what you don't have/do have. Hopefully this helps 😉

Am i wrong, or is what he described with the discipline wrong? It says "max discipline" not current. So it doesn't matter if you use it all. Should be the same dmg if you have 66/66 disc or 0/66

I got an angelic crucible in my first rift on 70. However didnt get necro bracers when gambling on lvl1.
Just started my season starting with DH so I start making bows on WD and 3rd one crafted I got level requirement reduced by 30 without rerolling so there goes all my luck this season
I had the opposite I spent almost all my challenge rift veiled crystals rerolling and ended with lvl reduction by 24.

For farming t16 i run the shadow set, but instead of wraps of clarity in the cube, i run the vengence helm in the cube, so that i can pick up seethe as my base skill so i don't have to worry about hatred generation, im plenty tanky enough without wraps if things die instantly around me...and it is just as quick of a swap in the cube as it is keeping my closet updated.

Is there a Follower build guide anywhere? I couldn't find anything on Maxroll and the tips that Raxx has in this video seem really good. As someone that didn't play Season 23 (when followers got full equipment), it would help.
This looks insanely fun to do however seeing as I've only just started s27 and I don't have any previous characters as I've just started the game again and no prev saves would this be doable from lvl1 and just keeping working towards the challenges and hopefully getting the gear required? Got the core items for the strafing multitap build, and DEAR GOD. Not even Paragon 600, and I am doing over 100B. Keep your Cooldowns really high to help keep Vengeance up the whole time for Hatred reg. On base stat, Im at 2.21M.. and it goes over 3.2 when warmed up.
Once you can do this, within 48 hours of the season starting, what else is there left for DH to achieve?
Try the wizard & then try the barbarian. There’s a lot of options
Information Level 9000 as always big thumbs up! Would have never come to the conclusion about the impale set being on too low rift levels. This season is an emotional rollercoaster. Had a godly start to leveling with perfect luck at Kadala and somoe rainbow goblins. But after hitting 70 my luck was gone. Paragon 400 to gamble my first dead mans legacy, still no Yangs to be seen at crafting... and needless to say that the first primal was dogshit like always!
My first primal was a leorics crown with the worst roll imaginable. Feelsbadman

Switching to Ricochet should allow you to run lower GRs as it tags two other enemies with lower damage. I'm not saying T16, but 90ish should be fine.
crusader is also a good choice for zero-effort speed runs, you can do 110 runs very easily on an AoV FotH crusader with your eyes closed only pressing 1 button and running through the GR on your horse super fast.

Hey raxx, would you say your Goblin blaster build or your brain dead shadow build is better for GR speed farming?
Since you're using Vengeance-Seethe, instead of your cubed Wraps of Clarity use Visage of Gunes. You'll get 50% damage reduction when vengeance is up (ie constantly) instead of having to worry about using a primary skill every 5 seconds. I prefer Stone of Jordan and CoE instead of Focus and Restraint just so I don't have to click as much...
D2 HC back in the day: actual fun
D3 HC: Might as well watch a documentary on the underground raves..
The Crusader Fist of the Heavens build with Steed Charge is also a fantastic build for this.
Using the UE set w/multishot while in transition to Shadow w/Impale is very helpful. Thank you.

So i wanted to ask few things regarding this build u feature here cause ive made it and i dont know whats wrong..
Im currently 723 paragon lvl, and got like 2.5mil dmg selfbuffed, my major problem is, that i cant kill the elites that fast as you showing on the video.. so i had to drop goldwrap in the cube.. RORG aswell, and dawn for the cdr on vengeance, While having the Mantle of channeling equipped on me, and the guardians belt/bracer for that extra juice dmg..
If i played as it shown here.. i barely kill the elites.. like i need to spin on em for 5 seconds++ and idk why!
Could you please Post your whole BUILD on this , like everyhting , rolls on items, your cube items , spells , everything.. i cant seem to find whats wrong with my build.

Definitely a helpful video. Was basically using goblin blaster 3k. Watched this made some changes and my build feels so much better now. Also gotta say I laughed a bit when you threw the Shadow set into a Gr 75. Immediately knew it wasnt going to work out well. I always save shadow set for Gr 90 Minimum.
