This routine was compiled by my father, Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming, from White Crane Qigong and Taijiquan Qigong. These exercises focus on the waist, spine and chest for promoting Qi circulation, injury prevention, and power expression. Some movements also correspond to the 8 Pieces of Brocade Medical Qigong and native dance.

This really is a fantastic qigong routine. It's deceptively challenging to maintain the horse stance while practicing the movements. I can feel it's tremendous benefits just after a few days in strengthening the body and feeling healthier. And it's definitely going to help my Kung Fu practice too. Thank you ☺️🙏

Lovely generous and kind presentation (Thanks for the White Crane hug). White Crane Soft Qigong reminds me of the Chan Mi Gong I learned which also involves undulating wave type motions, originating from the spine, that ripple throughout the body.

I have never done martial arts I am in my 70s this is one of the best exercises I've ever done my bones are cracking but I'm slowing down I feel better everyday thank you❤😂
