I m actually excited to try these things because I m in the same situation. In free play, I can dribble around the map, 45 degrees flicks, consistent speed flips ( im d2 in 2s ) etc but in game I feel like nothing works. Also excited for that outside the map training because I can do 5-6 figure 8s in pillars( till I get bored ) without any air roll but when I use air roll I can not make more then 1-1,5. And I feel extremely unconfortable doing any stick moves when my car is backwards. I would like any tips that u guys have, cheers.

I’ve been working on fast aerials in training packs in order to get more consistent. It’s translated to my gameplay for sure, but I’m definitely feeling like a bot at times too lol
Yeah I actually didn't learn fast aerials until I hit champ, but when I finally got comfortable with them I felt so much better

I’m comfortable with aerials but not when’s backwards gaaa guess I should try a private match and put it on slow mo with unlimited boost maybe that would help me out. What do you think I should do Calvin? Oh also what boost are you useing in the video?
I tried slow mo and did not helped me. I even got into kevpert car control training pack and I can easily control my car backwards. But when I m using air roll my brain won't work
