Funny. I have about 55 rods right now. And I've given some to charity. Fishing is not only a sport it's a hobby. I enjoy trying new tackle, new rods and new reels. That's what makes it such a great hobby as well! If you can afford it and you can do it, enjoy.😊

I want to throw in that I own a Kistler KLX that I didn’t pay full price for but honestly I would have. I recommend giving Kistler another shot they have been consistently making changes based of consumer feedback. Great review and video! Tight lines!

On that IMX Pro- 4.4 oz is pretty heavy for a 6'9 rod. Especially for a rod that's almost $400.

If i had to catch everything to feed myself i probably would once only.
i have 11 rods and dont fish that often so i will probably pass on expensive companies
even though i would love to have a St Croix rod in my collection tackle industries and a few other ones also . 🤔

Edge rods I bought their top of line model and it was completely garbage. It broke fighting a smallmouth to the boat. They said it was my fault my drag was to tight. I said okay and spent another 200 to replace it and once again it broke fighting a smallmouth with my drag set loose in the exact same spot. Customer service sucked getting my rod replaced took over a year don't waste your money.

Good info to know. I've not used or fished Edge rods, but I have thought about picking one up because I really like G-Loomis. I hate to hear they're not durable.
