I am in a weight loss plateau too, and it is ok it happens a lot during weight loss journey, I always make changes to what I eat and when I eat , I increase the amount of exercise and fasting , while sometimes having a break can help too. Fighting

What is the duration of intermittent fasting that you follow?
Usually I only fast for 16 hours, but it's flexible, so if I'm very hungry I will eat earlier, or if I have to take medicine I will not fast. Sometimes I do longer fasts, but only when I'm home all day and my body is in good condition.
If you try intermittent fasting for the first time, try shorter fasts (12 to 14 hours) first and pay attention to your health! For some women fasting might affect their hormones, and it's also not recommended for teenagers or young adults still growing!
I can't believe how I'm gaining my weight it's my fault I should workout after school😟
I mean how? How do you lose weight after eating those delicious dishes?
I just exercise and eat at a small deficit, so I lose weight slowly but can still eat the foods I enjoy!
