  • I’ve officially lost 10kg! Now, I’m less than 5kg away from my goal weight.
    In this week’s vlog, I show you what changes I made to my diet and workout routine to finally beat the month-long plateau. I also did a body composition scan for the first time, and the results were a little shocking…

      Yes, I agree, honestly it is very difficult to always be positive, but when you can stay strong mentally, you can do almost anything, especially on a diet!

    Thank you so much for sharing a realistic weight loss journey, even though I lost 1.5kgs in 5 days after I went on diet and exercise but I was confused if it was a good progress. Whenever I open diet vlogs on youtube, most of them are like they lost 5kgs or 6kgs etc in one week that was giving me unrealistic goals.
    thanks to your vlogs, I am trying to complete all of my macronutrients and diet in a way that is more sustainable ^_^

      I am sad when I see those diet vlogs that show 5kg or 6kg weight loss in one week because it is both unrealistic and very unhealthy. Usually, when you start a diet, you only lose water weight the first week, and between 1kg and 2kg is a healthy range. You are making good progress! After the first week, fat loss is slower, but it's what we really want to achieve.
      I'm really happy you are also doing a healthy and sustainable diet! I hope you remember that the number on the scale doesn't tell the whole story, you might be losing fat but retaining water, so don't feel discouraged. I know you will reach your goal!

    I'm so happy that you made my recommendation. I hope you like it and try. Moreover, I'm really happy that you reach 50s. Even I'm in there I'm also in weight loss journey dear. I know it's hard to keep up but continue with living like that makes ourself happy and more self confident. Nextime when you make banana pancake try to add oats or oat flour it will make fluffy and chewy more tasty I've tried that. I will share more recipes you may try more in future for more healthy lifestyle. Stay happy always dear.

      I really like the coffee, the combination of ingredients is really delicious! I made it 3 times already! I will also try adding oats to my pancakes next time, maybe next week. And I look forward to your recipe sharing!!
      And yes, it is hard to stay positive all the time during weight loss, but I think if we can find ways to enjoy every day, it becomes easier. I also appreciate your kind words a lot, they really encourage me. Let's stay happy and reach our goals together!

    hey you can also try adding blueberries to the pancakes, not sure how it will turn out 100% but when i use them the pancake texture is more moist and thick

    Hi! A gym girl here (I hope its okay if I give you some advice regarding your exercises)
    Using resistance bands at your squats can actually make you more vulnerable so please be careful!
    Also try to tuck in your chin when doing Romanian deadlifts!
    However, you're doing a great job as a beginner!!

      Hi! Usually I get 4 to 5 slices depending on how big I make them, and baking soda I use about a pinch, maybe 1/8 or 1/4 teaspoon. I hope it helps 😊

    Hey. i just have a doubt. My weight is 57kg and my height is 5.3. I have big thighs and I did workouts for few months and had a proper diet, but ntg seems to workout. Could u tell me what to do?

      I think it depends on your goals. Usually if you just work out and eat healthy, you will feel good but not see much change. If you want to lose some fat, the best way is to be in a small calorie deficit, eat more protein, and do strength training workouts so you can lose fat but keep your muscle. But it is a slow process, so you need to be patient and keep at it ❤️

      식단을 추전과 칼로리를 계산한 프로그램 이름은 Cronometer이고요, 예전에는 Lose It!도 사용했습니다. 체질량을 추적하는거 저는 그냥 헬스장 가서 추천해준 프로그램을 이용했어요~

      Yes! I always feel lazy when I think about working out... I am still trying to not be lazy and do all my workouts, because sometimes I use being busy as an excuse, and I skip my workouts. But starting is the hardest part, so I just try to wear my workout clothes and start, even if I just do a little. But usually, once I start, I do more than I expected! What about you?
