Losing weight like this isn't healthy, so I'm not happy about it. I will do my best next week to get back to my healthy fat loss routine and keep working hard to gain muscle.

Exactly 😞 me in the past would be so happy to get sick and lose weight easily, but now that I know I'm losing both fat and muscle, I don't like it. But even though I'm frustrated, I will stay positive and keep doing my best. Thank you dear, have a great week ❤️
Hello 👋 as you said one step at a time. Don't feel frustrated that much and focus on what you have already accomplished :) you are a good person with a job with a husband with a house :) all that seems simply normal but not for everybody 😊 weight is a number so maybe focus on the physical shape for the moment and what you like or how to embellish it (flattering clothes ot accessories or make up or hair cut). Rest well and take care 🥰

It’s like you said sometimes life has other plans with us. A lot of stressful events happened in such a short time so I think it’s natural that your stomach became upset. When I still have enough calories for the day but my stomach just couldn’t digest the meal yet I either don’t eat or eat a small portion. And I didn’t meant to say it but it kinda kills me.. please try fine/shredded oats those normal ones just taste like cardboard… 🥲 sending lot’s of energy to you. ❤️

Aww thanks I feel connected to you ❤️ umm I seriously rushed to my storage and compared them with different kind of oats I found on Google and I also use instant oatmeal but the ones you use still look very big I’m not sure but I guess we use different ones. 🥺
Dumb question maybe but just in case did you test for covid? My friend had no respiratory symptoms but said he felt like he had a stomach bug and it turned out to be covid 😩😩 take care!!

Yes peanut butter is the best! With ham, egg, and cheese, it is one of my favorite combinations 🤤 and yes, I tested for covid 2 times but it was negative... I am not sure what I got, but it seems like some sort of stomach virus. Thank you for your concern and sharing your friend's experience ❤️

Hey Dear! I hope you doing good now. I felt so sad that you have been lost appetite cause of stomach virus. Dear try to incorporate ginger and cumin boiled as tea and drink on empty stomach , if you have apple cider vinegar try to mix 1 tablespoons of it with a glass of water and drink this both drink is our tradition to drink when we have any stomach illness. Sure it will make a difference but continue for a month it can reduce any bad bacterias in stomach area. Dear eat less spicy food and add more natural spices in food like turmeric fennel cumin cinnamon, it's a natural antibacterial properties. here we never felt earthquake but I hope you stay calm and make yourself in safer place dear, take rest you will achieve your goal no matter how long it's take.

Usually I feel full but not mentally satisfied, like many times I'm full after lunch or dinner but I want to eat a sweet dessert. I'm working on it 😂 I hope you are doing well ❤️
