This is my daily go to . Up at 430am 9 rounds , cold shower and right now in Canada, it's so cold, so good. By 6am ,I'm a world beater thank you so much and blessings to all.. ❤

Wow, thank you man. That cheers me up. I do breathwork since well before coronarona and even do some cold exposure. Can you tell me something that helps doing this in the morning ? I find it very difficult jn the morning but relatively easy after a workout. I even have to do it as after boxing or thai boxing workout, without a cold shower I have way more muscle pain. Like a game changer.

Breathwork has changed my life, especially my spirit. As a recovering addict, I've had to find a Higher Power. Using breathwork as a meditation, I've connected with God in a deeper level then just meditating. Those aspects of self, judgement, anger, fear ect, have been removed to some degree. And it wasn't me that did this. Compassion has even grown since I started breathwork.
TY so much for making these videos avaliable!!! My heart tells me to learn all of can and find a teacher and a way to get certified. I want to teach this to other people in recovery. I believe it could be a huge tool for them as it has been for me

This is amazing. And I don’t use that word lightly. It feels so good and fills my body with euphoria. My fingertips feel like they’re pressurized with energy. This definitely kills anxiety and feels like a weight has lifted from my chest and my whole body feels lighter.

Been doing this for about 2 weeks now...believe me it gets much easier the more you do it and way more rewarding too. The DMT release towards the end of the 30mins after relaxing more into it is intensifying and more satisfying than I could ever have imagined. Can't recommend this particular technique enough, it kicks ass! I tried plenty of others in the Take A Deep Breath Series too.

Yes, you get hallucinations from the lack of (or too much) oxygen at first, but if you near hypoxia, your body synthesizes and releases DMT naturally. It's an instinct.

I’ve done DMT 3 or 4 times in the past and enjoyed it. However, last night I had my first breakthrough. Words can’t describe how utterly amazing that experience is. It seems criminal to criminalize it. More like anyone that’s in a position of power should be required to do it at least once in their life. The world would be a better place for sure.

Hi, i was wondering if you could possibly create videos for breathing techniques such at Tummo breathing, tantric double helix, and tantric mother wave breathing methods. it would be greatly appreciated as i find it very helpful to keep focus and awareness while following along with someone speaking or the sound of someone doing the breathing or guiding a person through it verbally as some of your other videos are. Thank you for taking the time to read my comment, if you happen to see this. I love your channel by the way, please keep up the good work. You have helped so many people, such as myself.

I am a newbie to breathwork like this so that may be why, but I had to stop at the end of Round 4 due to cramping. Is this something I can push through, or should I be more gentle on myself? Otherwise this was an enlightening experience, I felt wonderful sensations throughout my body and definitely felt a higher energy present :)

Try slowing down your breath pace when you see the cramping start, so continue just at a slower rate until over time you might need that modification less frequently. and stay hydrated and stretch / yoga. And in general eat lots of raw vegetables, especially green but all colors. Lots of great nutrients for muscle and more, including potassium.

Afterwards I felt a pain in my liver/gallbladder area. Apparently the liver/gallbladder is associated with fear and letting go. hey
    I have a question
over here also it is written
I have also seen in many places that
while practicing holotrophic breathing one may feel cold, also there will be burst of emotions may be both positive and negative
but my question is I am into this type of breathwork for 7-8 months now
    and I never felt cold
    instead I feel too hot
just like the feeling that you may get after having a very intense workout
    not tiredness but body heat
and while practicing I dont feel any kind of emotions
insted of that....for the whole day and atleast after 3-4 hrs of practicing I see the memories of my childhood just like film rill and dont know why those memories are atleast 20-25 yrs old....I may remind some memories but why in so much of clearity as if those events are happening infront of me just like a movie
and one more thing I am reducing body fats
I am not doing any kind of diet,exercise,yoga....still
so is holotrophic breathing helps in reducing fats?

(John 14:6 > Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.)
    +
    Jesus is the ONLY way!
    +
(1 Corinthians 15:51-57 > [51]Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall be changed,
[52]-In a moment in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.
[53]-For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.
[54]-So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.
[55]-O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
[56]-The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law.
[57]-But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.)
    +
(John 3:3 > Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.)
    +
(John 3:5 > Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.)
    +
These are non-negotiable statements by the Lord Jesus Christ, you have to believe on Him or there will be no "eternal life" for you!
    +
(Romans 10:9-10 > [9]-That if thou shalt confess with the mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him form the dead, thou shalt be saved.
[10]-For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.)
    +
Romans 10:13 > For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.)
    +
Have you been born again? Have you assurance of eternal life? Because the alternative is eternal damnation which is the part that the false preachers, teachers, and prophets always leave out, sin unto death!
    +
Trust God for your salvation, Jesus is God. Amen!
    +
All glory and honour and power and praise be to the Lord our God, Jesus Christ. Amen!

@@Extergalactic okay makes sense. I try nose because breathing through nose is better but through mouth is more comfortable. Can only hold for 40 seconds right now. More practise, hopefully progress onto a minute.

Check out the Wim Hof website below, as its describes very well what happens with 'mild hypoxia', this exercise is similar, however this exercise has more rounds, more breaths and quicker breathing. I recommend you check out the Wim Hof E-learning Courses, they're great for extra knowledge and practice, we are not affiliated with Wim Hof, I just love his work www.wimhofmethod.com/breathing-exercises
