I can tell you how I utilize breathwork and meditation. Follow the breath. When I focus on that space from the top of the inhale, then focus on the space at the bottom of the exhale worlds too. During the retention I gently switch to a loving kindness meditation. I'll at first picture those I love. Ill hug them. The next time I do breathwork ill visualize hugging those humans I have a resentment or not so healthy feelings for. (Even ideas, institutions ect)

I completed all the rounds and held breath for stipulated time. On final round I experienced a similar experience to a DMT voyage. Truly spiritual and amazing. I have been practicing Wim breathing for a few months now but only ever 3 rounds, 2 minute breath hold then 2 minute cold shower. This video however involved many more breaths per round, 2 extra rounds and this is what I believed truly allowed my pineal gland to discharge and send me on a DMT like journey.

This is too powerful. What i got is , for better result just lying down and relax all our body. When the breathing (inhaling)make sure no pressure or using power on our body, the body must relax. The organ that working only our lungs (air get in to the stomach and the chest) . Inhaling using nose and exhaling using mouth. When doing exhaling make sound hahhhhh like you are exhaling out the negative stuff from our body. Focus the mind on the breathing process.
If you do this right, believe me you will experience thing that you never have before.

Did this practice for the last 4 days or so. I find I can only do a 2 minute hold on the fifth round . So today I did 10 rounds with the 60 breaths and I could hold 2 minutes for the 2nd 5 rounds.
    Euphoria. Bliss. Energizing.
I did these rounds after my cold dip
And found it to be the most thorough warming after the dip.
It was a long process today but it will be with me all day.

Can you imagine the improvement in health, mental, physical and spiritual, if all children were taught this and practiced this every morning in schools. Wow! They would all be so happy, healthy and hearty! Same goes for all adults! (Unfortunately the pharmaceutical corps, would be very unhappy as there's no £€$ in breathing air, and would say it 'could' be dangerous. So we won't allow it. We'll prescribe them mind altering chemical cocktails instead).

I was at my cousins bucks party last night, today was no easy hangover as I went way too hard. I did this exercise for the first time today after normally doing just the 3x30. This exercise was next level and reduced my hangover/anxiety and brain fog by easily 80% followed by a cold shower. while doing retentions I was in a galaxy of stars, faces of random people were vivid in my minds projections but I knew they were good people. Unwanted thoughts entered my mind at times but was accepted by stronger breaths and long exhales (serotonin levels were possibly very low from alcohol). I couldn't recommend this enough, im hoping my sober days will bring even better experiences. Wim on peeps, this simple exercise over the years saved me from a very dark place. Enjoy peeps just relax and breathe ✌👌 😃

I thought the way to increase pineal activity is by increasing intrathecal pressure sequentially from the perineum to the lower abdominals then upper abdominals, forcing cerebrospinal fluid up towards the brain to put pressure on the pineal gland. Wim Hof breathing is great for many reasons but I don't think it specifically activates the pineal gland.

Been doing this while I have been having my hyperbaric oxygen chamber therapy sessions under compressed air, not sure if it’s completely completely safe to do such intense breathing work with this amount of oxygen and pressure, but it feels like it gets the most out of the therapies I am having. Currently writing this whilst having a session as I had to have a break from the breathing work 😂
This is the best wim hof tutorial I have found on UA-cam as of yet, bless, wim hof 💙
Just, also, I don’t tend to do the breath hold under the pressure, especially whilst the therapy is starting and finishing
