Warning - important message, please read carefully :
The breathing exercise has a profound effect and should be practiced in the way it is explained. Always do the breathing exercise in a safe environment (e.g. sitting on a couch/floor) and unforced.
Never practice the exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath or in any other environment/place where, should you pass out, a serious injury could occur. Wim Hof breathing may cause tingling sensations and/or lightheadedness. If you’ve fainted, it means that you went to far. Take a step back next time.
Do not practice the method during pregnancy or when having epilepsy. Persons with cardiovascular health issues, or any other (serious) health conditions, should always consult a medical doctor before starting with the Wim Hof Method.

Bit of a departure from our usual video format, but I KNOW this will be a gamechanger for at least 1% of you. We're doing a series of breathwork that can help you get MORE energy, MORE confidence, MORE clarity, and (potentially) MORE DMT! These 3 breathwork exercises work so well I NEVER go a day without them. Please remain open-minded and TRY them before you comment if it works or not. It's literally free and we walkthrough together... no excuse not to get instantly energized! :) Below are the time stamps and resources if you're coming back for a second time and want to just do the breathwork. OH! And when you get to the end of the video can you drop a comment with how you're feeling? Curious what your results are!

My experience with DMT was amazing! I saw every mathematical equation that ever existed, I lived the life of every creature. I was a dinosaur with an elephant trunk that lived on a planet with a blue sun and red vegetation. I heard colors and saw sounds. It was truly magical.

This is my 4th time in less than 24 hours of finding this video. I never had any idea before that breathwork could truly be this effective. When i was in highschool i remember them recommending us breathing techniques when everyone was collectively complainimg how stressful and overloading the change in curriculum was and everyone took it as a joke. I dont remember what techniques they tried to tell us about and this is my first time really trying something like this and im just so amazed that it truly works like this. It really effectively helps me regulate my emotions and destress. Theres definitely a tingling and full body bliss that i get with this and its really amazing. I feel much more clearheaded after this and im really thankful this came up on my reccomended im definitely going to be incorporating it into a routine

Weed actually creates holes in your aura that make you feel fatigue and unmotivated. Plus it automatically makes your vibration stay in the 4D.

My first DMT trip was really interesting, I had made it not long before and had finally gotten the chance to have the experience, I went out into my backyard and it was a beautiful sunny day and sandwiched between two layers of weed I smoked my DMT and suddenly every perceivable Point started to melt into each other while still keeping the overall image intact then these rectangular geometric patterns started to form with a red filter like curtain over everything and as I looked to my right I noticed a tree noticing me suddenly being aware that it's able to notice me.

DMT took me to another dimention of reality for the first time last night, It scared the shit out of me in all honesty, because I wasnt ready for it. But let me tell u people... travelling outside of your shell and going onto another clearer plain of nothing but happiness, is 100% possible. Never believed in it all until last night.
Now I feel like everything makes a little more sense. I have a clear path. And it made me laugh at all the stuff we stress over in day to day life. "
Its like ive unlocked the whole secret behind our existence.

I thought I was experienced with psychedelics, but DMT opened up a whole new plane of reality. In fact, it switched reality to something else that was so weird and alien that my brain really couldn't comprehend. After one breakthrough, where I felt my mind streched and expanded to the space itself, I opened my eyes, and the forms and colours I saw where absolutely mind-blowing - clear shapes and animation-like forms that were constantly folding in and out of itself in a higher dimensional way.

I can’t remember the last time I actually felt relaxed. Amazing. Thank you so much for teaching us all these methods. I’ll definitely be using this information going forward. I've used microdosing psilocybin, meditation and Wim Hof breathing techniques since June 2021 and have successfully healed my major depression, severe anxiety, PTSD and insomnia. I've successfully been off all psych meds for 14 months. This is the happiest and most at peace I have been since 2002. I stumbled upon this video a month back. I love the different variation of breathing this video showcases and as a result this is probably my 30th time watching this video to follow the technique. Absolutely love it!

@@chrisschwarz8125 For my weight, my microdose was .3 grams.
First week I dosed twice a day on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Once in the AM and once in the PM. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday I dosed once only in the AM.
Every morning I woke up and took my dose. Did three rounds of breathing. Meditated for 7 minutes. Then carried on with my day as normal/usual.
You can build a tolerance quick to psilocybin, so taking breaks in between dosing is very important. Plus when you take a break from dosing, you experience the sought after and coveted, "afterglow", sensation.
After my first week of dosing I then took three days off from dosing but continued with the meditation and breathing exercises.
After my three day break I dosed another 7 days in a row but only dosed one time a day each of those 7 days. Again, continue with the meditation and breathing exercises everyday. You never take breaks from that.
For best results also incorporate cold showers everyday.
First start your shower with warm/hot water. After washing yourself gradually decrease the water temperature until its the coldest possible, ending with the coldest. End your showers with 30 seconds of the coldest shower water possible, increase to 2 minutes.
I took my dose by making capsules. Go to any local smoke shop and buy a scale (have the shop clerk calibrate the scale). Buy a coffee grinder. Go to your local vitamin store and buy empty capsules. Weigh your medicine to your dose size. Grind it in the coffee grinder. Stuff the medicine into the capsules (7-eleven straws work the best).
I usually could stuff .3 grams of grinded medicine into two capsules. Consume your medicine, do three rounds of breathing exercises, meditate, and enjoy the healing my friends.
This routine cured my major depression, severe anxiety, PTSD, and insomnia. I've been prescribed 15 different psych meds over the last 10 years. When I started this microdosing routine in June 2021 I was on 4 different psych meds at once. I felt so great I tapered myself off all my psych meds in August 2021.
I've been successfully off all meds and living symptom free ever since then. It's also helped me successfully quit vaping nicotine. I've been nicotine free since July 2021.
This routine saved my life and the benefits has enriched all aspects of my life. I'm a better person, better dad, and better husband because of it.

Little bonus trick for our not so simple minds : replace the negative thought of "i must resisting the craving" with a positive thought on how the quality of your breathing has improved since you quit. we are dmt. a different form of it, look up the chemical structures of Melatonin and NN-DMT. yes i'm convinced melatonin is dmt that has not been decarboxylated lol we also produce enzymes in our guts that stop dmt from doing anything to us called monoamine oxidase...why? this is why. when you go out into the sunlight that light blasts through your skin and lights up your insides... there are other enzymes in our guts that convert melatonin into serotonin but it needs sunlight, if you don't get sunlight your serotonin drop too zero.. but that is not the full process. the second part of serotonin production involves the light from your eyes that literally shines brighter onto the pineal, the gut conversion is only the first stage. literal light causes chemical conversion in the brain and gut. life itself it a hallucination lol we are light beings, waveforms lol

Substances are not inherently addictive at all. It’s ones susceptibility depending on life experiences such as trauma that is the actual smoking gun. Gabor Mate life long medical doctor and naturopath just put out a documentary and this stuff is heavy in it. And everyone has trauma to some extent; what we don’t have is a system that treats addiction scientifically; we just belittle criticize attack and neglect people with addictions and it just makes the trauma continue.

Free divers do it to hold their breath for over 10 mins sometimes.
Nothing really special is happing when you breath is way
You activate you parasympathetic system which is you flight or fight response .
Any tingling you feel is a loss of oxygen in your extremitys. No DMT is being released. This is a very old breathing technique called tumo.

I have done somatic Breathwork a couple weeks ago. It is very similar in terms of breathing, however much much much longer. I believe the practitioner had me breathing for about 2-3 min like that before my first breath hold. At that point my body was going through all kinds of things. Somatic Breathwork has a trauma release purpose. Out of no where I started crying. My heart felt like it was breaking all over again from family issues years prior. The practitioner said that our bodies can physically hold on to traumas and this helped release it and allowed me to completely let go of the pain and hurt associated with it. This Breathwork does help, and unlike DMT or any other plant or animal medicines, if it is too much you can always stop breathing, with the medicines, you only get to stop when it is done with you. Thank you for the video

It's why you feel better when either playing, exercising, working outside in fresh air, because you are exerting yourself, you naturally breathe deeper. You feel exhilarated, and, once you wind down, you get the best sleep ever. Repeat.

Spin around, like a whirling dervish, clockwise (yin in the southern hemisphere/yang in the northern hemisphere) or counterclockwise (yang in the southern hemisphere/yin in the northern hemisphere). Chant any of these mantras 3 times each while facing east, west, south(in the northern hemisphere) or north(in the southern hemisphere): "ao", "iaueh", "ieoah", "aum", and "om". Sleep with your head placed east, west, south(in the northern hemisphere) or north(in the southern hemisphere). Play music tuned to these sound frequencies: 1(256hz), 3(384hz), 5(320hz), 13(416hz), 21(336hz), 34(544hz), 55(440hz), 89(356hz), 144(288hz), 7(448hz), 33(528hz), 54(432hz), 88(352hz), 99(396hz).

It consistently gives me a boost of energy when I am tired but want to do something other than just lie down and veg in front of the TV or my iPad. It really works. I bookmarked the location of the first exercise. Thanks for creating this video.

I don’t usually comment on videos or on the internet at all but here goes:
While doing this for the first time and during the last set of hold for over a minute… i didn’t think i could do it cause i barely held my breath on the first round.
But thank God you knew exactly when you say along the lines “you got this, you’re doing fine relax”
And so i held that breath.
And then there was a unique brief experience of bright lights in my heads and a moment of bliss. And then finally the exhale.
    That was cool.
    Thanks Clark!
