Man, this particular breathing video takes me too such an elevated place. I do advanced ones all the time with deeper retentions, but those don’t take even take me near as close as this one. It just goes to show it’s not about the retentions, it’s about the breathing cycles.

I've tried them all now. They all have amplified power when you first start out so they all work wonders, but when things start to get a bit stale, this is the best one out of them all.

Awesome, this was a spiritual experience. I have done about 6,7 different Wim hof excersises, but this is the one i get a lot deeper.
I think its because of the slower breathing, i noticed i cannot hold my breath very long with Wim Hof excersises where they breath fast, that doesnt do it for me.
I never made it over 1:20 breathhold two weeks ago, than about 10 days ago i found a slow 4 round WH excersise and i made 2 minutes for the first time and today i made 3 minutes. The before-after effect is off the charts! Thanks for your great Channel!
Im pretty convinced you can totally transform your life with breathing technics.

This one is absolutely perfect... suggestion... same format, same music, no words, 10 minute meditation at the end, 10 breath increase/round, New video - Next level: same start point at 1 minute but go past 3:30, ... 80 breaths 4:00, 90 - 4:30, 100 - 5:00, 110 - 5:30, 120 - 6:00. Why not take it higher, it is a great way to really challenge one self. Make a REAL advanced level breath work challenge. Six minutes is definitely possible. Peace.

I wear a fitbit and I always like to check my heart rate before and after doing WHM. My resting heart rate is quite low (48-52bpm) but after doing the exercise and following with meditation my heart rate went down to 39bpm! I even noticed that I had slowed my breathing significantly and I was taking 1 breath every 20 seconds. I've been doing WHM for about 2 months now and I've been watching your videos all that time, this is the best video yet!

2:32 Only by making (almost) all of my inhales deep, including a chest portion, AND by remaining physically still I am able to reach every hold, up to 3.5 minutes with maybe 10-15 seconds of gasping at the end. If i'm gasping before that I just bail out and wait for the next one.
However if i'm attentive to what I just said, the whole process becomes effortless.

This is one of the best videos or there for practicing. If I could change anything about it, it would be to count the breaths backwards so you know when to breathe a little harder just before the hold, and to give a sound cue at about ten breaths out... I believe this works help get deeper

Amazing!! I did 5 rounds and i almost passed out , 3 min without air in the lungs felt like 30 seconds.
I cant stop laughinh now haha i feel so happy.
A tip for breathings, use diafragma and lungs as one and use the rithm of inhalation and exalation of the vid applied to the capacity of your lungs.
I will use this vid over this week, so incredible.

Thank you very much . What i liked most is the length between inhale and exhale is the most reliable and accurate one it gives me the ability to breathe deeply and fully without strenuous, beside the clear distinction between the inhale an exhale sound . I bought different breathing cds and this clarity was not available . Wish you the best 💗

TY TY TY Question: is it normal that after 40-50 seconds of every finished round a sound like air coming out of my ears appears for about 30-40 seconds...then disappears, but still...never happened before. first time i thought it was part of the music. TY for your loving videos. Oh...and another thing...would it be ok/safe to progress up more rounds... I dunno like 8-9-10-20? (Ex. Round 20 would be like 300 breathings and 7 minutes without air? has that been tried/tested/explored? Hugs from Chile!

Remember.....you released the breath, so there is no breath to hold....soften the abdomen and stomach, scan your body for any gripping anywhere including the Jaw and feet....

Remember, there is no breath to hold, let your tongue rest on the top of your mouth, check every inch of your being for any gripping and release it, especially behind your diaphragm....when you completely let go, you will have to be reminded to inhale....enjoy.

Hello Ian, It's better to start by the Heart Coherence breathing.
      And this :
Easy Wim Hof Breathing Technique (3 rounds with onscreen instructions)
      ua-cam.com/video/-XTv2snc21s/v-deo.html
As you see the Hold/Retention are progressives too but start from 60 Seconds, it's easer.

How's your blood circulation? A high fat diet will decrease artery function, especially saturated fat. Replacing it with starchy vegetables will help.
Apart from that, I get less cold when I do body awareness. Just kind of feel the body from the inside.
Those two things, along with the breathing, have a huge effect.
