But through seeing his last breath, this has emphasised that
      LIFE-IS-BREATHING
AND that through Wim Hof, DMT, holotropic, various-styles, that can do MANY aspects from strengthening the lungs/immune system, to autonomic system control, to calming, to visualisation, to nose-breathing nitric oxide benefits, to natural DMT production

There is a movie on youtube here called "DMT quest". In it, they claim that the human brain can synthesize DMT! I have never tried the actual drug but if I properly stimulate my vagus nerve I can send myself into space! I think that you know how to do this as a child, but are told it is wrong. Try imagining yourself as a child who is frustrated or angry and is going to hold their breath and push the spinal fluid into their head. I can make it happen without any breath work at all, even though I usually do breath work first.

    • @420chanchoSteven
      @420chanchoSteven 2 роки тому

@@Marshallgill I totally concur with the video! I will have to try squeezing my whole body and chest, I have heard of it before but haven't tried it because I feel more dizzy than like a prophetic experience when I do it. I think when I relax and get there is much better for my nervous system.
I had a universal experience a week ago with breathwork and Nitro Oxide. Like I literally went back in time to the same space I was at when I first took DMT. Which was very ironic because the same people who were there the first time was there during my blast off experience when I partook the substance itself. I was talking to them in two different times it was life changing ! So I know my brain produced the DMT because my oxygen levels went so low so quick and my CO2 levels where low from the breathwork. I think it produced a controlled death experience by having such a low oxygen and being able to hold my breath for a long time because of the low level of CO2

Incredible. This was the first meditation I’ve ever done where I genuinely felt changed. I’m not very spiritual and I don’t necessarily believe in the whole “third eye” thing, but I genuinely felt, while holding my breath a veil uncover my sense. My eyes were open yet it was as if they closed and a different sense opened simultaneously. I saw this world of blue and purple with these octopus tentacle-like plants beckoning me to go to them before my eyes opened back up and I was in my room again. This was on the second attempt. On the first attempt I heard a very high pitched ringing that became incredibly loud and it scared me and I was snapped out of my meditative trance. Accepting it the second time led me to being unveiled.
Even after, when attempting to write this comment I grabbed my phone and couldn’t understand any of the comments, it felt as if I wasn’t entirely here. And even now, while writing this I feel something only comparable to what you feel when you dip your feet in the water while the rest of your body is on land. It felt as if I was trying to be dragged back, and while it might sound scary it was the most pleasurable and funny thing to me, almost childlike like when a younger sibling of family member begs you to play with them.

But that final breath-in at the last feels so good. That stillness and peace with the intense tingles is just different.
Did it at 7:00 p.m. and got a much-needed 12-hour long sleep following it.
    Much gratitude.

Man I just finished this for the first time. My thoughts on this are first, I had no idea the time period (3:30) was that long until I read the comments and realized that was the longest that I've ever held my breath.
Second, the vibrations running thru my entire body from head to toe scared me initially as I was like "this is really happening...". Once I got over that and settled into it I was definitely feeling more at peace. Lastly at the end I was feeling this overwhelming sense of emotion and gratitude.
15 min afterwards as I'm writing this I can def say it feels amazing being centered and at peace. This is def real and I'm amazed at how our body has been designed to operate and we're just scratching the surface of it.

the trick to retain is to know that if you use your breath at all while retaining - in or out- it will give you a feeling that you must breathe when you're meant to hold it. You must hold!

Been "breathing" for a few months now and consider myself intermediate, have done your WH sessions, and longer pineal gland sessions with relative ease, 4 minute breath holds, but this blasted me. Right at the end I started shaking and briefly hyperventilating uncontrollably for about 3 seconds. Maybe too much too soon, but should get easier the more I do it. Didn't feel like I was pushing too hard so not sure what happened 😂
    Appreciate your work man!

if the ads are from copyright music, you can just remake it / edit it but with copyright free music !!
that’s what edward art did with this meditation vid he has that’s very beloved (it also had gotten copyrighted w middle-video ads)
u can just put “check description” at the end of this videos title or something, and then link the new upload in the description.
& with the new / edited breathwork - you can just put ‘updated DMT breathwork exercise’ with a sort description saying that it’s so there won’t be any ads in the middle due to copyright music
your viewers will appreciate it !
    hope this helps ^_^ 💛

I just started With these types of breathing coming over from Breathing Mantra. This feels honestly wild but the only thing that I find really weird even going on farther than the prolonged minute hold is when I open my eyes. For a moment in time the colors shift in my sight, my white walls around me became a hueish lighter color before turning back to normal. No dizziness or rarely any light headedness anymore but the colors just look and even feel different. Not sure if that's normal lol. Thankfully no dizziness or blackout feeling and barely any lightheaded effects anymore, just tingling tranquility.

This is really brilliant thank for you having it up on UA-cam.
That feeling when you take that final breath in hold 15 secs and let go and then comes the pure bliss!!!
Question: if anyone can help. After the 10 mins of breath in and out and the final breath out then hold. Do you empty lungs fully?? I can manage approximately 2 mins but then I ended up breathing out further instead of the urge to breath in (is this because I initially didn’t breathe out fully or I am breathing in a little during the breath hold without realising..
Also do you breath in through nose and out through mouth or both in and out through mouth??
Excellent video if it had a timer on the screen that would quite helpful also
    Thank you once again 🙏🏽

I like to breathe in through my nose at least. And I think it's normal to be able to expel more air, because you don't realise how much old air you keep in your body but it can be expelled better once you get into this kind of breathwork, so don't worry about that, expel it all :)
I have been doing Wim Hofs version on 1.25speed for over 2 years now, extending to 7 rounds for same experience as people are having

This is holotropic breathwork with a touch of wim hof, it's not technically dmt straight from the pineal gland, it's that it induces technical hypocapnic hypoxia. I say technical because the reason to oxygen doesnt show up on blood tests is because its stuck to the hemoglobin in the blood. This makes your nervous system go crazy, (tingles) especially your brain which is triggered to release ceratonin (pineal gland) and a chemical that releases tryptophan (pineal gland) together in the brain, (I suspect) this synthesizes dmt.
But, it cannot be argued that the hypocapnic hypoxia, though perfectly safe and natural, has a large role in inducing this psychedelic state of conciousness.
I would like to reccomend that we stop speculating on the pineal gland and dmt, because though believe it is synthesized this way, there isn't enough proof.
Dont get me wrong I think it really is, because the more often I do holotropic breathwork, the more vivid my audiovisual hallucinations are when I do it, which tells me my brain is adapting to synthesizing the stuff.
I wanna point out how great it is that DMT is the new LSD, wonderful time to be alive😉✌

Before i come to this video. Im here laying in bed comfortable position. DMT sound playing on youtube. Close my eye and was thinking of how i can get this DMT experience naturally. On August 14, 2020 i had my first DMT experience through the pipe. It was amazing. Laying in my bed in pitch black thinking of how i can get this DMT experience naturally. I know that hitting it from the pipe you needed to hit it 3 times while holding it in as long as you can each time. I thought that if i try that same technique by just holding my breath then i might just release. First i controlled my breathing then came holding my breath. Got my first long deep breath in, release, one breath in and back out, then the second long deep breath in.. as im on this second breath i also sensed that i didnt need to breath. It was like i was locked in., Release, one breath in and back out, then the third long deep breath in.. breath locked in, started feel warmth and this nice vibration through my body, i open my eyes. It wasnt long. I was thinking this must be it. So i come here to get another perspective and if i put 1+1 together. I know the formula now. Much peace and love to you all. Fear nothing!

    “NO WORDS BETWEEN BROTHERS”
I get it sometimes we can’t make sense of it kinda like that which we all endured to some level or degree while serving.
That’s where we “let go” with the mind and take control with the breath. That’s the beauty of “breath work” we don’t have to think bc just like you said brother you can’t explain it not even to yourself thus the expression “there just aren’t words” and your right there aren’t words.
There is only energy stored in our bodies called “emotion” or energy in motion. How many times have you over your life time held your breath in disbelief, fear, or was made to feel less than the magnificent being of love that you are?
Every time any human being has had to “control their emotions” what they have actually done is STORED THEIR EMOTIONS in the body and then try to make sense of IT sometimes LIFETIMES later when in all actuality it is not the event so to speak of that is necessary to “relive” with our words bc as we all know sometimes there aren’t words but there is always our breath.
With the breath we can release ALL of those stored up energies without ever having to utter a word.
“Let Go & Let God” is what the world says, we say let go of the mind and allow Love to work its perfect work with your breath, with every breath we take we are communicating with our bodies. Work with your own, find your breath and watch a world appear all around you that can only be attributed to a “miracle” which after all you are the miracle that I AM. I am that Love, I AM and so are you!!

I just checked out this meditation as breath is life . , so fucking amazing I loved it , I am a quantum flow practitioner along with martial arts background, but to heal and do the work I feel breath work is at the core of all these related disciplines and I do breath with sandy a lot to get body prepared for work out and mind , all of it really including the zero flow point as it can be activated through the breath as it is the work part ❤
