    Love the way YT gives me older routines, such easy doable exercises
    i absolutely LoveLove this set, and oooh the burn is just right
    My legs are looking and feeling so great, its hard to believe I'm 60

    Hi Love the workout. Question if we join your program do you do legs everyday or can we do them 3 times a week. How does your program work?

My One and Done program consists of full body SIT workouts💪 There are 3 different levels included: Beginner (3 workouts & 3 20min walks a week), Intermediate (4 workouts and 3 20min walks a week), and Advanced (6 workouts and 1 20min walk a week).     Every time I do crab kicks I twist my knee. How can I modify it and still get the benefit?

      Any movement is good movement ! Depending on how you modify it would tell how more, less or equal it is beneficially. For example if you choose to not lift your hand it's pretty much the same, but if you choose to sit down it would give you less of the benefit. At the end of the day though, you have to start somewhere, just take it at you own pace and get the job down 💪
