Any movement is good movement ! Depending on how you modify it would tell how more, less or equal it is beneficially. For example if you choose to not lift your hand it's pretty much the same, but if you choose to sit down it would give you less of the benefit. At the end of the day though, you have to start somewhere, just take it at you own pace and get the job down 💪
