Debes ser consistente. Reduzca el consumo de alimentos con alto contenido de azúcar y almidón. Nada de refrescos ni comida chatarra. Para obtener mejores resultados, practique regularmente dos veces al día, por la mañana y por la noche. Después de 1 a 3 meses verás cambios claros en tu cuerpo. Deseándote un cuerpo sano y hermoso.
