So, he's saying that they didn't get a payment up front, etc., etc. before supposedly taking it upon themselves to do the deed - just based on the assumption he had money and would pay them after the fact? So, the killer/extortionists drove TWO times to Tallahassee from Miami, completely on their own idea, they somehow knew how to find Dan Markel's home and trail him, only to kill him, return home, and tell Katie that she has 48 hours to get Charlie to cough up the 300K for this "favor" that they were doing for the family, or someone else connected to the Adelsons is next. Jeff Lacasse's testimony even know it wasn't long and drawn out along with his quirkiness definitely I think will hold more weight than most think! This Madam Prosecutor is the Bozzzzzzzzzz. This girl is on FIRE. Just a Badazzz. They're presentations of doubt are not getting past her and into the jury's head. She presented a clever argument in this entire trial. Unshakable & Direct.
    Great Attorney.

This was real weird. The prosecutor sounded like she was arguing and whining with the murder. When she should of been asking pertinent questions. Very painful to watch.

This is what talking or arguing with a malignant narcissist is like. They will never concede even the smallest point, ever. They frustrate and never stop. Georgia should have taken advice from narc experts about how to get them rattled. It is to wound their ego. Mock them, their plan, their intellect, their abilities. Laugh at them. Act superior. Intimidate them and strike at their ego. That enrages them. His smooth veneer is a telltale sign that Charlie’s a narc, or worse.

It's crazy that the states prosecutors office didn't have irrefutable evidence to clear any and all doubt. Is Charlie innocent? NO. Not guilty does not mean innocent. If Charlie is found not guilty on 1st degree murder it will be because the state didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Charlie Adelson is guilty of 1st degree murder charge with solicitation. That's a damning and heavy charge. This is my opinion.
Common sense would tell anyone with a brain that the defenses theory is a long shot, but the state didn't wrap this charge up with a clean perfect neat guilty bow.
This is all my opinion... again no one would do a hit without payment, the state needed to prove that!!! Proof that Charlie paid for Dan's murder PRIOR to or directly after the hit.

  • @zubetp

he's coming across as extremely smug and unlikable. i also don't find him credible at all. his story is silly, but moreover, he's lying.
this isn't the cadence and behavior of a person finally coming clean, accused of something he didn't do. it's the cadence and behavior of someone who sticks to their lies and belittles the person calling him on it.
imagine talking to this guy when you're in a relationship with him and having an argument. he calmly makes eye contact and tells her a total lie. she retorts that she remembers the truth. he tells her, "see, you're doing it again, where you forget what happened so you just make something up. i never said that. and there you go getting all worked up again."
