Alex can't say his lawyers didn't fight for him. This is a win for everyone involved. At some point, the lawyers will be interviewed and be able to say they tried every trick. No shame in it. Horrible defendant, with an insurmountable list of victims. Guilty in my eyes and heart.

Mr. Harpootlian did more harm than good. As a juror, I would have a hard time respecting or listening to anything about him. Being sarcastic, rude, or dismissive does not make you more correct. You have been completely influenced by today media-Hollywood in particular. Heaven forbid you ever find yourself with the State pointing their finger at you with a case.
I am a former Deputy Sheriff Bailiff…under the law your defense attorney had a legal obligation to be “adversarial” to the State in your behalf. Why? Because the State has UNLIMITED RESOURCES against its citizens.
Try understanding the Constitution and your Bill of Rights. Your attitude and what appears a Hollywood emotional understanding of serious court cases is why America is failing as a Constitutional Republic. America has mass political prisoners in prison of no flight risk for the first time and only a few people are outraged about it. Study history to see how that action has lead to or is part of a chain of events that leads to a failed State.

To think he's dumb or not as sharp, would be a mistake. I grew up around hundreds of old southern white men, that kind of act like they're ditzy, so others will underestimate them. He must be pretty smart to have attained the position he's in, state senator and one of the best attorneys in the state. One of the scary things about these old dudes, is that you can't really tell when they're mad at you. They keep that affable tone that doesn't sound angry. To lose your cool, act out, yell at someone in public, etc... is something we are trained from the cradle to NOT do. Gracious and affable. So when you see an old southern gentleman appear angry or raise their voice, they're breaking our southern genteel rules and are really mad. I wasn't good at it I guess, I embarrassed my family often. But it was the 80s lol. When I graduated college, I joined the Navy. I'd never really been around people from the north. Elders make sure we know Yankees think we're dumb and inbred. Oh, and country. People from up north think southern accents imply dumb, country redneck. While I shouldn't have run off and joined the Navy, I'm glad I did. Put 1200 people on a ship, that are from every state in the U.S., even foreign nationals that we accept from the UK, Philippines, etc, you learn how they really feel about us, I learned to appreciate our differences. So some of the comments I've seen on the trial that say things about Pootie, make me think they've never been around southerners. So my point is, Pootie, could be acting irritated when all he really wants to do is discredit this witness and ruffle his feathers. I think he kind of muddied the waters a little. Don't you? He will not be found guilty. Or at least have a hung jury. There's gonna be someone on the jury that has an aunt, sister or close friend thats connected to the Murdaughs. Or dated one lol. Or they have dirt on someone. That's another thing we're taught from the cradle - collect information. You never know when you might need the leverage.
Sorry for the lengthy post. My son gave me a gummie to try and I think I'm high. Lol.

When I got it, they gave me 7 loricets and 7 tramadol and rolled me out to the car. I've had a few major surgeries over the years and opiods really did nothing for me. That's a good thing right? Lol. Let's just say I was desperate enough to try it. My son's friend that makes these and sells them, doesn't seem to follow a standard recipe. I learned to eat one and wait....to see how strong it will be. Until I learned this tidbit of knowledge, I was in pain and wasn't patient. When I eat too many, kind of freaks me out and I hear Greenday playing but I can't tell where it's coming from. Is that normal lol? Not sure it makes the pain go away, but it sure makes you not care or forget about it. I had to save something new to try in my later years.

Well I mean, it’s a collection of blood in the dura mater. So yeah, it’s not an intracerebral hemorrhage, as it’s occurring between the outer layer of the brain and the surface of the brain- but it can still cause significant damage to the brain via swelling (leading to increased ICP) and possibly a subsequent midline shift. If a non-medical professional calls it a brain bleed, that’s honestly not a huge deal, as a lot of SDH’s do result in some degree of brain damage- just like other types of bleeds that we ultimately classify as ‘brain bleeds’ (EH, SAH, ICH, IPH). Nitpicking the layers of the brain isn’t really necessary when explaining it to a non-medical professional (I say this as an RN in a Neuro ICU for the last 13 years). We can all understand the basic concept, which is that a collection of blood within the skull, whether it be in the epidural space, subdural space, subarachnoid space, etc. can ultimately lead to brain damage if bad enough.
I’m not defending Alex, I think he’s guilty, but I don’t think anyone should be shot in the foot for calling an SDH a brain bleed.

Hahaha. Have you never seen a cross-examination before? It's supposed to be a long line of more or less 'yes/no/I don't know' answers. But this witness refuses to give a straight answer to the questions so it takes forever to get anywhere.
      It should go like this:
Q: Do you know Alex suffered a skull fracture, brain bleed etc?
      A: Yes.
Q: Do you know that was caused by a gunshot?
      A: Yes.
But this guy was so defensive so instead it went:
Q: Do you know Alex suffered a skull fracture, brain bleed etc?
A: I am not able to force the medical personnel to show me his medical records. So on September 4th I was not able to read his medical records.
Q: Did they tell you he had suffered a skull fracture, brain bleed etc?
A: I was not provided with his medical records.
Q: Did you ask for them?
A: I am not able to force the medical personnel to show me his medical records.
      Q: So you didn't ask?
A: I am not able to force the medical personnel to show me his medical records.
Q: Did they tell you he had suffered a skull fracture, brain bleed etc?
      A: I don't remember.
Q: So ignoring September 4th, do you now know he suffered a skull fracture, brain bleed etc?
      A: I'm not sure.
And then that very first question eventually gets answered from translating the medical records which he pretended to not understand, even though he obviously have had that explained to him during his investigation.
