      Ha thanks. Yeah that´s an older one. But its still hold true!
      I use adaptive sampling in most of my renders 🙌

    Great Tip!!! Thanks so much! So why isn't this feature on by default all the time? In other words what is the downside of using it?

      If you have scenes that converge uniformly the extra calculation that is needed for the noise detection possibly makes it render a bit longer.
      But yes, this feature does not have that many disadvantages. In my opinion it could very well be turned on by default.
