This is the first Jamerson song I ever learned. Great, repetitive little main riff, but Jamerson climbs all over and around it, and improvises in a million little ways that make it so tasty overall. A classic line.
@@DarkKar Seriously fast & busy. If I'm out of practice, I can barely keep up and my left hand begins to cramp up.I find that I'm more fluid if I relax a bit. One reason/difference could be that I don't play open strings, but Jamerson played them copiously.

I don’t know why but when ever the drums are isolated from the song, it gives the song a whole other vibe and sounds great.
But it’s still….. the same old song😎
It's so wild how he's a little bit early (?) the whole time, these Jazz guys (and especially Jamerson) were just amazing.
This song is a major workout. Especially for the left hand.
Hahah, misleading how simple it sounds! I'm afraid to give it a go now.

This was done with EQ. Too much distortion
There are better versions online :) A lot of the mutlitracks have been leaked out so... you can always go remix your own.
Yeah, that’s not distortion from the console.
Bill Sargent Thanks for your permission! 😂 🤔
