Dr, on the subject of Vit D 3, I have been taking this for yrs, my concern right now is that there is starting to appear on UA-cam, Podcasts that say you shouldn’t take a combined D3 and K2 tablet because it can put too much Calcium in your bloodstream at one time. After most podcasts were saying that K2 helps the D3 assimilate better, one has to be right and one wrong or are they both scientifically correct . Hope u can help as this is a bit concerning for those of us now taking the joint D3/K2 supplement .

Dosage is way too low. I drink 15 grams of tumeric powder with milk and black pepper every day (2 big teaspoons)

Turmeric is good. Lemon or apple cider vinegar is bad for joints.. it make loosen joint or brittle sounds on knee.
