Super Healthy Green Smoothie Recipe | Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

  • Recipe:
    2 whole Kiwis
    10g Fresh Ginger
    1 Large Carrot
    100ml Apple Juice
    1 Whole Banana
    Coconut milk (Judge how much to get the desired consistency)
    100g Curly Kale
    1tsp Turmeric
    100g Baby Spinach
    Handful of Fresh Mint leaves

    Hi Tom, I have MS (diagnosed 15 years ago) I have been on the Carnivore lifestyle for 48days and it seems to be going really well. I had tried all the usual MS diets but didn’t see much progress. The closest I can was nutritional keto some years ago when I felt amazing and was even walking without my stick. Like you I was originally sceptical about Carnivore but after following all the research it made complete sense. I am certainly loving the simplicity it has brought to my days 😊 I look forward to following your journey.

    Looks delish! I'll try it out. I don't think I will add quite that much ginger, but will add maybe half the amount you added. Love my greens!

      Yes the ginger does give it quite a kick but I like that kick but I know that won't be for everyone! Let me know what you think!

    Looks great! Have you also tried chia seed puddings? Sometimes have those as snack / breakfast with berries + nuts. Chia is full of omega 3 / protein etc and great to fill you up. :) Almond milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, cocoa powder (if you feel like) and a tiny bit of honey - it's good stuff ;)

    Please do an update video on your MS and how the diet is helping or not.......and what are the ingredients you are getting in mainly to eat....

      @@tomgarbett77 I am 100% . Thanx for asking.februaries treatment help slot so All my pins and needles are gone excersing again. In SA the weather is turning cooler now so that is a big plus. Look after yourself like always.

    Hi Tom your doing great Its nice to see you using all fresh products in green smoothies Over here there so much advertising about green products Its just a powder I didn't buy it looks artificial I'm going to try your smoothie look delicious and nutritious nice to see Tom😊🧋
